This situation was absolutely not what the Cold God wanted.
She could clearly feel that the body she currently possessed had reached its limit—it could no longer withstand channeling any more divine magic. If she tried to force more power into it from her divine realm, the vessel would collapse instantly.
Faced with this dilemma, the Cold God hesitated.
In the end, she made her decision—
revive every wight.
To her, the massive wight army was important—but it was still less valuable than the authority over death itself. As long as she could retain that fragment of authority, she could rebuild her army over time.
So she raised her hand and unleashed the revival spell.

Under the thick snow of the Ghost Shadow Forest, everything began to wake.
First, a massive ice spider crawled out from beneath the snow, its body encased in transparent ice, razor-sharp claws reflecting a deadly shine.
Next, packs of Icefield Wolves emerged one after another. Their fur was pure white, their fangs jagged and terrifying. Their eerie blue eyes gleamed with hunger.
Then a towering Snow Bear lumbered out, each step shaking the ground. Its huge frame was like a walking glacier.
Even more imposing were the mammoths—gigantic creatures that broke through the frozen ground and snow. Their long, curved tusks glowed with cold, reflecting the dim sunlight.
Above, a swarm of crows burst free, their feathers sparse and patchy. They swarmed the sky, screeching sharply like a chorus of death.
Finally, a group of griffins, each over fifty meters long, rose into the air. Their wings spread wide like storm clouds, blotting out the sun with an overwhelming presence.
Wights of every kind emerged—thousands upon thousands—filling the entire Ghost Shadow Forest in an unending flood of movement.
The flying creatures moved like a dark storm cloud, surging toward the raging battle in the sky.
Even though they were much smaller than the dragons, their numbers were overwhelming. Dozens upon dozens of griffins and eagles swarmed toward Rayder and the dragons, like a flock of predators closing in for the kill.
Meanwhile, the ground wights marched steadily toward The Great Wall, forming a moving tide of death.
They were sealing Rayder's retreat.
He would not be able to leave his dragons behind and escape alone.

Rayder, mounted on Ghidorah's back, continued to clash fiercely with the Cold God.
His attacks were aggressive and relentless, seemingly gaining the upper hand. But in reality…
Aegon and Im were reaching their limit.
Unlike Ghidorah, they did not possess its insane regeneration ability.
Rayder himself had absorbed part of Ghidorah's regeneration power, but it wasn't enough to fully regenerate vital organs or brain tissue. His body was simply more durable—nothing more.
Just then, movement below caught his attention.
Rayder narrowed his eyes.
A massive shadow—like a black tide—was sweeping toward them.
There was no mistaking it:
these were not allies.
These were the Cold God's reinforcements.
Rayder silently cursed.
"She really thinks highly of me… bringing this much trouble at once."
He knew escape was his best option.
But the ice dragon and its master were far too entangled with him. Breaking away was easier said than done.
He had to think—fast.
After a quick internal struggle, Rayder made his decision.
He leaned forward and shouted to Ghidorah:
"Send me closer—throw me over!"
Ghidorah immediately understood.
With a powerful surge of its wings, the golden dragon shot toward the Cold God at the base of the ice dragon's tail.
Ice cones and Mystic Ice Spears rained toward them.
Ghidorah refused to dodge.
Its golden scales deflected most of the attacks—but not without cost. Cracks appeared across its scales, and a few spears pierced into its wings and body.
Ghidorah ignored the pain. Its regeneration ability was already healing the smaller wounds almost instantly.
But Rayder noticed something concerning—the deeper wounds pierced by the Mystic Ice Spears did not regenerate as quickly.
Ghidorah was strong, but not yet fully evolved.
In the movies, Ghidorah could regrow a head in seconds.
Right now, that level of regeneration was beyond this version of Ghidorah.
Still, Ghidorah endured two more spear strikes before finally closing the distance.
All three of its heads opened at once—
BOOM!
A barrage of blinding golden lightning erupted at point-blank range.
The Cold God reacted on instinct, crossing two Mystic Ice Spears in front of her in an attempt to block.
But she underestimated the attack.
The golden lightning overwhelmed everything.
The beam swallowed the Cold God and the ice dragon's tail, illuminating the entire sky in golden light.
Far on The Great Wall, the Night's Watch looked toward the horizon.
A single golden beam pierced through the storm clouds—
like a blade splitting the heavens.
The spectators could hardly believe their eyes.
Only when the lightning subsided did Rayder finally see the faint outline of a figure in the glowing mist.
