After flying for hour he saw an island. It was the Fresta Kingdom.
Imu remember map of entire world and knows every island in the world it is easy for him to go anywhere in the world. He could use the teleportation to come here but someone might notice this this is why he choose to come here by flying.
Imu slowed down and his dark wings disappeared. He landed softly in a forest near the capital city. Make sure that no one saw him land.
He walked out from the forest and finally come to the city. He could see right away that there had been a big fight. The road was broken and there were pieces of wood and metal everywhere.
The city looked very different now. The big walls were broken in some places. The fancy gates were gone and now there were just simple iron bars. The symbol of the old king was scratched off the wall. Instead, there was a new painting of the Revolutionary Army's symbol.
Imu walked through the streets. He saw a city that was trying to be happy but was still scared. People were cleaning up and fixing buildings but they looked worried.
It was not a happy, free city like Rakesh Island. It was a city that was hurt from a war.
Statues of the old king were knocked over and broken. Everywhere he looked there were posters from the Revolutionary Army. The posters said things like "Power to the People" and "No More Corrupt Kings", "Hail Revolution"
'How silly,' Imu thought. 'They got rid of one king just to follow a new leader. They are still not free.'
Imu needed to find the new leaders of the city. He didn't need a map. He just stopped, closed his eyes and used his Observation Haki.
His Haki was stronger than anyone else's. He could feel what everyone in the city was feeling. He felt a lot of hope and excitement coming from one place in the middle of the city. It was the old royal palace.
He walked toward the palace. It was like he was a ghost. People moved out of his way without even seeing him. Soon he was standing in front of the palace.
The beautiful gardens were now a muddy training field. The fountains were empty. The palace was now covered in flags of the Revolutionary Army. On the tallest tower, their red flag was waving in the wind. Hundreds of guards were walking around and looking very proud.
This was the main base. This was the place Imu had to clean up.
He didn't use the gate. He turned into a shadow and appeared on the roof of a tall tower. From there he could see the big courtyard below.
Thousands of soldiers were gathered there. They were the soldiers of the revolution. They were listening to a man on a balcony who was giving a loud and exciting speech.
"...we have shown the World Government that people will not be slaves anymore" the man shouted. "Fresta is just the beginning, We will free the whole North. We will liberate the entire North Blue" and said their signature slogan of revolutionary army "For freedom"
The huge crowd of soldiers cheered loudly. "FOR FREEDOM!" they all yelled. They raised their swords and guns in the air.
Imu watched from the roof. He was bored. He saw their excitement and their dreams but to him it was just a weakness. They were only strong because they believed in the same idea. An idea can be changed.
He raised one of his hands. His red eyes started to glow.
'So noisy,' he thought. 'Time to make things quiet.'
He used his devil fruit power and said "Domi Reversi."
There was no sound and no flash of light. A secret powerful wave of energy washed over all the soldiers in the courtyard. It wasn't an attack. It was a command.
A young woman who was cheering suddenly stopped. Her eyes which had been full of dreams now became empty. All her thoughts and memories were erased. Now, she only had one thought: Obey.
An old man next to her who had been angry at the old king, suddenly felt nothing. He lowered his fist and his face went blank.
One by one, all the soldiers stopped cheering. The whole courtyard became silent. The thousands of soldiers stood perfectly still, like statues. Their eyes were empty. They were no longer soldiers. They become puppets of imu.
