Today I bring a sad news, unfortunately.
Webnovel denied me a contract, with no way to apply again. Supposedly because it doesn't fit the market here...but I digress.
With this in mind, after the first volume is concluded (We are about...60% through, give or take), I will be taking my novel either to RR or KU. While the money was never the ultimate goal, I plan to take the novel to about 500+chapters over time. It will be a long journey, and if there's an opportunity to get something from it, I would like to take it. I believe in this story, as well as it's value, regardless of what Webnovel says.
If I do go on KU, then the publisher will require an exclusive contract, so the version on webnovel will unfortunately have to be deleted. We will see how it goes, and perhaps we will see each other in a comment section somewhere else at that time.
Until then, the first volume will be finished and available here, so you can still enjoy regular updates until we reach that point.
Thank you for reading through this, and I wish there was another way. Getting your work rejected once and not being able to do it ever again just hit a sour spot. (Despite them saying you can do it 3x... but I digress again).
PS: I don't think this will happen, but if you decide to repost the novel after it's deleted, please keep in mind that all rights are reserved. I don't want to go through the trouble of DMCA, but I would need to because of exclusivity contract. Let's not make things awkward :)
