Hiko had gathered enough pieces of information for the day.
Without wasting time, he headed straight toward the control deck of the battleship.
He pushed open the door.
Hiko:
"Oi, Head."
The Head of the battleship turned immediately.
Head:
"Yes, sir Hiko? What is it?"
Hiko clicked his tongue.
Hiko:
"Bruh_don't call me 'sir Hiko.'"
In his mind:
It makes me want to conquer you…
In reality, he said:
"It's embarrassing, okay? Just… don't."
Head:
"Hm, alright if that's what you prefer.
So, what do you need?"
Hiko crossed his arms.
Hiko:
"When will this ship reach the Holy White Castle?"
The Head paused to calculate.
Head:
"Hmmm… if we travel at the fastest possible speed we currently have…
it will take nearly two years."
Hiko's eyes widened.
Hiko:
"TWO YEARS?!?!?!"
Head:
"Y-yeah. The Holy White Castle is extremely far from our current location."
Hiko groaned.
Hiko:
"Then what about someone traveling with normal speed?
Or normal abilities?"
Head:
"At normal speed, it would take around 30 years at the very least.
And if you exclude Legend-level speed…
Well, Legends can do the same journey in 5 minutes.
Some of them can even do it in 0.000000005 seconds."
Hiko slumped.
Hiko:

So basically, I can't do anything right now, huh?"
Head:

But the Head interrupted him.
Head:

Most of them are written in a way designed to mislead--
to confuse the reader.

Hiko raised his hand and cut him off.
Hiko:
"Sigh… haah.
I KNOW what you're trying to say.
But I've already figured something out."
The Head blinked.
Head:
"Huh?"
Hiko:
"There is someone in the present_
someone connected to a Legend.
Not one of the Ten Legends everyone knows.
Someone outside that list."
The Head's entire face collapsed into shock.
Head:
"WHAT?!?!
That… doesn't make any sense!!"
Hiko rubbed his forehead.
Hiko:
"I KNEW you'd react like that.
But it's the truth."
The Head stepped back, overwhelmed.
Head:
"B-but… giving someone a Legend title is too much!
A-and how did you even figure that out?
This kind of information doesn't exist anywhere in the books!"
Hiko looked at him with a cold, confident smirk.
Hiko:
"I connected the dots.
The truth hiders left mistakes.
Tiny ones.
Barely visible.
But beings that powerful… even they slip."
He snapped his fingers lightly.
Hiko:
"I followed their mistakes_
and through those cracks, I found the light.
But even then… it's maybe only 10% of the real truth."
His voice turned serious.
Hiko:
"Reality is massive.
Virtual information can be twisted, built on lies.
But I can see the difference between real and false.
So let me connect the pieces myself_
and uncover what they're desperately trying to hide."
The Head stood frozen.
Unable to breathe properly.
Unable to even think.
His mind trembled.
Head (in his thoughts):

Hiko… he feels… different.
He feels like… something else.
Something far above me…
Something like…
