At the present time... Year 2002, 1st of August, 2 murders have occurred at 2 different hours of the day [8:49 P.M, and 2:51 A.M.] but no one was witnessed nor caught in the act. The bodies have not and never been seen, therefore there has been no scattered rumor that any murder case happened around this town. The murderer successfully killed without a trace, the bodies don't smell either. This murderer is wiser than he looks, even he believes that if he was just like any other ordinary person, he isn't one to underestimate. How was 2 murders calculated if no one was witnessed nor caught killing them and the bodies were not found? There's only 1 explanation for that and its that only the murderer knows the exact date, time, and amount of people he killed.

The victims were also people that do not relate to anyone, do not have family anymore, and certainly do not have friends to give recognition to their disappearances. It would be very risky and dangerous to target, kill, or/and experiment on those who are well-known around these areas. It's one fact the murderer knows, how does he know? Because it's common sense, if they were well-known, the higher the possibility of the murderer getting caught or/and the death being reported to the police by someone related or beknownst to the poor deceased target or test subject. The murderer thinks the police should at least know this and considerate this fact too, the murderer also knows that their games, tests, and experiments won't be lasting long and he has a limit.
But
This doesn't stop the fire igniting in the murderer's heart to turn this into homicide, rather... It encourages the murderer.
