Chapter 34 - New Cars 2

Jason approached the Rolls-Royce booth, and the transformation was immediate. Every staff member straightened like soldiers at attention, their expressions shifting to practiced reverence.

"Mr. Jason, welcome! Please, right this way," the front desk manager greeted with a brilliant smile, his tone practically oozing respect.

Jason hadn't spoken a word. Hadn't made an appointment. Hadn't even identified himself. Yet the entire team was treating him like visiting royalty.

Word travels fast in the luxury world.

The gossip network at auto shows operated faster than social media when serious money was involved. The young man who'd casually purchased a Lamborghini Revuelto? That legend was already making the rounds.

In luxury automotive sales, nothing spread quicker than stories involving seven-figure transactions.

And performance-wise? Jason's numbers were already off the charts.

No wonder everyone was rolling out the red carpet.

The growing crowd of onlookers began murmuring among themselves, their voices creating a buzz of curiosity and envy.

"Who is that guy? Why is the staff acting like he owns the entire show?"

"You didn't hear? He just dropped over a million on a brand-new Lamborghini Revuelto. Paid in full."

"You're joking... that car costs more than my entire house!"

"I'm thirty-two, been grinding for fifteen years, and I'm still driving a beat-up Honda. This kid looks barely twenty-five, casually buying million-dollar supercars. Where's the justice in this world?"

"Forget hard work, brother. What you really need is to be born into the right family."

Even the promotional models stationed throughout the Rolls-Royce display were stealing glances at Jason. Their eyes sparkled with undisguised curiosity—and something deeper.

A guy in his early twenties, casually purchasing vehicles worth more than most people's annual salaries... and he wasn't some middle-aged businessman with a receding hairline and expanding waistline.

Handsome, young, and impossibly wealthy.

The perfect fantasy made flesh.

"Mr. Jason, which model has caught your attention?" Two sales representatives approached eagerly, their excitement barely contained behind professional smiles.

Jason swept his gaze across the booth's offerings. "Show me your top-trim Cullinan. Full performance package, every available option."

Some people knew Rolls-Royce's reputation for luxury. Not everyone understood what the Cullinan represented.

The lead sales rep practically glowed as he guided Jason toward a magnificent obsidian SUV that seemed to absorb light itself. "Sir, this is our 2024 Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge Edition. Absolute pinnacle of our engineering. Every luxury feature, every performance enhancement available."

Jason took his time with the inspection—exterior lines, interior craftsmanship, the hand-stitched leather details that probably took artisans weeks to perfect. His enhanced perception caught subtleties that would escape most buyers.

Finally, he nodded with satisfaction. "Bottom line price? All fees, taxes, everything included."

The sales rep, recognizing a serious buyer when he saw one, immediately provided complete transparency:

"Base MSRP is $425,000. Sales tax approximately $35,000, comprehensive insurance package $5,000, registration and documentation fees $500. Total drive-away price comes to $465,500."

He listed everything clearly—no hidden costs, no vague estimates.

Because customers like Jason didn't care about saving a few hundred dollars. They valued honesty and efficiency above all else.

Jason nodded approvingly. "Do you have one available for immediate delivery? I want to drive it home today."

"Absolutely, sir," came the instant reply. "We can complete all paperwork immediately and have you driving away within the hour."

"Perfect," Jason said with the casual tone. "I'll take it."

The sales rep nearly levitated with excitement. A sale worth nearly half a million dollars—completed in under twenty minutes.

This isn't a customer. This is divine intervention, for his this year vacation.

The onlookers, witnessing this display of casual wealth, erupted into amazed whispers:

"Holy hell... he just bought a Cullinan like he was purchasing a sandwich."

"Didn't even negotiate. Just said 'I'll take it.' End of discussion."

"First a Lamborghini Revuelto, now a Rolls-Royce Cullinan? That's nearly two million dollars in vehicles... in one afternoon."

"Two million? You think that's significant money for him? Families worth a hundred million wouldn't spend this casually. I'm betting his family's wealth is in the hundreds of millions... possibly billions."

At that precise moment, two familiar notifications chimed simultaneously in Jason's mind:

[System Alert: Favorability Increases Detected]

Alice : 40+

New Target Acquired: Grace

Age: 21

Attractiveness Rating: 8.0/10

Height: 5'5"

Weight: 106 lbs

Favorability: 0 → 10

Jason didn't recognize Alice or Grace personally. They certainly didn't know him.

But as he glanced toward the Rolls-Royce display, one of the promotional models—tall, elegant, absolutely stunning—flashed him a captivating smile.

At the neighboring luxury booth, another model blew him a playful kiss, her eyes sparkling with obvious interest.

So these beauties are Alice and Grace.

Spending over two million on automobiles in a single afternoon had earned him more than just attention—it was like operating a real-life favorability farming system with premium results.

This two million was worth every penny, Jason thought with growing amusement.

Meanwhile, the expo organizers were beginning to take serious notice.

Purchasing two ultra-luxury vehicles back-to-back wasn't standard auto show behavior. Especially when both transactions involved immediate full payment.

Director Jonathan Williams—the man orchestrating the entire exposition—raised his eyebrows when staff forwarded the transaction reports.

"Jason? Which Jason exactly? Someone run a background check. Quickly."

He wasn't requesting deep surveillance. That could offend important people. But a basic background verification? Standard procedure.

If this was some internet celebrity or nouveau riche tech entrepreneur, they'd maintain polite but casual treatment.

But if he represented old money? That demanded an entirely different approach.

The research team conducted their standard investigation.

The results left everyone genuinely puzzled.

"Uh... Director? It's unknown."

The management team exchanged confused glances.

Director Williams frowned deeply. "Someone who spends over two million dollars like pocket change... there's is only one possibility."

His voice dropped to a more serious tone. "his background runs deeper than any public records can reveal."

Everyone in the room fell silent, then slowly nodded in understanding.

There were only two categories of people with zero public financial footprints:

Those with absolutely no power or influence, homeless guys.

And those possessing so much power that it never appears in any accessible databases.

Jason was obviously the latter category.

Director Williams rose from his chair with decision.

"I'm going to greet him personally," he announced calmly. "And contact Jared immediately. Tell him to expedite Jason's paperwork processing. Full VIP protocol. If we maintain his satisfaction, this could lead to significantly larger opportunities."

"Understood, Director!"

Jared Morrison, who'd built his reputation on accurately identifying which clients deserved special attention, received the call and was already mobilizing his team.

Hearing Director Williams issue personal instructions only confirmed Jared's instincts:

Jason definitely isn't ordinary.

He gathered his most experienced staff and headed straight for the Rolls-Royce booth, knowing that proper handling of this situation could define his career trajectory.

Time to make the right impression.
