"A room for three, please."
Irielle smiled at the innkeeper as she ordered to book the rooms. The innkeeper gave her a deep, searching look with her tired eyes before she looked back to see Lysera and Kana behind her.
The innkeeper opened her mouth, likely to ask Lysera if she wanted more than one room or not, since her company did not look friendly (mainly Lysera), but then decided not to ask.
After all, she was not paid enough to care—just enough to do her job.
"A room for three? Sure, I can do that. Luckily, we have one room left. But due to the auction, it will cost you a little more. If you don't want it, you can leave now."
The female innkeeper smiled her 'customer smile' as she handled the paperwork.
Irielle kept smiling at the female, and her unnerving smile did not slip even once from her face. It made the female worker uncomfortable, and the 'customer smile' on her face slipped.
"Sure, I will pay extra. Please hand me the keys."
