Dark red blood beads seeped from the axe blade, the Blood God's chaotic evil power constantly swirling around the battle-axe, and the Bloodthirster roared: "For us, a hundred years is but a flick of the finger. As for you… you are merely a Psyker; your soul shall fall into our hands. I await the day your soul returns to the High Heavens!"
Accompanied by the tremor of Chaos evil power, the entire cathedral shook, as if this Greater Daemon was about to break free from its seal at any moment.
Ahriman remained expressionless; he knew that this Greater Daemon truly didn't care about being sealed for a few hundred years, so he merely intensified the sealing power and continued his interrogation.
But what concerned him more than this demon breaking free was that the Mysterious Man not only knew the demon's true name but also accurately predicted the timing of the rebellion's outbreak… This level of intelligence capability could not possibly belong to an ordinary force.
And more importantly, what was the motive of this Mysterious Man? What was his purpose in helping him seal this Greater Daemon?
If it was out of a desire to help the Empire, even if he were an illegal Psyker, it wouldn't be difficult to obtain legal status in the Empire with this merit.
As for others… Ahriman hesitated for a moment. If it were someone whose identity was too unsavory, running away would not be incomprehensible.
After all, if it were a Fallen Angel or a severely mutated Mutant, the Inquisition's usual approach would be either to take them in as a dog or simply keep it a secret.
