I originally didn't want to post this single chapter for an author's note, fearing it would disrupt the reading experience.
But it's not easy to make it onto the Sanjiang list even once, and if I don't post a single chapter to commemorate it, I always feel like something is missing, to the point where I can't even write anymore, hehe~
To be honest, I've been writing for a while now, starting in 2013, and I've written over a million words in total, but the data has always been very poor, except for this book.
I'm truly excited, really, it's just a feeling of, wow, I'm really awesome, yeah! (This is a joke...)
Seriously, writing a book is really hard; sometimes, after a whole day, maybe ten-plus hours, I can't even get two thousand words out.
Later, when there was no other option, I forced myself to write, and when I looked at it, I thought, 'Holy cow, what is this stuff?'
Even later, I still had no real solution, so I revised and edited, and finally managed to get out a little over two thousand words that I personally felt were passable... To be honest, my writing style isn't very good, and I'm working hard to change it, so please bear with me, fellow readers.
Also, in the review section, people often say my writing isn't good, my style is poor, that my writing will definitely fall apart, blah blah blah~
Of course, there are also many more fellow readers who encourage me, and I love you all. (I'm really not gay!)
I've responded to almost every review in the review section; for check-in comments, I check in with them all, and for suggestions, I've highlighted them. I go in from time to time to look, to spark some inspiration.
And for those who asked questions, I believe I answered every single one, clarifying the issues.
Finally, for those who said my writing was bad and dropped the book, I also replied with words like 'I'll work harder' and 'thank you for your support.'
There were also some who directly cursed at me, saying I would definitely do this or that, and I deleted those posts.
I felt down for a long time, thinking my writing wasn't good, so I went back to reread my work and made some appropriate revisions.
Hmm... Actually, there's not much else to say. Anyway, I'll work hard to improve my writing and make the subsequent chapters more enjoyable.
