Episode One: Galdin and Velda

We all believe our world is the only one that exists... unaware that there are hidden, parallel worlds, each with its own unique powers and mysteries.

In this tale, we will uncover one such world—strange, magical, and full of wonders.

The story begins in an ordinary city, in a humble house where a couple lives with their two sons: Galdin, the older brother, and Velda, the younger.

But this family isn't what it seems. They are the Malina family—a lineage of gifted sorcerers who fled their world for reasons yet to be revealed.

Galdin was a curious boy with a passion for exploration and reading. One day, he stumbled upon a strange book filled with secrets about the Malina family.

His parents begged him to keep this secret, even from his brother Velda. Galdin agreed, locking the truth deep within himself.

He began using his knowledge to perform "magic tricks" at school. His classmates were amazed by his skills.

But some jealous students scoffed and said mockingly,

— "You think you're a talented magician? You'll never match the greatest sorcerer of all time—The Great Ful!"

Their laughter stung. So, Galdin took on their challenge.

He attempted an incredibly difficult trick—one even Ful himself had failed. Using a touch of his family's real magic, he succeeded.

The audience was stunned, including the teacher who happened to witness the show.

Back home, Velda proudly told their parents what Galdin had done.

Their faces turned pale. They scolded Galdin harshly, warning him that using magic in the human world was dangerous.

He was putting the entire family at risk, and they demanded he never do it again.

But just as the tension peaked, the doorbell rang.

The father opened the door—and was surprised to see an unexpected guest… the schoolteacher!

He was invited to dinner. Out of politeness, the father asked why he had come. The teacher smiled and said,

— "I saw your son's performance today. He has exceptional talent. You should encourage him—he could become world-famous!"

The father replied coldly,

— "We're not interested in such things. Education comes first."

— "Don't worry—I'll make sure his studies continue while nurturing his talent."

— "There's no need. We don't want to trouble you."

The conversation dragged on, but the father remained firm in his refusal.

Suddenly, the teacher's expression changed. He stared at the family strangely and said,

— "Or perhaps… you're hiding something?"

A tense silence fell. The father, mother, and Galdin froze.

The father asked nervously,

— "What are you talking about?"

The teacher chuckled darkly,

— "The secret of the Malina family…"

The father shouted,

— "What nonsense is this?!"

The man laughed again—this time, menacingly.

— "I'm not a teacher… I've been hiding my identity with magic all along."

He lifted the spell masking him—transforming into another man entirely.

— "I am the leader of the Black Sorcerers… Williams!"

The father shouted in panic,

— "Galdin! Run! Go to the room—prepare the escape spell!"

Galdin rushed off, but Williams tried to stop him.

The mother stood in his path—and transformed into her true form: a powerful witch. Her hair flew wildly, her nails grew long, her skin darkened.

Williams gasped,

— "You're Maryana? If you'd joined me long ago, you would've become the strongest sorceress alive!"

Maryana said nothing. She attacked fiercely.

After a short but intense battle… she fell. She was dead.

Meanwhile, Galdin was gathering the ingredients: garlic, candles, chalk… He drew a hexagram on the floor and stood inside it with Velda.

Velda was confused and terrified, unable to comprehend what was happening.

Devastated by his wife's death, the father shouted,

— "Williams! How did you find us?!"

Williams laughed,

— "Your foolish son exposed you by using Shashouki Magic. Only the Malina family possesses it!"

He added with a sneer,

— "Now all I need are the hearts of your sons. With them, I'll create a map that reveals the location of the Black Talmud Book… and unleash my ultimate power. Soon, Black Magic shall reign supreme!"

The father, trembling with rage, declared:

— "Over my dead body!"

He began chanting battle spells, ready to fight.

Meanwhile, inside the room, Galdin was almost ready to cast the spell.

He and Velda waited for their father to join them…

But suddenly—their father's head rolled through the doorway… like a soccer ball.

Williams entered, laughing maniacally.

— "Your dad's head would make a great World Cup trophy! But don't worry… I only need your hearts!"

Galdin screamed, trembling with fear, and finally cast the escape spell.

They vanished.

Williams scoffed at their escape and sat down in the house, waiting.

Moments later, a knock came at the door—it was the neighbors, alarmed by the strange noise.

To avoid suspicion, Williams cast a restoration spell, returning everything to normal before calmly walking out.

When the neighbors entered, they found nothing.

No people. No bodies. No trace of anyone.

It was as if the family had never existed at all.

From a high vantage point, Williams watched the house with his followers. One of them asked,

— "Shall we go after the boys?"

Williams smiled confidently,

— "No need… In time, they'll come back.

For revenge."

His laugh echoed in the night—chilling and monstrous.

And so ends Episode One.

Where did Galdin and Velda go?

What fate awaits them in the days to come?
