The rain of species was happening all over the world, and on the stage, blood started to flow in waves. The blood began absorbing mana through the world, and the blood waves moved faster and faster.
The stadium started to crumble as blood waved and began eating the species that landed on it, along with monsters inside the blood. As the stadium crumbled, people started to notice and began to panic. Just moments ago, they had been staring at the sky in awe, but now they were panicking.
All the people in the stadium started running to places where they could feel safe, but wherever they went, species were raining down on them. Still, they kept running away from the blood waves, which had gained consciousness and started eating and swallowing anything the blood could find.
Aeren reached the place where Queen Hazel was staying, staring at the sky. He went directly to Queen Hazel and attacked, but his attack was blocked by King Thorne.
"Can't you see the situation around us?"
King Arthur Thorne gazed at Aeren and told him about the situation, but Aeren ignored his words and kicked King Thorne in the stomach. King Thorne took a stance so he wouldn't fly away.
But Aeren's kick pierced his stomach, and Aeren said, "It doesn't concern me."
After seeing his stomach, King Thorne felt panic and started healing, but Aeren's foot was stuck in his stomach. So Aeren used his other leg and gave him a frontal kick to the head. That didn't blast his head, but it sent him to the ground.
Aeren's cold eyes looked down on King Thorne, who was silently pleading for his life, but Aeren crushed his head and took a step forward toward Queen Hazel.
Queen Hazel noticed Aeren and was shocked by his appearance. How is that possible? He was killed by Lira before everyone, and that sword could stop any type of mana and healing properties. Then how is he still alive? Did Lira betray us? Or...
Queen Hazel continued staring at Aeren, then exhaled and took a fighting stance. She stepped forward toward Aeren and said, "Do you think I'm a soft and delicate woman who needs others' protection?"
The Queen then punched at Aeren, but he grabbed her punch, his cold gaze meeting her golden divine eyes.
"Yes, I think so."
Aeren tore her grabbed hand from her body. She stared at Aeren but didn't scream or cry for help, though she felt searing pain from her body. Still, she endured all the pain she felt.
King Kendrick's eyes went to the place where Aeren and Hazel were, and his eyes widened at the scene. He screamed at Aeren, "BASTARD! DON'T YOU DARE DO ANYTHING TO MY QUEEN!" King Kendrick flew to that location, and Hamilton and Valerius followed behind him.
Aeren glanced at them briefly and turned his head back to Queen Hazel, who had gone to her knees and was looking at him.
She looked at her surroundings, hearing all the screams and panic taking over the place. The stability and peace were crumbling around the world, and then she stared at the sky.
"Please, don't kill me. People need me after this situation, and they need a kingdom to live in. But if you kill me, the kingdom will crumble."
Aeren's gaze didn't waver as he continued looking at her golden divine eyes. Aeren put his hand on her eyes and grabbed both of them.
The eyes were resistant and didn't want to come out, but it didn't even take a second before both her eyes were in Aeren's hand. Aeren kicked her to the ground and put his foot on her chest.
"Why should I care?"
She couldn't see him, but she could hear him. She thought, Yeah, why would evil like you care about the world and anything? All you care about is ruling and controlling people, making them your personal slaves. She exhaled.
"You're going to live in this world, right? So you need a stable kingdom," she said, hoping Aeren could understand the basics and think thoroughly, or he would also face those problems and regret it.
Aeren glared at her but didn't say anything. He pressed his foot harder on her chest and blasted her heart, making a hole in her chest.
King Kendrick had almost reached Aeren, but it was too late. Aeren turned and threw the golden eyes like bullets at King Kendrick and King Hamilton's heads. The eyes blasted both their heads because the eyes didn't sense Queen Hazel's bloodline.
King Kendrick and King Hamilton died instantly, and Valerius saw everything. He knelt down, saying, "Don't kill me! Don't kill me! Don't kill me! Don't kill me!"
Aeren gazed at Valerius for a moment and walked past him. Aeren saw two people with happy faces.
One was the man, who was clapping, and the second was King Balient.
"Good, good, Aeren! I knew it. You are my best subordinate."
Balient stared at Aeren, impressed that the man had such a strong lapdog under him, and felt proud that he had chosen the right side. Balient continued looking at Aeren, who was coming his way.
Aeren reached them, and without saying anything, he just took their hearts from their bodies and threw them onto the blood wave.
They looked at Aeren with wide eyes as they fell to the blood wave. Before they could fly again, the blood wave captured them and swallowed them.
"Blood Born," Aeren said, staring at the blood wave getting wilder and wilder. The blood started swallowing everything around it.
Aeren stared at the blood creature shaping itself.
Aeren thought, I won't be here for a while. This thing will do.
Renn, Lira, and Roan were in the sky, looking both up and down, not even knowing who was the more dangerous being here.
Renn's system had errored itself and wasn't showing anything. The world was starting to look like hell, and the rain of people was still going on, making the blood wave stronger and stronger.
The blood wave started to take shape, becoming giant and giant. The blood wave took the shape of a two-legged monster with no eyes, no mouth, two blood hands—all the blood looked like it was moving on the monster. It didn't even look like a monster; it just felt like blood had covered a big creature around its body.
The blood creature's body worked through its senses, which could hear and see through them.
Renn could tell there was nothing stable and nothing good to see here.
His mind started working, and he thought, I need to protect the people around me and find a place where we can survive. This kingdom is done for—raining species from other worlds, birth of the blood wave, and death of Arin.
Renn turned his head to Lira and said loudly, "We need to run, Lira. And we have to take people with us from this place and hide from this creature and other species. We can't trust them for now."
Lira looked back at Renn, not knowing what had happened. Everything had been perfect and settled, so how did this happen? The plan was perfect, execution was perfect, and they controlled everything. So where did they go wrong?
Lira thought about all of this while still staring at him, then nodded her head. She looked at the creature one last time.
And Lira went with Renn.
The blood wave giant stood up in the center of the stage. The blood took a step, and that place was swallowed and absorbed by the blood creature.
The rain had not ended yet.
