The leader of the Iron Hand thugs laughed. "Get lost, pretty boy, before you get hurt."
Ren's smile did not go away. "I just want to teach you a lesson. It's not nice to be a bully."
"Get him!" the leader yelled.
"Enjoy the show!" Ren called to the girls.
The fight was very funny. Ren did not even use his sword. He was too fast. The thugs could not see him move. He tied their shoes together. He tapped one on the head, and the man fell asleep. He took all their swords and made a neat pile. The whole town started to watch, and then they started to laugh. The strong bullies looked like clumsy fools.
The local boss of the Iron Hand Guild, a rich, fat man, came out of his big shop. He was very angry. "You! Boy! You will pay for this!"
Ren just smiled. "Pay? I think your prices are too high."
He walked to the Iron Hand's shop. He shouted to the townspeople, "The Iron Hand Guild is a bully! So, for the next hour, I am having a special sale!"
He reached into his "magic pouch" and started pulling out wonderful things he bought from his System Shop. Strong tools, beautiful clothes, and good food.
"Good iron shovels!" he shouted. "The Iron Hand sells them for ten silver. My price is one silver!"
The people of Greenhaven were very happy. They all rushed to buy things. For one hour, Ren sold good, cheap items to the people. The fat guild boss could only watch in anger. Ren was making him poor.
When the hour was over, the Iron Hand's business in the town was ruined. "You have made an enemy of the Iron Hand Guild!" the boss screamed. "You will regret this!"
Ren just waved. "Tell them I say hello!"
That night, the townspeople had a big party for their three heroes. The next morning, as they were leaving, Ren got a letter. It was a threat from the Iron Hand headquarters. Ren read the letter, laughed, and threw it in the fire.
"How cute," he said. "They think they can threaten us."
