"All right, that's how it all went," Louis explained to Sylus how he had escaped.
Sylus stared blankly at him, nodding nonstop, until he suddenly asked, "So you won't leave again, right?"
Of course, I will leave. I'll even go to another world. Louis thought to himself, but for now, he could only nod. "Of course. But first, let's talk about you—what exactly are you planning to do?"
Sylus looked at Louis in confusion, but Louis didn't allow him to explain. His voice turned cold: "Don't think I don't know what you're plotting. Do you really intend to destroy this world?"
Sylus widened his eyes at Louis, looking utterly dumbfounded, as if he couldn't understand how Louis had guessed his intentions.
But in the end, he quietly said, "I only thought of doing that because I felt nothing was interesting left in this world…"
