Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Who are you?

The another shoulder caught Vikrant roughly, making him struggle to break free. Vikrant's eyes widened with fear as he tried to release himself from the iron grip. The shoulders collected all the villagers in one place, their stern faces intimidating. A villager, trembling with fear, asked, "Why are you doing this?" A shoulder sneered, "Shut up, commoner! Your life is of no value. My lady's order is to execute the entire village, so we will."

A villager whispered to another, "My lady? Who is she? What business does she have with us?" The shoulder overheard and snarled, "Shut up and quiet down! You'll be killed anyway."

Then, a beautiful buggy rolled in, drawing all the shoulders' attention. The buggy door opened, and a girl with pink hair stepped out, her sword glinging in the sunlight. Another girl emerged, her white curly hair mesmerizing, and her red eyes piercing. She was breathtakingly beautiful, and her presence commanded attention.

She walked towards the villagers with a gentle smile on her face, her eyes scanning the crowd. She stopped in front of Vikrant's mom, Aria, and said, "Long time no see, Aria." Her voice was warm and familiar.

Then she said, "Yes, Princess. The reason I've come to your village is... you know why I'm here, Aria." Her voice was filled with a mix of determination and nostalgia. "I'm here to find my little brother."

Aria hesitated, her eyes clouding with confusion. "I don't know, Princess. What are you talking about? I don't know you had a little brother."

The princess's expression turned serious. "Oh, so that's how it is," she replied, her voice firm. Then, she turned to another villager and asked, "Hey, I ask you a question. If you want to live, answer me truthfully. Did Aria have a son or not?"

The villager was terrified, his eyes darting between the princess and Vikrant. He stammered, "Y-yes... yes, she did." He pointed towards Vikrant, his hand shaking.

The princess walked closer to Vikrant, her eyes examining him closely. Vikrant was scared, his heart racing. The princess smiled, a hint of nostalgia in her eyes. "You had red eyes too, ha! That's confirmation. I know who you are."

She placed her hand on Vikrant's head, her touch warm and reassuring. "Don't be scared, kid. You, of course, don't know who you are or which bloodline you belong to."

Then, she gave the order, "Catch Arya and keep this child in the buggy." A shoulder grabbed Arya, tying her with a rope. Vikrant said firmly, "No! Don't catch my mother!" Two shoulders caught Vikrant, holding him back. The white-haired girl intervened, "Don't harm her." A shoulder replied, "But, mam, he doesn't sit quietly." She answered, "So, tie him with a rope."

They tied Vikrant with a rope, covered his mouth with a cloth, and put him in the buggy. Arya was also dragged into the buggy, her eyes filled with fear and worry.
