HA-JOON'S POV:
It was another fine beautiful morning, but it is yet to become terrible. I got up so early around in the morning around six o'clock just to get ready for school.
I was tired and exhausted but my mom forced me up my bed, but I was also hungry so I got up.
I freshened up and got dressed in my school uniform it- simply just a white T-shirt and a black jeans, with belt if you want to look decent.
When I got down stairs, breakfast was already ready and served on the table, but I didn't see a single soul there everyone was on the rush, my older siblings getting ready to go collage, even that they always get there late.
And my dad to work, my mom.... she's just trying to keep things organize ahh Mondays am I right?.
Without a second though I quickly grabbed my bag and swung it on my back,
I grabbed my blue lunch box that I shoved inside my back, apparently I still carry lunch box to school because of my mom doesn't want me to grow up Yeah am a toxic boy mom.
I grabbed one of the sand witch and hurriedly sprinted out of the house, with Min-Ju and Ji-Woo rushing behind me, wearing normal collage clothes and their bags on their shoulders.
My mom is pretty caring...too caring to say the least she ran after us shouting...
'' Come back here and eat your breakfast properly ''
We ignored her because we were late.
I hopped on my Bike which I always kept by the gate,
Min-Ju was old enough and Ji-Woo too, so they got a car... even with that they were always late to collage, they didn't give me a car I always paddle to school.
I finally arrived, after stopping by an ice cream shop and got an ice cream cone which melted on the way.
I could already smell the long days of hardship and brain torture. I have a math test today that's even worse.
I stood in front of the big ironed gate, My eyes glowing under the fluorescent light as I read the sign that says '' NEW PEAK ACADEMY'' .
I mean such an Awesome name but it failed to reach my expectations so I don't recommend the school it's bad for your brain.
I really hate Mondays, Mondays are worst of all the days of school.
I let out two deep sighs before bracing my self for the worst , I marching forward inside the school.
END OF POV.....
The hall, felt the same... bright and wide, rows of blue lockers stretching down on both sides, lights hummed overhead and the footsteps of students echoed through the polish floor.
Ha-Joon walked steadily past chatter, his head down, his grey hair bangs covering his eyes.
As he reached his locker he popped opened the locker with a soft click.
Ha-Joon was standing by his locker, bringing out the necessary books, but then suddenly he froze when he heard a loud BANG What could it be?.
The bang came from the lockers being slammed repeatedly by someone, and then sound began to come closer to Ha-Joon.
Sensing it might be trouble he slowly slams his locker and started to walk away,
Before he could reach the end of the row, something clamped around his wrist in a tight grip and yanked him back.
In an instant he founds himself pinned on the cold metal locker unable to move.
''L.. let me go....Ji-Hoo'' He said without even looking up.
When he looked up and saw Ji-Hoo, just as he expected.
He is a striking figure with shiny jet black hair, a vivid green eyes and a charming dimple on his left cheek, he is not only popular for his good looks but also he is the captain of the football team and the best player, Girls will drool over him even on him and guys envy him.
But all Ha-Joon could see in him was a jerk in front of him who has the most annoying perfect smile.
He had bullied Ha-Joon since the first year of his school days just because of his grey hair, and how weird he acts. He is one of Ha-Joon's biggest hardships..
''What do you want again Ji-Hoo?'' Ha-Joon asked his voice lace with annoyance.
'' oh.. silver you look... extra messy today...'' Ji-Hoo said his voice deep and chill.
''What's wrong..?''
'' Your hair looks greyish... oh wait I remember it has was always been like that...'' Ji-Hoo said and let out a slow rich laugh.
'' i still don't understand why you're the only one in your family that has grey hair.. you are not even an albino...'' he added letting go of Ha-Joon who he had pin on the locker.
