DECKARD'S POV
She'd looked like something from the heavens, divine and innocent. Audrey, the first time he'd set his eyes on her. A delicate flower clad in a snow white wedding dress for petals.
Long golden hair bobbed over her slender shoulders as she moved in rythm to the tune of the live orchestra playing in the temple.
He'd attended many weddings among members of his pack here. He'd witnessed brides coming up the aisle to swear undying devotion to the man waiting at the altar. Normally he'd spare a minute or two afterwards to acknowledge the new couple before dissappearing.
Today, something felt different. Oddly so, but not in a bad way. In fact, he had no idea whether it was a good or bad feeling because he'd never felt something like this before.
For one, he couldn't take his eyes off her face as she approached. He heard the whispers. She probably heard them too, but her face held a gracious smile of pure happiness. This was the best thing to ever happen to her.
