Chapter 7 - Hidden Secrets

The whole kingdom shook. A powerful earthquake rattled everything—people and buildings alike. Panic spread as everyone scrambled to hide under tables, beds, or even underground.

Skyscrapers swayed like flexible sticks, their glass windows beginning to shatter.

But every house where citizens resided remained safe, protected by the iron layer activated during the security protocol when Anon first appeared.

No one knew how, when, or what caused such a strong earthquake.

Some assumed it was due to an active volcano nearby. Others believed it was connected to the recent emergency and the mysterious entity that had triggered the evacuation.

---

[Special Gate Is Now Opening!]

The ground split apart. From beneath, a glowing green container sealed with many thick layers slowly emerged. Each layer began to open in sequence.

The first—pure black iron—peeled away. Next came five layers of transparent mineral, possibly diamond. Finally, massive chains, as thick as a large man's arm, held a long-haired person with no clothes. But it was immediately clear—this was no ordinary person.

When the chains finally broke, the person—a girl—collapsed to the ground, unconscious.

Her impact alone created a crater in the earth.

The citizens had no knowledge of what was happening outside. All they knew was that something dangerous was unfolding. Yet, they fully trusted their technology, their brilliant officials, and, most of all—their King.

---

Far from the awakening of the sealed girl, another storm was brewing—one born not from containment, but chaos.

In front of Grandeul Jail, where Anon and the King faced off:

Blood stained the ground in multiple places. Walls had shattered, the earth bore large holes, and even the atmosphere itself cracked, emitting dark energy into the air.

On the ground lay not an old man, but the child who had violently destroyed anything in his path.

King Dan was breathing heavily, his heart pounding. His ears rang; he could only hear the sound of his own bloody coughing.

Their battle had been so intense that life itself had barely protected him from the wrath of the child.

"This kid… has the potential to surpass his mother. Thankfully, he doesn't have full control over his power,"

he muttered, his voice broken and static like a radio losing signal.

A fight between different goals is a fight of willpower. The first to lose their will—to falter in holding back their desires—will undoubtedly be the one who loses.

Then, Anon chanted something.

Time, which had felt distorted, returned to normal.

Suddenly, space cracked open, revealing dimensional rifts. Inside these cracks were voids of nothingness—black holes that consumed anything they touched.

King Dan moved faster than thought, retreating far from the rift—but its force was too powerful.

It pulled him in. He resisted, clinging to his sword which he thrust into the ground.

Then, the crystal embedded in the sword glowed. A blue aura formed into a string, connecting him to Anon.

Anon, unconscious from blood loss, floated slightly above the ground.

"This sword can channel and control some of the power from any god-human it's connected to. With this, I might be able to stop the dimensional leak before it grows larger,"

he thought, filled with hope.

"I will never return to who I was before. This is my new reality!"

With effort, he took control of Anon's will, stopping the rift from expanding further.

But then, something unimaginable happened.

Anon's unconscious body levitated.

A grotesque transformation began—his body became covered in moving faces, each crying, screaming, and shouting in anger.

"What is this monstrosity? Who could imagine she had already done something this inhuman?

This is beyond sin... How could she store all the souls of the dead in one body?"

King Dan recoiled in horror.

Blood spilled from Anon's body, staining the ground a deep scarlet.

Dan explained to himself that this would only stop if one soul could take control of the rest—uniting them all into one.

"Lux Aeterna... Why...?"

---

Memories flooded into his heart.

> "When I was a child, I had no one. I survived in a world of chaos and death, relying only on myself.

Then, I met her—the walking Devil of Light—who destroyed anything in her path, sparing no one.

But when she found me, she didn't kill me. She stopped.

Her glowing white eyes stared at me with pity—like a dying dog on the road.

She spared me… a worthless, forgotten child.

That moment gave me hope.

Later, I began recalling memories I didn't recognize—memories from someone she had killed.

A man named Danny.

I decided to take his name. Over time, his memories and mine merged.

His regret… and my pain… formed a new personality inside me.

I used his knowledge—of technology, of god-humans.

I tried. I failed. I tried again.

I never stopped… until I succeeded.

I recruited people. I saved lives.

I discovered ancient artifacts left behind by the Devil's fragments—materials of power.

With them, I built this kingdom.

I defended it from those who relied only on their cursed, inborn powers gained from exposure to the Devil's fragments—

…Lux Aeterna."

---

Suddenly, he called for backup.

All Warlord Robots went on standby, surrounding Anon, just as the child awakened into his true form.

No one knew who would awaken.

Would it still be Anon… or someone else entirely?

But a single, foolish decision made by the very officials Dan once trusted… would soon lead to their destruction.

"Without the head, the body cannot move.

But without the body, the head is powerless."
