His voice was firm, letting her know that he isn't some ordinary man she can seduce.
"As you heard them, the best you have." He spoke, letting Ru Feng and Long Wei continue the deal.
Long Wei had a huge smile on her face, seeing how Xuan took their side.
She then demanded, "Give me the best courtyard, with good spiritual energy and the most secure place in the city."
Madam Ai sensed Long Wei's hate towards her, so she decided to be more flirty with Xuan, "Little brother, I do have a place as you have desired, but I don't know if you can afford it or not."
"Hmmmfff!" Long Wei growled as she felt Madam Ai looking down on Xuan due to his casual clothes.
She then slammed a spatial bag filled with coins in front of Madam Ai, "Is this enough?"
Madam Ai didn't look at the bag first and remarked, "Well the place you are looking for is in the heart of the city, near the city lord's mansion so few coins won't be sufficient…"
Suddenly her eyes widened. 'Spatial bag!' she quickly grabbed it and looked at tons of gold coins inside it.
She gulped, then looked at Long Wei. Then again looked at the coins.
"This is too much." Madam Ai finally spoke clearly.
Xuan looked at her changed expressions, then looked back at Long Wei. "What's in the bag? Coins?"
Madam Ai spoke, "Not coins, there are tons of coins."
Ru Feng and Bai Hua had the same expressions. They were shocked as Madam Ai. Just as they were about to ask where she got so many coins, Xuan asked.
"You were carrying so many coins in such a small bag?"
Long Wei answered, "Husband, this isn't some ordinary bag but a spatial bag."
"Spatial bag! You mean this tiny bag has so much space inside it?" Xuan could only think of this idea when Long Wei nodded and confirmed it.
Long Wei, without wasting a moment, asked, "So, now we can rent that place you mentioned, right?"

She went back to another room and came back with two jade slips.
"These jade slips contain the deed." She then returned the pouch back to Long Wei and asked for 1000 gold coins.
"1000 coins for a month! Then take 12000 and don't disturb us for a year." Long Wei unloaded precisely 1000 gold coins on the table, grabbed one of the jade slips.
