Darrell's POV
My eyes narrowed on him, he had just muttered words that could make me behead him.
"If you have something to say, make sure to watch that tongue of yours" I warned.
Seeing how uncomfortable he was, I leaned back, deciding to hear his side of the story.
Not that it would change anything, but it was fun to allow them to have their bits.
"Alpha, there is a legacy already on the ground and bringing in an Omega is certainly not allowed!"
"What section of the rules was that written?" I asked.
He cleared his throat, realising he did not have anything to back up his claim.
Those rules were based on societal standards and clearly not in the so-called book of conduct!
"She's going to be bearing us the heir and, from what I know, who I decide to have my child with is none of your business!"
"This will create riots amongst the elites! Inviting a lowlife into the royal family is not the way to go, Alpha!"
