(Guys i Reuploaded the Bleach fanfic With a New Name:Bleach: Infinite Stats Points)
By afternoon, the elite training camp students finished catching up with each other and began departing.
They were about to board their warships and head to their assigned branches.
One after another, most said their farewells to Zephyr and left.
At the navy drill grounds—
"I want to fight you."
Smoker's voice rang out.
For three years, Smoker had been chasing Creed. But because Creed had only stayed in the camp for a month before leaving, they had never fought.
Now, with graduation at hand, Smoker wanted to test himself.
He wanted to know—just how vast was the gap between him and Creed?
Creed looked at him and nodded. "Alright."
They moved to the battlefield, with Ain, Falkor, Zephyr, and Tashigi watching from the side.
"You attack first," Creed said.
Whoosh!
Smoker's body swirled with white smoke, darting into the air, rushing straight at Creed.
Creed met him with a punch. Their clash cracked the ground beneath them.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Smoker launched a fierce offensive, but Creed didn't budge a single step.
"White Snake!"
Smoker's arm shot forward, trailing smoke, coated in Armament Haki's dark metallic sheen.
Creed punched, deflecting the blow.
But Smoker's body turned into smoke, coiling around Creed. His upper half remained solid, blade in hand, slashing down toward Creed's head.
Creed's brow twitched—he had expected this. His cursed blade, Kikoku, was already raised to block.
Clang!
The impact shook Creed, but it was Smoker who was blasted backward.
"Don't hold back. I want to see your true power," Smoker demanded. Until now, Creed had only used his body.
"As you wish."
Whoosh!
Creed vanished. His speed left only an afterimage.
Smoker felt a wave of killing intent—and then a fist came crashing in. He barely blocked, but the force sent him flying. His smoke-form dispersed under the pressure.
Bang!
Creed appeared behind him, kicking Smoker square in the back.
Smoker crashed into the ground, carving out a crater.
Before he could rise, Creed descended, fist blazing with white light, tearing the air as it smashed downward.
Smoker's face twisted, but he crossed his arms, coated in Armament Haki, bracing for impact.
BOOM!
The ground shattered, the small crater expanding into a massive pit. Smoke and rubble filled the air.
When it cleared, Smoker staggered up, battered and bleeding at the mouth.
But then—
Whoosh!
A blinding blade aura ripped past him, nearly freezing half his body in place.
The drill ground split open with a perfectly straight chasm.
Smoker's eyes widened. "That… was your full strength?"
"Twenty percent."
The words crushed his spirit. His strong body trembled. "…I lost."
"Smoker, are you okay?" Tashigi rushed to support him, worry on her face.
Zephyr walked over too, sighing inwardly. Smoker's talent was second only to Creed in the camp. Left to grow, he'd at least become a Vice Admiral one day.
But standing in Creed's era was their misfortune. Against him, every other genius looked dim.
Zephyr opened his mouth to console Smoker, but—
"I'll catch up to you!" Smoker shouted, eyes blazing with determination. "No matter the effort, I'll reach the New World too. Wait for me there—I'll find you!"
Zephyr closed his mouth, pride warming his gaze. That was the spirit of a true strong man—not denying defeat, but refusing to accept it as the end.
Supported by Tashigi, Smoker left. His journey to the East Blue awaited. But soon—very soon—he would sail to the New World as well.
"Creed, let's go. Sengoku is waiting in his office," Zephyr said.
Together with Ain, Creed followed him.
Worth noting: Ain had earned the rank of Commander. She had played a key role in defeating Byrnndi World's Work Society and the "Marine Hunter" Pirates. As Creed's vice-captain, her position made her especially happy.
Inside the office, Sengoku looked up. "Zephyr, have you sent off all your students?"
"Yes. They've gone."
Then Sengoku's gaze fell on Creed. The past two days, he had racked his brain trying to decide what position to give this troublemaker. Like his grandfather, Creed was bound to stir things up.
After much headache—and with Zephyr and Garp's input—Sengoku had made his decision.
He created a brand-new branch.
G-K.
If Creed was going to stir trouble, then let him do it in the New World. At least there, his strength might carve open a path for the navy.
So far, only G-5 had existed in the New World, acting as headquarters' eyes and ears, watching the Four Emperors and major pirate crews. Without it, the navy would be blind there.
"Creed, this is your commission."
Sengoku handed him the papers. "Tomorrow, you'll head to Base Island. Your men are already waiting for you there."
For a moment, Creed thought he saw something sly—almost mischievous—in Sengoku's eyes when he mentioned "subordinates."
Was there a catch?
