The Shadow in the Photo
Favour stared at the photo Nkechi printed out from the anonymous email they received that morning.
It was of Daniel and Ijeoma at the café.
There, circled in red in the background window, was a reflection. And there he is
A man wearing a hoodie holding up a phone.
The angle matched perfectly.
Someone had been watching them up close.
Nkechi whispered, "Favour… this isn't just sabotage. This is stalking."
Favour leaned forward. "Zoom in on the face."
It was blurry. But familiar.
Nkechi's face turned pale. "I've seen that guy before. At the market. At the street corner near your house. That's no coincidence."
Favour's voice shook.
"I need to find him."
And this time, it wouldn't be to hide.
