Morris's POV
I surveyed the reception area, surprised to find not only our regular staff but also Monica and Harris among the bustling group.
"You're all still working after everything?" I asked, noting their focused expressions as they sorted through paperwork.
Monica looked up from her desk, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "The past forty-eight hours have been chaotic. Eddie's shell company diverted numerous clients and suppliers. We're scheduling emergency meetings with everyone affected, plus handling inquiries from our own clients who've caught wind of the situation."
Harris approached with his tablet in hand. "Morris, I've drafted an official statement for distribution to all business contacts. Time is of the essence. I'll send it to both you and Darren immediately."
"We need that statement approved ASAP," Natalie added, her fingers flying across her keyboard. "The sooner we can distribute it, the better."
