Author's Important Note

Hey guys!, welcome to the beginning of a long journey. Before you proceed, here are some words/terms you should know, and keep in mind while progressing.

■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■

After a celestial veil tore above Earth during a meteor shower, merging realities for seven chaotic minutes, everything changed. New creatures, abilities, and phenomena became part of normal life. Including...

★ Radiants

These are Awakened individuals who have manifested their abilities in real life and now risk their lives to protect the world from dungeon beasts. [Note: they don't only fight beasts, if needed or important, they can fight criminals aswell or anything that might cause harm to individuals.]

★ Vernas

Think of Vernas as the very base of all abilities in this world, it is the starting point to which an ability is Awakened.

Through scientific research, it has been proven to be like a second heart attached to the normal human heart, providing essence, so one can manifest their abilities in real time. (Note: Vernas is short for Vernal Essence, born from dimensional collisions)

Below are energy tiers for Vernas Manifestation.

F-Rank: Awakeners

E-Rank : Knights

D-Rank: Rooks

C-Rank: Kins

B-Rank: Saints

A-Rank: Infernas

S-Rank: Astralis

SS-RANK: Transients

★ Dungeons

Dungeons are, in this term, the domains of beasts. But they also happen to be the place where most of the fights happen, and each dungeon represents the level of beast that occupy or could appear within the dungeon

In simple summary, they're unstable multidimensional pockets that travel between dimensions.

Each one has a logic of its own, Dungeon cores grow like tumors. Inside are beasts, puzzles, relics, and sometimes unexpected things from another dimension.

Some dungeons respawn, while some collapse forever.

Below are the ranking levels of Dungeons based on their energy levels.

■ Trial dungeons-> they usually house normal beasts.

■ Cursed zones-> this happen to be the meeting point for all the dungeons and at times you might just meet a suitable enemy lurking nearby.

■ Mirror dungeons-> little information is known about them because few have been in them and only those few have lived to tell the story with no real description of what happened within the dungeon.

■ Trojan-> They're dungeons that look like low level dungeons at first glance, but in reality they house dangerous beasts. They tend to attract low level hunters because of their look and nature.

■ Parasites-> They're widely believed to be myths, because almost no one who's entered has ever made it out alive. They feed off Verna's Essence, making them incredibly difficult to fight. Only those with high levels of Verna can survive, or even hope to.

■ Mini dimensions-> As the name suggests, yes, they carry fragments of the dimensions they originated from. These dungeons drift between worlds, housing beasts of all kinds from across the multiverse. Their appearance is rare, almost impossible to predict, which is why many still consider them a myth.

★ Beasts

They're formidable creatures born from the collision of dimensions, spawning within dungeons, and if left unchecked, capable of breaching city limits and unleashing catastrophe.

Below are the ranking levels of beasts:

F-Rank : Wraths

E-Rank : Spikers

D-Rank : Howlers

C-Rank : Beacons

B-Rank : Nulls

A-Rank : ThornSouls

S-Rank : World Eaters

SS-Rank : Dimensional Eaters

★ Guilds

Guilds are organized groups of people who share a common goal, skill, or profession.

In games and stories, guilds are like super squads of adventurers, mages, warriors, and assassins.

Below are the ranking of guild individuals in this world.

Receptionist

Runner

Scout

Trainee

Licensed

Core Hunter

Elite

★ Technology

Modern tech exists, guns, tanks, etc. but they don't function properly in dungeons due to Vernas distortions.

★ Dungeon Hunters

They're radiants who have decided to risk their lives to explore, fight, and conquer dungeons. They're often treated like rockstars, military units, and mercenaries all at once.

They're registered under Guilds, and licenses are required to enter dungeons. At the top, hunters become national symbols, even diplomatic weapons in wars.

The Rankings of dungeon hunters are as follows

F-Rank: Awakeners

E-Rank : Knights

D-Rank: Rooks

C-Rank: Kins

B-Rank: Saints

A-Rank: Infernas

S-Rank: Astralis

SS-RANK: Transients

That's all the important information for now, any new one would be explained naturally in the story. Happy reading!!
