"Anything else?" Qrow asked with an expression that said he also thought it unfair.
"There's the advanced forms of haki too but those are only available to incredibly skilled and powerful users of it. For armament it's internal destruction and flow, for Conquerors it's infusion and for observation it's future sight. There are sub effects too but those are more because of a specific usage of haki rather than an actual effect of it." I said calmly.
"So basically Yang is now like the most awesome hunter on the planet?" Ruby asked with huge eyes.
"Technically there are four others considerably more powerful but in terms of versatility then yes she would count." I said casually.
"Who are the four?" Ruby asked curiously.
"The seasonal maidens of course." I say casually causing Qrow to stiffen.
"That's supposed to be confidential!" he hissed.
"Yeah so no one gets any funny ideas and hunts them in an attempt to get their powers. Honestly though do you think either of these two would even consider such a thing?" I asked him with a dead pan look.
"No, but the point still stands." he said with a sigh.
"I'm not going to lie pointlessly to Ruby. Ozpin is eventually going to try and drag her into that whole mess because of her eyes so it's better to get it all out in the open now." I point out flatly.
"You don't know that." he said seriously.
I stared at him hard.
He sighed "Okay so you might be right, doesn't mean I like it." he said tiredly.
"Tough break. Your options are either she's kept in the dark and dragged in in the worst way possible, she gets everything she needs now and can prepare or she gets so strong Ozpin and Salem both avoid her in fear of what she'd do to them." I laid it out calmly.
"Is that last one even an actual option?" He asked with a slightly hopeful look.
"Of course it is. If I ignored all personal costs I could funnel several worlds resources and training methods into her until she practically walks the land like a god. Salem is strong for this world without a doubt but even right now I have access to a world where the destructive potential anyone can reach through effort is enough to flatten cities and erase geological features like mountains. On the grand scale of the multiverse she's a slightly bigger ant." I said seriously.
"I'm still here you know!" Ruby whined.
I pat her head and pull out a huge chocolate chunk cookie from from the shop that I hand her "No one has forgotten." I say with a chuckle.
"I forgive you!" she says excitedly as she starts chewing the dense cookie like a particularly stubborn dog with a hard bone.
"Got any more of those?" Yang asked with a hand already outstretched expectantly.
I roll my eyes and purchase a second cookie that I hand her.
"Ugh, they're going to be hopped up on sugar now." Qrow complained.
"Nope, sugar alternative sweetener. Sugar free cookies with all the flavor and almost none of the trouble." I said with a grin.
Both girls paused mid gnaw to look at the cookies like they were aliens before deciding at roughly the same time they didn't actually care and go back to gnawing on them.
"Any chance we could get the recipe from you? Tai would love to not have to worry about their sugar intake as much." Qrow asked seriously.
I purchased the sugar substitutes chemical formula before handing it over.
"Just use this in place of sugar when you make chocolate and it'll taste the same but won't have any added sugar in it." I said handing it over.
He pulled out his scroll(this worlds version of a smart pad) and typed the full formula into it. He looked over the results before nodded and putting the scroll back away.
"Checks out. Turns out we have the stuff over here too but it's mostly used for military rations." he said with a funny look.
"It's for nutritional balance. It won't do for the soldiers to get fat by eating military provided food." I said not surprised.
"Hey so do you have video games?" Yang asked as she took a break from working on gnawing away her cookie.
"My world is still in the early stage of video game development but yes." I said with a nod.
"You any good?" she asked with a competitive glint in her eye.
"I'm alright." I said modestly.
"I challenge you!" she says with a grin.
I accepted and the game was busted out where I proceeded to dominate. The game was nothing too special really as it was basically just this worlds version of Mortal Kombat.
Once I got a hang of the controls I easily memorized the entire move list of the character I chose that was this games version of Shao Khan and comboed my way into flawless victory after flawless victory. Yang was predictable in how she used her characters as she was aggressive and bold. Ruby used a flurry of moves as fast as she could while constantly evading and Qrow used his character tactically with equal parts big moves and proper blocking and dodging.-
"You are officially banned from video games!" Ruby declared after the fifth time I curb stomped her.
"I think I can live with that." I said with a chuckle.
"How do you even GET that good!? I call Hacks!" Yang said angrily.
"On your game? That you provided?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.
