"No Ari. Do you know how dangerous he is, what if her reply acts on those threats of taking advantage of you so your sister. Does El even know about this? His threatening to send people after you. He has a notorious gang he works with, why are you doing this? Dammit Ari".
He says realising her from his tight grip.
He rubs his palm on his face and grabs a t-shirt walking out of the room and closing the door in a loud bang making Ariel flinch as a tear roll down her cheeks. She quickly wipes it off with a finger and picks up her phone yo delete the messages and block the contact.
Te flew by and they all settled down for dinner. Ariel came out late because she has been trying to phone Leen but the latter didn't pick up and later switchs off his phone making her mood gloomy. Ariel sighs leaving her room and going to have dinner.
In the dinning room there is light chatter and chuckles as Ariel walks towards them to have a seat.
"Ari what kept you so long?" Camie ask. Ari give a a small smile "I was uncomfortable with the scent of so ijj has on my palms and had to wash it off" she lies. Ax looks at where she came from and says "No sign of Leen where's he?"
"He went out hell be back soon" hopefully. She adds in her mind.
They all continue to eat making little talks in between when the main doors open and Leen comes in with an aloof expression walking directly to the room he shares with Ariel. They all glance at him amd ariel who continues eating her food acting oblivious to theor stares.
After few minutes Leen walks back with a bang hung on his arms and max calls out to him.
"Where are you rushing to Leen?"....
"College. I have an early morning class" he lies. Max nods his head.
"What about dinner , Max ask.
Leen turns back to look at him but locks gaze with Ariel.
Her eyes are red. It wasn't that noticeable but he noticed it. She cried. Dammit! He hates seeing her cry but it hurts him a lot to know that she couldn't tell him what was bothering her. She didn't rely on him or trust him. She smiles at him and she wanna to return her smile but, no! He couldn't. He wants hee to feel guilty.
"Won't you have dinner before you leave?" She ask smiling.
"I'm not hungry" he replied tying his shoe lace.
"I can package some in case of later" she Tri ed reasoning out.
"I don't need it" came his curt reply.
Camie chims in "Ari prepared the food and she out in a lot of effort besides the food is really nice" she says.
Leen straightens his back and says
"It makes me loose my appetite more".
