Step.
Step.
Obito's footprints sank deep into the white ground, only to be swallowed a moment later by the falling snow behind him.
His cloak fluttered as the wind struck him from every direction, but he did not slow down.
After walking for some time, the snow ahead suddenly began to thin.
A massive shadow emerged through the storm.
Obito stopped.
Before him stood a towering statue.
It was half-buried in snow, its surface cracked with age, but its presence was still overwhelming.
The statue had a humanoid shape, but its face was strange and inhuman.
Two enormous horns rose from its forehead, curving upward like a crown meant for something beyond mortal life.
Obito slowly raised his head.
"Ōtsutsuki…"
The statue's eyes were hollow, yet somehow, it felt as if they were looking down at him.
He walked past the statue, and beyond it, the snow-covered ground rose into a wide stone path.
At the end of that path stood a palace.
Ancient white stone stretched upward like a frozen mountain, with towering pillars, broken gates, and walls carved with symbols Obito did not fully recognize.
The structure looked abandoned, yet it did not feel dead.
Obito narrowed his eyes.
A faint sense of familiarity brushed against his mind.
"This place…"
He stepped through the ruined entrance.
The inside was vast and silent.
The ceiling rose so high that the darkness above looked like a sky of its own. Enormous pillars stood on both sides, each carved with strange patterns. Some were broken, while others still glowed faintly beneath layers of frost.
Obito continued forward.
His footsteps echoed through the empty hall.
Tap.
Tap.
The deeper he went, the stronger that familiar feeling became.
"This feels like…"
His mind returned to what Sasuke had once seen.
That strange dimension where Sasuke first encountered Momoshiki and Kinshiki.
At the center of the hall, beneath a broken ceiling where snow drifted down in thin silver lines, stood a throne.
A massive stone throne.
The armrests were carved like claws.
The back of the throne stretched high, almost like a pair of folded wings.
Obito stared at it for a moment.
Then he laughed softly.
"Not bad."
He climbed the steps one by one.
Then, without hesitation, he turned and sat down.
The moment his body settled into the throne, the entire hall seemed to fall into an even deeper silence.
"Well, I admit… this does feel spooky."
Obito leaned back slightly and allowed himself a rare moment of quiet relaxation.
Then he raised one hand.
A dark ripple twisted in his palm.
From within that distortion, something slowly emerged.
An item.
A condensed mass of everything he had devoured.
Momoshiki.
Boruto.
Urashiki.
Karasuki.
Sasuke.
The traces of chakra, data, time, space, bloodline, and Shinjutsu he had torn apart and swallowed through the Devouring Coffin.
All of it had been compressed into one thing.
It was the size of a fist, and its color was a deep, violent red.
So red it looked as if blood itself had been forced to shine.
Black smoke rose from its surface in slow, twisting streams, but that smoke was not ordinary darkness.
It was aura itself, made visible by the power sealed inside.
Obito looked at the thing in his hand, its light reflecting against his face.
Then, without so much as a moment of hesitation, he opened his mouth and swallowed it whole.
Of course, he wasn't Pedomaru, capable of taking something that big into his mouth. The thing was the size of a fist. But the instant it touched his lips, it melted into liquid and flowed down his throat.
The moment it entered his body...
Thump.
His heartbeat accelerated like never before.
The entire palace shook, as if an invisible pressure had descended upon it.
Obito's eyes widened, and his fingers tightened around the armrest of the throne.
Crack.
A thin fracture spread beneath his hand.
Something inside him exploded.
The data within his body began to rewrite itself.
His chakra.
His cells.
His spiritual energy.
His bloodline.
His existence itself.
Everything began changing at once.
Red lines suddenly crawled across his skin.
They spread from his chest to his neck, down his arms, across his face, and beneath his clothes like burning cracks.
They resembled Kāma markings.
Obito's hand crushed the stone armrest completely.
Crack!
Chunks of ancient rock broke apart beneath his fingers.
The pain was not normal. It was not like anything he had ever felt before.
It felt as if countless foreign wills, powers, instincts, and memories were being torn open and forced into alignment with his own existence.
The Sharingan in his eyes opened on its own, spinning until the pattern transformed into the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. Then it did not stop there. The red faded into white, then into purple rings resembling the Rinnegan.
But it still kept evolving.
Before Obito closed his eyes, they had already reached something like the Rinne Sharingan, yet the evolution showed no sign of stopping. It continued violently, pushing even further.
Huff... Huff...
Obito did not know how much time had passed during that single moment.
He slowly lifted his lowered head, then touched his forehead.
He wanted to check whether he had grown horns.
That was something he really did not want to see.
Feeling no sign of horns on his forehead, Obito finally sighed in relief.
Crack...
Then he cracked his neck from side to side, clenched his fist, and a ferocious smile appeared on his face.
With a wave of his hand, a giant mirror appeared before him, reflecting his appearance.
The corner of his mouth twitched lightly in resignation.
Although he hadn't grown horns or turned ugly—if anything, he looked even better than before but…
"What the hell? So I'm Gojo now?"
The man reflected in the mirror had snow-white hair, the unmistakable mark of the Ōtsutsuki Clan.
And above his head floated eight wheel-like rings.
They carried the same ominous feeling as Truth-Seeking Orbs, yet their shape looked closer to Mahoraga's wheel from Jujutsu Kaisen.
To Obito, it felt like he had somehow become a weird fusion of Gojo and Mahoraga.
Which was annoying.
Because now it felt like his uniqueness had been robbed.
Still…
He looked fire.
Obito tilted his head.
The wheel tilted with him.
"…"
With a single thought, the wheel suddenly shifted color.
Its pale glow deepened into red, like the chakra constructs Momoshiki created.
Then it changed again.
Purple.
