Chapter Ninety-five
The next day Aito was walking in the school.
Aito: "Hmm? The who atmosphere seemed to change. Plus this snow outside. December is cold."
Aito said walking and seeing Coach Dante gym.
Aito: "Whoa Coach Dante. How did you get so rich?"
Aito asked looking shocked at how much better Coach Dante gym is. It's clean, and everything is new.
Coach Dante: "Hmm? Well after Lucas won I got five million dollars so I decided to invest alot of it into my gym. After all Coach Fumio got a new gym and we are Rival coaches."
Coach Dante said as Aito nods.
Aito: "Lucas won? Thats good for him."
Aito said walking away.
Coach Dante: "Yeah..."
Coach Dante said looking confused at Aito.
Aito seen Naoki.
Aito: "Hey Naoki!"
Naoki: "Hmm? Oh it's you."
Naoki said as there wasn't many students walking round the halls.
Aito: "How are you?"
Aito asked.
Naoki: "I'm good! Though. You have scars on your lips. Did you get attacked by a cat?"
Naoki asked.
Aito: "Y-Yeah. I was petting a street cat and got my Lips cut. They're fully healed now."
Aito said the scars are quite big.
Naoki: "Okay. Take better care of yourself. After all you have to reach A class champion with me."
Naoki said before walking away.
Aito walked to Fumio gym.
Aito: "(Ah. Finally home after being gone for two years. Though no luck on the search.)"
Aito stepped into the Gym.
A belt was hanging on a shelf with the other belts. A picture of Lucas above the belt.
Aito: "Hmm? Did Naoki win another belt."
Aito asked.
Coach Fumio: "You didn't watch the fight Aito? Lucas won the Jr lightweight C class belt."
Coach Fumio said shocking Aito.
Aito: "He won a belt!? But he's 10-6-4!"
Aito said shocked.
Coach Fumio: "11-6-4."
Coach Fumio said to Aito as Lucas laughed.
Lucas: "I'm gonna have to start defending it. Apparently I'll be fighting Yoten soon. So we'll just have to hope I win that one."
Lucas said as he kept hitting the speed bag.
Aito: "You won? Against who?"
Aito asked thinking maybe Volk or Shindou.
Lucas: "Usmapo. My old Rival. He was 14-0 but I made him 14-1."
Lucas said making Aito draw a blank.
Aito: "...Never heard of him."
Aito said making Lucas a bit mad.
Lucas: "He was the Jr lightweight C class champion until I beat him. And he was my old Rival's from our rookie year."
Lucas said Aito still drew a bank.
Aito: "I really didn't pay that much attention to the champion. I though the C class champion was 23-2."
Aito said confused.
Coach Fumio: "That guy moved up a to B rank."
Coach Fumio said making Aito nod.
Aito: "Oh okay. So that's how a 14-0 got the belt."
Aito said as he stretched.
Aito: "I wanna spar this new Lucas."
Aito said as Coach Fumio chuckled.
Coach Fumio: "Sure. After all you keep disappearing. Where are you going for weeks at a time?"
Coach Fumio asked.
Aito: "Nowhere important... Vacations we'll call them."
Aito said as Coach Fumio sighed.
Coach Fumio: "Lucas try not to cut him."
Coach Fumio said as Lucas nods.
Lucas: "I won't go all out. But Aito you can try. After all I'm 11-6-4 and you're 8-1-1."
Lucas said as he put a mouth guard in and tied his gloves.
Aito takes his jacket off his body had quite a bit of scars but mostly light ones.
Aito: "Alright."
Aito puts a mouth guard in and tightens his gloves.
Coach Fumio: "Start!"
Aito gets into his peek-a-boo stance and starts swaying side to side.
Aito dashed in his speed massively changed as he starts throwing body blows.
Lucas: "(My body already hurts from my fight.)"
Lucas pushed Aito off but was met by a counter left hook by Aito which made him fall onto the mats.
Aito: "Thanks for the warm up."
Aito said about to take the Gloves off.
Lucas: "I was just getting started."
Lucas said standing up.
Aito: "(I can practically see the Judgement Aura on him. Let's hope he uses it.)"
Aito stepped back before dashing in.
Lucas: "Watashi no kōchi e."
Lucas gloves seemed to melt.
Aito: "(A technical one? But it leaves him with no way to block punches.)"
Aito pressured him.
Aito: "(He isn't a devil so why can he use a judgement?)"
Aito pushed forward until coach Fumio said time.
Coach Fumio: "That's all. Just a warm up. Now Lucas go take it easy. And Aito get training your fight with Shindou is in three days! I hope you were training while on this 'vacation'."
Coach Fumio said hitting Aito in the back with his cane.
Aito: "I did! Promise!"
Aito said as he went to the heavy bag and started striking it.