Fixing the collar of his shirt'' Will you please mind your own business.... all you do is tease me all the time, go score your math test and then come back...'' Ha-Joon said he was already done with Ji-Hoo, but still the mischief and the annoying smug on Ji-Hoo's face were still there
'' I will never let you live peacefully silver... as long as am alive old man....i will make your life miserable....'' He leaned in and whispered before radiantly walking away going to who cares where.
''Such hypocrite, such nonsense, such nuisance.... he always says he will make my life miserable and he does..... is not like it's something new....'' Ha-Joon angrily said dusting his shirt.
RING RING RING
The school bell rang, the one that echoes through the hall and make your ears go numb.
Ha-Joon let out a big sigh, and walks to his class.
IN THE CLASS ROOM
Mr. Lee has just turn back to the board, when Ha-Joon came in late.
All eyes turned to the door as Ha-Joon slips in, His grey-silver hair streaks glints under the fluorescents lights.
Way over at the back sit, Ji-Hoo sat there hands on his cheeks and a smirk on his face he couldn't resist.
Ji-hoo leaned in to whisper but his voice is loud enough for half the classroom to hear
''Nice highlights grandpa Ha-Joon, need your dentures back there?'' He said his voice mocking.
The class snickers everyone whispering, laughing and making fun of poor Ha-Joon.
Ha-Joon's cheeks went red , bright red as he edges down the row and polps into a sit Swinging down his bag to the floor, he puts a long face and turns to a girl beside him Joy his best friend the only person that understands and talks to him.
Her short brown hair falls in front of her round glasses for a second, but she tucked it back behind her ear smiling at Ha-Joon, the freckles under her light brown eyes bouncing as she whispers.
''Ignore him... Ha-Joonah, like you always do every time... his not worthy of your time and that grey hair is like a lightning bolt-pretty cool''
Ji-Hoo sneers again his lips twisting into a disgusted one instead of the usual smirk
'' lightning bolt? he is just growing old... right grand pa Ha-Joonah'' He said his tone mocking.
Joy Raises a perfect eye brow annoyed, she reaches in her pencil case and tap Ji-hoo's desk with her note book [ by the way Ji-Hoo's desk is behind them] , she taps it with her notebook every tap making a little click.
'' Listen dear... Ji-Hoonah, Your jokes are older then Ha-Joon's hair. Try fresh material'' she said her voice poisonously sweet.
Ji-Hoon scowls and goes quiet he couldn't bear to get humiliated again not by Joy.
''Thanks Joy, you're always the best'' Ha-Joon whispered a smile on his face.
''Don't worry I am always here to back you up.... even if it is against sweet Ji-Hoon '' she said with a smirk. '' I mean what will you do without me?''
'' I won't survive'' Ha-Joon said dramatically and they giggled.
Later Mr. Lee pairs everyone in a group of two for a quick math puzzle, and coincidently Joy and Ha-Joon are on the same team, Ji-Hoon however was behind them pared up with another guy, the new guy that came last week .
'' Hey Ha-Joon...'' Ji-Hoon called out and Ha-joon turned back to look at him
'' At your age I bet you need reading glasses to see that font-oh wait Joy's got those covered don't you Joy?''
Joy flips her glasses with a click and leaned back for Ji-Hoon to hear.
''Ji-hoon I guess you heard the sound of my pencil case rattling... well that's the sound of brains that actually solve problems.... unlike your empty joke bag'' Joy said her voice cheery but firm.
'' At least my brain can crack jokes.... how bout yours it can only solve math problems...and you will still fail the exams..''
'' well that's because scores aren't taking seriously in this school... how bout you... you bribe the teachers to give you marks...'' Joy shouts only enough for Ji-Hoon to hear
''At least I have the money to do so... how bout you... you work at a café.'' Ji-Hoon shouts back.
''It's a decent job... And the Café it's popular''
'' If it is.... why is Your salary the exact amount I pay to buy shoes'' Ji-Hoo said smiling mockingly, sticking his tongue out like a child.
''see that's a lot of money...'' Joy burst out in rage.
