Chapter 96 - Chapter 96 – The Exchange Between Holy Keisha and Holy Hexi

Angel Yan, Uchiha Madara, Whitebeard, Brandon White, Kurumi Tokisaki… their strength now had long since surpassed what the original works had depicted.

Yet as the group owner herself, she still felt weak.

She had to catch up.

After all, she was the group owner. If she remained the weakest at the bottom of the chat group forever, what kind of joke would that be? Other group owners would probably sneer at her.

The Kamen Rider World

Tendou Souji's eyes were calm as he glanced over the latest group messages.

"Grandmother once said, my evolution is faster than the speed of light. Nowhere in the universe can match my pace of growth.

"Points… Hyper Form… It's about time I moved forward.

"I will not lag behind anyone."

The Super God Universe – Angel Nebula

On one of the planets belonging to the Angel Nebula lay the domain of Hexi, the King of Heavenly Base.

Having withdrawn from conflict, she had lived in seclusion here.

But today, this planet welcomed a guest—or perhaps more accurately, another kind of mistress.

"Well, if it isn't Queen Keisha. What brings you here today with such leisure?"

Hexi glanced at Holy Keisha with a teasing smile, her watery eyes carrying their usual charm.

"What's this? Not happy to see me?"

Keisha chuckled lightly, her gaze resting on Hexi's busy figure in the laboratory, tinged with a subtle complexity.

"It's been so long. You never thought of venturing out into the universe? Always staying shut up in your lab—don't you find that exhausting?"

Hexi shot her a glare. Why did Keisha even need to ask? Did she not know why Hexi kept experimenting, even after retirement?

Seeing her reaction, Keisha couldn't help but smile faintly.

Hexi remained here for one reason—she couldn't stop worrying about the Angel Civilization.

The stronger the civilization grew, the greater the dangers it faced.

Karlan. Liang Bing.

Keisha sighed, setting those thoughts aside.

"This time, I came because that girl Yan joined a rather remarkable place."

"Oh?"

Hexi's interest piqued immediately. She knew Keisha's pride better than anyone. Very few things in the known universe could catch her eye.

For her to actually call something "remarkable"… that was rare indeed.

"It's a presence beyond the universe itself. Think of it as a kind of platform—but its members are all beings from different worlds."

"In their worlds, the path they walk isn't limited to technology. In fact, technology is often only a tool."

"Magic, chakra, psychic abilities, spiritual energy, Pokémon…"

"In some sense, even the existence of the void has been confirmed."

Hexi's eyes gleamed with curiosity. She understood perfectly: Keisha wasn't talking about the outer reaches of this universe, but entirely different worlds.

"Here. See for yourself."

Keisha reached into the Sacred Knowledge Treasury and withdrew a peculiar-looking fruit. It resembled a pineapple, but with prominent ridges etched in strange runes, and its surface shimmered with a distinct luster.

Intrigued, Hexi took the fruit into her hands. A stream of data flickered in her eyes, then quickly vanished.

"Unanalyzable."

"It's wrapped in some unknown energy."

Keisha crossed one leg over the other, speaking casually. She had already tried.

"What is it?"

Hexi's curiosity only deepened. This fruit was obviously from another world, and for Keisha to show it to her personally, it was surely no mere food.

"A Logia-class Devil Fruit—the Glint-Glint Fruit."

"Eat it, and your body becomes light itself. You'll be immune to physical attacks and most forms of energy. At the same time, you gain the speed and destructive power of light."

"Of course, it's vulnerable to seawater, Seastone, and a force called Haki."

"Interesting, isn't it?"

If not for Yan's words—and the experiments to back them up—Keisha would never have believed a single fruit could grant such a power.

The very fact it could render a body completely elemental already set it apart from modern science.

It had a flavor of the Sacred Body… and yet it was clearly different.

If one had to name it in a single word—

Mystical.

Magic, chakra, spiritual energy, Devil Fruits—all could be considered part of the mystical.

There was an intersection between science and theology. Perhaps, with enough time, science could explain these powers. But for now, they were beyond its reach.

"Clicking your tongue like that… If it weren't you telling me, I'd never believe it."

Hexi toyed with the Glint-Glint Fruit in her hands, her smile deepening, her interest sharpening.

"And what's the value of such things? What did you trade for it?"

"Very cheap."

Keisha replied with nonchalance.

"The resources needed to forge a single god-body could buy a whole pile of them."

"That cheap?"

Hexi nodded thoughtfully. To beings who stood at the very peak of the known universe, the resources for a god-body weren't even worth mentioning.

"You didn't bring this here just to tempt me into researching it, did you?"

Hexi narrowed her eyes, catching on quickly, her expression turning wry.

"Now, I never said that."

"If you can hold yourself back, I can always let Zhixin handle it instead."

Keisha winked at her knowingly. She understood Hexi well enough: there was no way she could resist the lure of the unknown.

In scientific research, talent alone wasn't enough—you needed unshakable passion.

And Hexi had that in spades.

"Hmph."

Hexi turned away with a cold snort, refusing to meet Keisha's gaze.

Her sulky expression only made Keisha chuckle again.

"All right, enough teasing."

"I didn't just come here to drop off some curiosities."

"There's another issue."

At this, Keisha rubbed her forehead, as if with a faint headache.

"Yan's membership in this… presence… has completely disrupted my original plans. She's no longer suited for the Galaxy Power."

"But that may be a blessing. At the very least, it means the Angel Civilization has glimpsed a future we'd never imagined before."

"That's why I've decided to appoint Yan as the next Angel Queen."

"But she still has growing to do. Her strength isn't a concern—but her mindset needs refinement."

"To become a true queen, strength alone isn't enough."

"What can you do? Do you think today's angels are like us back then? After all they've been through, they've no choice but to grow."

Hexi shot Keisha a look, then went on:

"And it's not just Yan who needs to grow. The young ones in Sky City all need it.

"They have talent, yes—but they're still far too green."

"The research into third-generation god-bodies, the algorithms of the Sacred Language, the study of celestial systems… The demands on them are already overwhelming."
