Ivy's POV
I closed my laptop and started packing up as the rest of the class did the same. Just as I was about to leave, Eric called out, "Ivy, can you hang back a minute?" I nodded reluctantly, remaining seated while everyone filed past me.
As the classroom emptied, James, the gamma who had been particularly vocal earlier, approached my desk with two others trailing behind him. "Ivy?"
I looked up, surprised. "Yeah?"
"We just wanted to apologize for earlier today." His admission caught me off guard.
"What?"
James let out a small laugh. "We're not dumb enough to think we had the full picture. We judged you without knowing what you went through or the tough decisions you had to make as an alpha. I'm sorry for jumping to conclusions and all those things I said."