Obito stared at it for a few seconds.
Red and purple definitely suited him better.
Then, with another thought, the wheel vanished completely, withdrawing back into him.
Obito let out a small breath.
"So it can be taken back… huh?"
His expression eased.
"That's a relief."
"Hmmm~. Whatever. I can live with it."
Then his expression turned serious.
"Now let me see what I have... Don't disappoint me."
Obito closed his eyes, then reopened them.
Instead of his usual Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, the eyes looking back at him were neither that nor the Rinnegan he had expected.
His pupils constricted in surprise.
But in the next moment, that surprise turned into joy.
Because he had done it.
He had gone beyond even the Rinnegan.
His eyes had twisted into something colder, something unnaturally powerful.
Each ring looked broken, segmented by black seal marks that resembled the teeth of a lock.
At the very center of each eye, his pupil had sunk into the shape of a pitch-black keyhole.
Around it, a faint crimson glow pulsed quietly, as if the remnants of his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan were still buried beneath the divine eye.
Thin black markings crossed the iris like chains, binding the rings together.
And unlike others who awakened new eyes and then needed time to master them, Obito already understood his own abilities on instinct, despite having awakened them only now.
"Ha... Hahahaha! Subarashii."
Obito's smile turned savage.
"So this is it..."
"This is no longer a dōjutsu..."
"This is a divine rule."
His eyes made an eerie clicking noise, as if something had just been locked.
"From now on..."
Click.
"...everything opens and closes at my command."
[Shinjutsu: Fūsa.]
Divine Eye of Lockdown.
That was the name of his newly awakened eyes.
But calling it a dōjutsu was an understatement.
After absorbing so many powerful nutrients, Obito had not simply awakened the Rinnegan.
He had stepped into a higher realm.
The realm of Shinjutsu.
Obito tilted his head slightly and raised a hand, testing his other abilities.
Right now, he had no real target to test his dōjutsu on.
The shattered debris scattered across the ground trembled.
Then, as if time itself had reversed...
The fragments slid back into place.
Everything returned to its original state.
Time reversal.
His gaze shifted.
A single snowflake drifted through the air.
Obito pointed at it casually.
The moment his finger aligned
The soft, weightless snowflake shot forward.
It pierced straight through a stone pillar.
Like a bullet.
Like time itself had been forced to accelerate beyond its natural limit.
Time acceleration.
A faint grin formed on his lips.
He raised his hand, forming a familiar sign with his fingers.
The same posture used by Gojo Satoru.
"Za… Warudo."
Instantly...
The entire space froze.
The wind stopped.
The falling snow halted midair.
Even the flow of time itself… ceased.
Time stop.
These were abilities born from devouring Karasuki and Urashiki Ōtsutsuki, combined with everything he had absorbed and analyzed.
And now, they had been taken to a level far beyond their original limits.
Obito rose from his throne and began walking freely through a world where time itself had frozen.
Each step echoed softly in the absolute stillness.
He reached out and touched a snowflake suspended in midair.
Everything looked strangely beautiful right now.
"Man…"
"This is going to make kidnapping people so much easier."
The weird thought popped into his head out of nowhere.
It seemed his bad habits were reacting again.
His NTR senses were tingling.
After all, time stop was one of the most popular genres in H-series.
"I'm definitely abusing the hell out of this."
Then he snapped his fingers again.
Time began to flow once more.
Although the time stop still had some limits, it was still an absurdly overpowered trump card.
"Now then…"
"Time for the real deal."
After saying that, Obito flew high into the air.
The ground dropped farther and farther beneath him as he rose higher and higher, until he finally reached outer space.
Below him, the snowy dimension stretched out like a white planet.
"Now let me take your pose, Frieza…"
Obito's voice was filled with excitement.
And honestly, how could he not be?
He was about to fulfill one of his biggest dreams.
So he raised one finger high and began to concentrate chakra.
A red Rasengan-like sphere, formed from terrifyingly powerful chakra, appeared above his fingertip.
At first, it was only the size of a normal Rasengan.
Then it swelled into a giant Rasengan.
Then into something closer to a Tailed Beast Ball.
And then it kept growing.
Bzzzt!
Feeling the immense power gathering above his finger, Obito would be lying if he said his heart was not beating faster.
He stared down at the white planet below.
Then, slowly, he lowered his finger.
The ball of red chakra shot downward like a ki blast straight out of Dragon Ball.
In Obito Uchiha's anticipated and slightly dazed eyes, the sphere collided with the planet.
And instantly exploded.
KABOOM!
A massive roar tore through the silence of space.
The explosion lit up the darkness like fireworks, bathing Obito's face in red light.
Only after the light finally began to die down did Obito come back to his senses.
"…Holy shit."
A grin spread across his face.
"Okay."
"That was way more satisfying than I expected."
He rubbed his chin, thinking seriously.
"That scratched an itch I didn't even know I had."
"…So this is what people mean when they say 'stress relief is destruction.'"
So whether it's destroying a planet or a Puss... Ahem.
Then Obito folded his arms, seriously thinking it over.
On the other hand, should I be called planetary level now?
Or higher…
After all, destroying this planet was pretty easy... he felt he could do more.
Well, I can test that out later.
For now…
It was time to fulfill the promise he made to his first ever stepson in the ninja world.
Black Zetsu.
"Don't worry, Black Zetsu."
"I didn't forget the promise I made that day."
A slow, wicked smile appeared on Obito's face.
"Your stepdad is going to help 'rescue' your mommy now."
With that, his figure disappeared from the spot.
He left to help the Rabbit Goddess find a warm home
And finally teach her filial son, that peeping-tom bastard, a proper lesson.
Only the black void remained behind him.
And within it, the drifting debris of a shattered planet.
