Mary was speechless. She had asked so many people about their perspective on God, yet one explained their perspective like Alice. It was... unique in a way. There was no room to refute. Even if she did, it would just make her seem like an idiot.
"I never heard... anyone say... like you have," whispered Mary.
Alice raised her eyebrows at Mary's words. The way she spoke, and her body posture... it looked as if she really despised the god.
"I am sorry if I offended you in any form or way," apologized Alice.
Mary shook her head and sighed heavily. With an apologetic look, she opened her mouth.
"No, no. It's me who should apologize to you. I was a bit aggressive. Sorry, if I scared you. And I don't judge you for your faith in the god. You have explained your perspective in a different way. For an 'ultimate' atheist like me, your argument seems flawless."
