Chapter 29 - Chapter 29: The Secret of the Yin Seal!

Sarutobi Hiruzen and Jiraiya were both left speechless—Ryoma didn't seem to need saving at all.

Was this really happening?

Hiruzen narrowed his eyes in thought. Has Ryoma already reached such a level? Could he be stronger than Tsunade? Or is it just his unique style…

On the sidelines, Orochimaru was even more shocked. The strength Ryoma displayed now far surpassed what he had shown during their encounter just a week earlier.

At this moment, Ryoma's power was overwhelming.

Orochimaru couldn't help but think—even if it were their own teacher, Hiruzen himself, it wouldn't be so easy to completely suppress Tsunade like this.

And yet, here Tsunade was, pinned helplessly to the ground, unable to move at all.

Just then, Uzumaki Mito appeared.

"Hiruzen, what's going on here?"

Her sharp eyes immediately fell on Tsunade, bound tightly to the ground.

"Ryoma, release her! What on earth are you doing?"

With Mito's arrival, Ryoma deactivated the Strength of a Hundred Technique.

In truth, the Strength of a Hundred Technique was more than just an enhancement jutsu. By fully releasing the Yin Seal, it allowed the vast chakra stored within to flow freely, enabling large-scale ninjutsu and even forbidden arts.

With chakra surging through the entire body, physical strength and strange power were amplified to their peak.

But once the technique was closed, the Wood Dragon Jutsu's hold weakened considerably.

Bang!

With a burst of strength, Tsunade shattered the wooden bindings, glaring at Ryoma through clenched teeth.

"You bastard! I'll kill you!"

The humiliation burned deep—she, Tsunade, had just been subdued by a boy under twenty!

"Ahem… Tsunade, don't make a scene," Hiruzen muttered wearily. Why pick a fight with Ryoma of all people?

"Enough," Mito said coldly. "Stand down."

Kushina, still staring at Ryoma in awe, quickly rushed over to hold Tsunade back.

But Tsunade only shot her a fierce glare. "Hmph! Kushina, so quick to take the outsider's side?"

Mito's voice snapped like a whip. "That's enough! Get back!"

Hiruzen coughed into his hand. "Tsunade, you and Jiraiya—come with me to the office."

"…Fine."

Still fuming, Tsunade stomped after the Hokage.

Halfway there, Jiraiya couldn't help himself. "Tsunade, that Ryoma just now… was he—"

"Shut up!" Tsunade roared, her fist lashing out.

Bang!

Jiraiya was launched through the air, crashing straight into a house ahead.

Boom!

The building collapsed in a cloud of dust as startled shinobi scrambled out.

"Enemy attack!"

Hiruzen quickly raised a hand. "Calm down! It's nothing."

"Naruto-sama?!"

"Tsunade-sama!"

"Orochimaru-sama!"

The shinobi recognized their leaders instantly, bowing in respect.

"Are you all right?" Hiruzen asked, his voice full of concern.

"We're fine, Hokage-sama," one of them said. "Just startled, that's all."

From the rubble came a groan.

"Ugh…"

Jiraiya stumbled out, clutching his face. The shinobi present exchanged awkward looks.

Suppressing a sigh, Hiruzen pulled out a thick wad of ryo. "Please stay at an inn tonight. I'll have someone begin repairs tomorrow morning."

One of the shinobi quickly waved his hands. "There's no rush, Hokage-sama. Really, it's fine."

"Do it anyway," Hiruzen said firmly.

"Yes, Hokage-sama!"

As they turned away, Hiruzen shot Tsunade a cold look.

"Repairs will cost at least fifty thousand ryō. Make sure you go to the finance department and pay in advance."

Tsunade snorted, crossing her arms.

"Not paying."

On the other side, Ryoma and Kushina followed Uzumaki Mito back.

"Couldn't you have just let Tsunade-sensei off?!" Kushina glared at Ryoma, clearly upset.

Ryoma only shrugged. He had wanted to, but the system hadn't given him that option.

"See what happened now? You'd better go back later and apologize to her!"

Ryoma ignored her completely. Apologize? For what? Tsunade was the one who attacked first. Teaching her a lesson is hardly a crime.

Kushina, frustrated by his stubbornness, tried to pinch his side out of spite—only to find her fingers couldn't even dent his body.

So tough…

Mito sighed softly, shaking her head. "Ryoma, how did things end up in a fight like this?"

Ryoma recounted the events clearly, step by step.

When Kushina heard it, guilt flickered across her face.

"Ugh… I really drank too much. If I hadn't been drunk, none of this would've happened."

Mito smiled faintly and shook her head.

"No, this wasn't your fault. Tsunade has always been too brash and hot-tempered."

Then her gaze settled back on Ryoma, sharp and probing.

"Ryoma, when did you learn the Yin Seal and the Strength of a Hundred Technique?"

Kushina's eyes went wide.

"What?! Ryoma, you can use the Yin Seal?!"

She hadn't caught the details in the heat of the moment, but when Mito appeared earlier, she had seen Ryoma release the Strength of a Hundred, fully unlocking the Yin Seal.

Back then, even Mito herself had been astonished—though she'd kept silent until now.
