"Oh good that makes things easier for me then. At my current disposal I have partners in the One piece, Cyberpunk, Ark, RWBY, Final fantasy ten and Berserk worlds. My own world is that of Harry Potter." I said calmly.
"Jesus you weren't kidding when you said it was random. How does the Berserk world even work anyways? Like is that basically just actual hell on Earth?" she asked confused.
"Yes well I may have traded Guts a few things that basically make him a god walking that world. In exchange he sends me the souls, behelits and corpses of the astral beings he slaughters. It's a good arrangement for me." I said smugly.
"A god? The fuck could you use to accomplish that from that selection?" she asked incredulous.
"The yami yami no mi, physique of the One piece world and haki with conquerors built in. The fruit gives him range and sheer power, the physique makes his bodily abuse empower him rather than cripple him and the haki lets him directly attack spiritual or intangible beings. In his world he is basically as powerful as Griffith if not more so and Griffith is technically a god." I said with a grin.
"You can get devil fruits!?" she exclaimed in shock.
"Depends on the fruit but yes." I said with a nod.
"The goro goro no mi?" she asked with a greedy look.
"Off limits, I've already taken that fruit for myself." I said turning my hand into lightning to prove my point.
"Damn, what about the pika pika no mi?" she asked hopefully.
"Right so you seem to be under a slight misunderstanding. To actually obtain the devil fruit of someone else that person has to be captured or at least defeated by my partner. Kizaru is not going to let either happen and will run away first. His fruit is ALSO off limits. Oh and you can forget about any of the fruits belonging to the Whitebeard pirates since the old man is my trading partner." I said firmly.
"Shit, that ruins like my next six fruits then. Are there any logia's or mythical Zoans up for grabs?" she eventually asked helplessly.
"Of course there are. The trick is that you keep asking about fruits that are either owned by powerful characters or are already spoken for. Use your imagination, there are plenty of fruits that never appear in the actual story we see. As for actually getting them, well that depends mostly on Whitebeard. In other words of no use to the current you." I said getting her mind off the idea of a fruit.
Not because I didn't want to give her one but because I flat out didn't have any on me. If I wasn't wrong she needed strength this very moment so making a deal for a fruit I didn't have on me was basically no different from me giving her an I.O.U that she may not live to cash in. Dirty business to say the least.-
"Right, I can get greedy when i'm not constantly close to death." she muttered a little reluctantly.
"That's the idea. Now then tell me about your world and what is going on. While the One piece set would likely still be the best option for you either way I can only make an informed suggestion with the full picture." I said seriously.
"Well my version of Earth was a modern one, humanity in skyscrapers with nine to fives being the normal and the economy shafting just about everyone not already rich. When the year rolled around everyone got the same message in their heads. "System binding complete." Then everything became hell. Things from fantasy and myth started popping up out of nowhere everywhere. For a couple hours everyone believed that with our weapons we'd curb stomp these things and dominate the planet again. Then we collectively discovered that guns, bombs and basically any higher end weaponry flat out didn't work anymore." she paused with a haunted look.
"Classic invasion procedure. Take away humanities weaponry and they become little better than smart apes, not even particularly strong or fast ones either." I said and she sighed.
"Yeah, It's a bloodbath over here. Basic goblins aren't terribly hard to kill since most of them are about as strong as ten year old. The problem is that they move in groups and are ruthless. They also weren't alone. There are orcs too and those are all as strong as the average adult at their basic forms. That doesn't even begin to cover the many other types of monsters that lurk around everywhere. Then there's the system. Everything has it apparently. It makes it so everything is constantly fighting to grow stronger. Your stats were based on what you were like before the system came. I was a shut in so my physical stats are all really low and my mental stats are high." she explained unhappily.
"I believe I have a good enough picture. The One piece set would be your best option to raise your physical stats and thus your survival chance. I'll also throw in a temporary invisibility cloak. It's a defective product that can only keep the wearer invisible for five minutes at a time before it needs an hour to recharge. For you though five minutes might just save your life." I said as I sent over the haki ability and skill stone as well as the physique ability stone.
