"Red Flame Tsunami!"
"The power of the gods!"
Hyperion surged forward, wielding the God's Emblem. Perhaps he had realized that the ancient gods could grasp ultimate power in the near future. This child—Cloros' own son, descendant of the Titan Protoss—was not incapable of comprehending such strength.
In that instant, the endless red flame of the sword and divine energy erupted together. The resulting force shook the entire world.
Zeus, locked in combat with Cloros, frowned. Yet Cloros gave him no time to dwell on it. With a single sweep of his scythe:
"Cloros, to hell with you!"
Zeus remained calm. Raising the divine energy in his hands, he instantly countered the attack.
Boom!
In an instant, deep within the labyrinth, the king's palace trembled. Chaos shattered, devouring all lingering dark aura, turning it to stardust.
In distant palaces—the Sun God Hyperion's palace, the Sea Goddess Thetis' palace—both Hera and Poseidon frowned, gripping their respective scepter and trident, ready for battle.
The infinite energy born of this clash enveloped Cloros and Zeus. Yet these two were sons of destiny. One, the second-generation God-King, had slain his father Uranus as fate decreed. The other emerged from Uranus' curse, created to eliminate the enemies before him.
Round and round, the intricate web of Greek mythology—family, destiny, and divine ethics—was forged in such moments.
After prolonged roaring and devastation throughout the labyrinth, the chaos finally stabilized.
"Ahem!"
Two phantoms emerged slowly.
"Cloros is hurt!" Hyperion exclaimed, astonished at the damage to the Sun God's palace. Even he could not enter this palace without summoning. Yet now, it was broken.
"Care for him all you want, but consider yourself instead!"
An indifferent voice cut through. Hades, clad in black divine robes, had already slain Cloros with the Sword of Hades.
"Hmph! Do you truly believe in divine prophecy?"
"Zeus! He cannot kill His Majesty, the God-King!"
Hyperion, strongest among the Titans, the Sun God himself, heard Hades' words and launched a solar hurricane, diffusing a terrifying cyclone across the void.
The battle of gods could annihilate galaxies at will. Each of the twelve Titan Gods possessed ultimate power capable of destroying the universe itself twelvefold. Yet in the labyrinth, they had never unleashed their full strength.
The void's temperature surged unbearably. Flames of heat clashed with the cold aura emanating from Hades. Behind him, the God's Emblem radiated, a miniature cosmos of divine power.
Extreme Heat versus Extreme Cold.
The two forces collided, tearing the void apart. Flame and frost clashed without yielding. This was the true battle between Hyperion, the Titan Sun God, and Hades, Lord of the Underworld.
Unlike ordinary divine conflicts, this fight would reshape the universe itself.
Boom! Bang! Boom!
Vibrations shattered the labyrinth. A powerful force suppressed Cloros' ultimate power—Zeus' intervention.
God-Killing Thunder!
A bolt descended. Cloros, the invincible Titan God-King who had once conquered Uranus, suffered a grievous wound. Though it healed rapidly, the injury remained.
"How is this possible?!" Hyperion roared. The second-generation God-King, destined by his own father, had been hurt by his son.
As Cloros was wounded, the other eleven divine palaces trembled.
Hades raised his head. The divine energy around the royal city had vanished. According to Aaron's memory, Cloros—master of the entire universe—was about to be defeated by Zeus.
"Impossible!" Hyperion could not believe it. The Titans were no ordinary beings; Cloros was one of the Ancient Gods, child of Uranus and Mother Earth, second-generation God-King—a true son of destiny.
Yet now:
"I understand! I understand!"
The God-Killing Thunder was originally created by Heleikous, one of the Twelve Titan Gods, as a secret weapon for the gods' battle. To guide his people toward light, it unleashed thunder capable of killing even gods. Too powerful to wield freely, it was sealed in memory and never used—until now.
"Father God, your will has been rejected by the universe. I will revisit it in your place. Rest in peace."
The Labyrinth of Engraving trembled violently. God-Killing Thunder suppressed Cloros' divine power completely. In that moment, Cloros was utterly defeated.
The Battle of the Gods was coming to its end. Hyperion, for the first time in eons, felt the threat of true death. A flash of black light passed over him—he closed his eyes completely.
