"Normal Punch!"
Meeting the descending energy beam, Saitama threw his fist forward!
Fist wind clashed with the starship's main cannon.
Rumble—
Space itself trembled.
The condensed beam shattered like flowing water, exploding like fireworks in the sky.
Where the punch swept, a scar hundreds of meters long tore across the warship's hull.
Malekith, who had just stepped aboard, froze.
The warship that symbolized the pride of the dark elves was ripped apart in one strike!
The shockwave sent him spitting blood, his body hurled into a distant ruin.
Calm footsteps echoed.
Malekith, covered in blood, lifted his head weakly. Half his face, scarred from Thor's hammer, twisted in terror.
Like a trapped animal, he trembled and stumbled back. But rubble blocked his escape.
"It's over."
Saitama looked down at the so-called former conqueror of the universe.
Not so impressive after all.
His fist rose slowly. Time to end this.
Malekith's face turned pale. He had dreamed of returning in glory, of bathing Asgard in Odin's blood, avenging the shame of the dark elves.
And he had succeeded—almost.
Asgard lay in ruins. Its defenses broken.
But here… here he would fall. To a bald monster.
Hatred burned in his eyes.
"Stop! Saitama—!"
A shout rang out.
Boom!
Thor appeared, cradling Jane Foster in his arms.
"Saitama, you can't kill Malekith yet! We need him to extract the Aether!"
He was frantic. Jane's body was failing. As one of the six Infinity Stones, the Reality Stone was devouring her life—something no human could endure.
"Oh? The Aether?"
Saitama tilted his head at Thor and Jane.
"We can destroy it the moment it leaves her body!" Loki added quickly, finally stepping forward.
Thor nodded in gratitude. The Aether had caused endless bloodshed. It had to be destroyed.
"Fine. Get it out of him. Don't touch it yourself."
Saitama gestured toward Malekith's broken form.
"Gulp—"
The dark elf's throat bobbed nervously.
Once proud, he now looked pitiful. But a glimmer of cunning flashed in his eyes.
He raised a hand.
Jane Foster lifted helplessly into the air, red liquid seeping from her body.
The Aether!
The Reality Stone. One of the six great powers of the universe.
"Now!"
Thor and Loki moved instantly.
Thor hurled Mjolnir wreathed in lightning. Loki loosed a glowing arrow.
Two streaks—blue and gold—struck the floating mass.
Boom!
The Reality Stone shattered.
"Success!"
The brothers exchanged relieved smiles.
But they didn't see Malekith's smirk.
The fragments rose.
Dust reformed.
The Aether restored itself.
No ordinary gods could destroy an Infinity Stone.
"Fools! Even Bor could not erase it! And you, pathetic bald man—" Malekith laughed wildly. "You should despair!"
The Aether poured back into him, wounds sealing instantly. His aura swelled to monstrous levels.
If Algrim was a tiger, Malekith reborn with the Aether was Godzilla.
"Now… I'll start with you two."
Scarlet light erupted from his body, hurling Thor and Loki like ragdolls.
Blood spewed from their mouths.
One strike—and the sons of Odin were broken.
"This is the power you cannot comprehend! I, Malekith, will plunge the cosmos into darkness! The dark elves shall reign again!"
The sky of the Tenth Realm blackened.
Light receded from Asgard and across the Nine Realms.
The Reality Stone twisted the fabric of existence itself. What Malekith declared became truth.
He could even erase Thor or Loki outright—but the cost was too high, even for him.
"You're Malekith, right?"
Darkness loomed behind him, his face blurred into a godlike shadow.
His voice thundered as he looked at Saitama with divine arrogance.
"Kneel. I will grant you eternal life and infinite power. Submit to the dark. Serve me."
Confidence returned to him, overflowing.
"Oh?"
"Eternal life and infinite power, huh?"
Saitama tilted his head, dead-fish eyes calm.
But to him…
It wasn't a gift.
It was punishment.
What joy was there in power without limit?
He would rather have a bargain sale, fried chicken, udon, or a rice bowl with raw egg.
"Compared to Odin, I will be the true master of the universe!" Malekith roared.
"…That's it? Nothing else to say?"
Saitama asked seriously.
"What? What do you mean?"
"I mean, if you're done talking…"
Saitama clenched his fist. His expression sharpened, a rare flash of resolve lighting his face.
"…then I'm ending this hero activity now."
