Chapter 1 - Won’t You Know? How You Entered My Life...

You won't know, will you?

How you entered my life… so suddenly, so unexpectedly.

You know, my life may seem ordinary on the surface, but it's anything but ordinary.

And if I have to tell you how true love first walked into my life, then I'll have to start from the very beginning.

My name is Sejal, and I'm currently in Class Six.

In my family, apart from my parents, I have two elder brothers—Harry and Denny. They're twins, but couldn't be more different from each other.

Denny is the mischievous one. He's crazy about sports—basketball and swimming are like oxygen to him. He practically wins every competition he enters at school.

Harry? The exact opposite. A total bookworm. He's always topping the class, obsessed with studying, exams, and academic records.

And me?

I'm the odd one out—the misfit of the family.

Studies don't excite me. Books make me yawn. I'm usually among the last in class rankings.

And love? Hah! My love life is a bit of a joke too.

The one I like either transfers to another school or falls for someone else. Typical, right?

Still, I'm the most pampered little girl in the house.

My two brothers, Harry and Denny, treat me like I'm their precious treasure.

One morning, Denny was taking me to tuition by car. We were driving through the main road when suddenly—BAM!

Another car rammed into ours from the side.

Denny jumped out of the car, furious. He hadn't even seen who was driving, but he was already yelling angrily toward the other car.

Then he saw him.

The guy behind the wheel.

It was Dean—our neighbor's son.

Dean's family and ours don't get along. There's been some bad blood between us for years, since we were little.

The moment Denny saw Dean, he flared up even more.

Soon, the argument turned into a fistfight—right there on the street.

Crowds gathered. People stared.

I watched everything from the car window, frozen.

But something about Dean's face... it tugged at something inside me.

It was like I knew that face. From somewhere. Somehow.

Without thinking, I opened the car door and ran toward them.

"Dean! Please—let go of my brother!" I shouted.

Dean paused.

He looked at me—really looked at me.

There was something in his eyes. Recognition. Confusion. A strange, nostalgic disbelief.

And at that moment,

something echoed deep inside my chest...

I didn't know it then,

but that boy...

he was going to change everything in my life.
