A guard wearing a black outfit walks towards jack with a smile on his face. From his looks, he seems to be carrying good news and didn't waste time reporting whatever he knew. Just as he reported, Jack's grin widens with joy as he runs off
Having landed the punch successfully and made sure of shizu's safety they pull back leaving the man stunned for a moment. He regains composure and smiles at them, slowly pulling back so as not to gain attraction.
"Danzai... We'll meet again and next time "
I would have finished them off now but I sense incredible energy coming this way
He turned to go but bumps into sky who floated up in the air without saying a word
"Wha—"he steps back slowly till he reached the edge
"I feel offended...you didn't even sense my energy"
The Man wastes no time taking a huge leap backwards onto another building. He attracts his hat to him and wears it casually feigning courage.
"I will let you off the hook for now"
Saying that, he teleports away from their site
Seconds later,jack reaches there and ask the whereabouts of the man they just faced
"Um... About that"
"What"
"He's gone"
Jack processed what sky had just told him
"Let me be clear, did he escape or what?"
"Frankly we let him go, thinking he was normal"
Danzai couldn't believe his ears, someone with little to no energy like him could figure out that the guy wasn't human but a high class like sky couldn't sort that out. It seemed sky purposely let him go for some reason
"Well you three, the test isn't over"
Oh shoot
Danzai carries shizu on his back and they run off with rin following behind them. They turn to their right hand corner and sees the building not quite far off
"Danzai..."

As they made their way towards the building, blade swished past danzai's neck, slightly cutting his throat before hitting the wall
"Danzai?!"
The next thing we knew, danzai was on the floor bleeding profusely from his neck as he struggles to breathe after losing the strength to carry shizu. Rin runs over to his side and Arthur and cloud watch in despair as he slowly loses consciousness
Oh shit... So I'm going to die here....oh well
After saying those words in his mind cause his voice was slowly fading away,he closes his eyes and his body grew cold.

Danzai sits up with a start after realizing that he hadn't been dead. He looks around the room and realizes that he's in a health facility lying helplessly amongst other victims and casualties. He turns to the nurse sitting beside him who focused on healing him and didn't flinch despite the ruckus he displayed
"Um..."
"Mana... My name is mana"
"Oh hey there "
"I'm not supposed to talk to the patients sir"
"No fair—"
Danzai words get interrupted by a stop in his voice which followed by blood from his throat
"You shouldn't talk too much.."
"You shouldn't act all cocky" this time,he reduces his voice so as to talk a bit clearer
"Wha— sir I'm not acting cocky, it's the rules"
"Oh right... rules"
"And I'm..."
"Huh?"
Mana didn't seem to want to go further than she had said and so she stopped.
"Nothing sir"
"Well guess... there's something on your face"
Mana panicked immediately which seemed to tip off danzai that she cares about her looks given that she was already quite beautiful. He then proceeded to make fun of her
"What might that be sir"
"Your eyes"
She paused for a moment then chuckles which satisfied danzai given that she has been moody since he noticed her
"Mana"
A cold female voice calls out to her from behind which changes her mood entirely. She stands up and turns to the woman whose patience seemed to be running thin
"What have I told you..."
"I'm sorry ma'am—"
Danzai stares shocked as the woman dealed a slap to mana who had been bowing in front of her since she came. Despite the slap, mana barely flinched but danzai wanted to give her a piece of his mind
"Hey miss... You don't just go around abusing people cause you feel like"
The woman stares coldy at him
"What is it to you?"
"I'm trying to say—"
"It's alright sir..." Mana answers with a smile on her face
"But..."
*It's enough "sky walks in to calm the situation as mana exits with the woman
"Sky sensei..."
"I'll advice that you should rather not get involved with the reject"
"What..."
"Her case is quite complicated but that's not the reason why I came here"
"What about rin and the others... Are they okay?"
"Yes... They all made it in, including shizu"
Thank goodness
"That's good, at least when I'm done here,ill take my leave"
"You passed dummy"
"Huh..."
"The fact that you survived outside and even helped w friend approves your entrance into the academy"
Danzai tried hard to believe that everything he said was a lie but it wasn't, not one bit

Danzai strolled through the gates of the academy looking at the other survivors that where already waiting Inside. Rin spots him and runs forward to meet him pleased that he survived the attack.arthur and the others join them and they talk about different things until jack arrived
"Greetings survivors,out of the 500 000 people who started the test, only 1,596 people survived exempting the special cases. Now out of the survivors, some cleared the task with exceptional ease, clearing the test in minutes"
Seriously is that a joke
"Nope... "Sky answers danzai's thoughts as he walked up to them from behind
"Third is yuki"
Yuki walks out and stands besides jack as directed
"Second is Martha"
Martha walks out and stands besides jack as directed
"First is davi..."
Davi was the boy who remained silent when those girls were talking earlier. Despite being called,he made no attempt to move but sat behind the crowd in silence.
Rin walks over the him and notifies him
"Hey dude..."
"..."
"Stop this crap..."
Danzai asks a crucial question
"Do you know him"
They both ignore as davi speaks up for the first time
"I'm lazy that's all"
