The Chambers Family
Mrs. Chambers and Pearl Chambers had been waiting at home since morning for Finn Chandler to come back. They waited from dawn till dusk, and finally heard the sound of a car outside when Finn returned.
Previously, Finn always followed Mrs. Chambers' lead, but lately, she had been slipping out of their control more and more.
Before she even got inside, Mrs. Chambers, unable to restrain her impatience, got up and walked out quickly.
"Mom."
After just a few steps, Mrs. Chambers was stopped by Pearl, "No rush."
This was the time to see who was more patient!
Mrs. Chambers listened the most to her daughter, so she stopped, lifted her head, and with a sullen face, stared at Finn coming in.
When the servant opened the door, Finn felt a chill hit her face. Stepping inside, she met Mrs. Chambers' eyes, filled with anger.
