Kai reluctantly agreed and April told him that nothing is going to happen to the twins. She suspected that her brother might really be the twins father.
No one can do anything to kids that look very much like him. If he was the kid's father, they would be powerless against him.
Kai was driven home. As he wanted to step out of the car, April waved at him as he shut the door. She drove off and Kai got into the house.
His mother was watching a movie in the sitting room when Kai entered.
"Hello mum". Kai greeted and went over planting a featherlight kiss on her chin.
"How have you been?". His mother said, welcoming him. Kai sank into the sofa and sighed audibly.
His mother glanced at him and squinted. "Anything the matter?". She asked and Kai explained everything that happened between the twins and the President of the Yu's Group that took them away.
Kai's mother asked that didn't his ex husband say he paid a hooker to have him that night? How could that hooker turn out to be Junxie Yu of the Yu's Group?.
Kai said that's what baffled him. But April saw the surveillance camera. She said the twins were the spitting image of Junxie Yu her big brother.
"Wait wait April is Junxie Yu's little sister". Kai's mother was shocked.
"I was shock as well". Kai said.
"Then how come she can't get the twins back for him". Kai's mother asked.
"She said he's isn't the type to let things go that easily". Kai said.
"I see... Well the twins will be in good hands then". Kai's mother said. "Well is still shocking that she doesn't know how being taken by a hooker ended up being such a honorable person".
"I know". Kai said.
Kai's mother said she hoped it was really good that the kid's father is Junxie Yu. At least that would be better that Wolverine doesn't have to worry about the future and financial life of the kids.
Kai said he doesn't know what would happen if Junxie Yu is the father of the kids. Will he let the kids remain with their mother?
He's afraid he would want custody of the twins and in that case, what would Wolverine do? He's just an employee under him and cannot be financially buoyant enough to hire an expensive lawyer against the likes of Junxie Yu.
