[POV: 3rd Person]
[Scene: Minato's House, Kitchen]
[Track Change: Naruto 'Afternoon in Konoha']
"Good afternoon sleepy heads." Asriel said cheerfully. "Hope you are well rested, Renjiro-nii made some lunch while you were resting."
"It's mostly for you two, Naruto can't eat solid food for a while, and while the three of us don't need to eat, both of us still like eating." Renjiro felt the need to add. "By the way, we used Magic for cooking, so the food will have some restorative properties. Just a heads up."
Minato was smiling warmly while Kushina was very excited.
"Oh! Oh! Did you make some ramen?" Kushina asked bouncing about.
Minato paled, having to eat ramen for nearly every meal due to Kushina's cravings and her already skewed diet. If even our guests love ramen as much as her it might kill him sooner than later.
"With how much ramen you had in your cabinets, of course we…" Renjiro started to see Minato's face turn green, and with a smirk finished, "…didn't, does ramen really need to be your every meal, you are killing poor Minato's taste buds. Variety is needed in both life and food. Granted due to your obsessive number of noodles packs compared to other ingredients, I had to make do with a simpler meal. Now let's sit and eat before it gets cold."
Minato was relieved that the meal wasn't ramen, while Kushina felt slightly offended by the notion that ramen can't be eaten for every meal. But they were also curious about a noodle dish that wasn't ramen. Walking into the kitchen the couple noticed a steamer on the stove, holding the strainer of pasta, using steam to keep warm. Next to it was a large pot of a red sauce with bits of meat inside. They had never seen such a sauce before and were a bit apprehensive about trying to eat it.
"Alright, grab a plate, put the noodles on first, then add as much sauce as you like." Renjiro said before serving himself, and spoke internally, 'Hey Asriel, I wonder how tasting food works for us, will we both taste it, or will we need to switch between each other during meals?'
'Let's find out!' Asriel replied internally.
After taking a bite, both Asriel and Renjiro let out a sigh of relief, they could both taste the rich red spaghetti meat sauce and feel the soft and smooth noodles. It didn't matter who was in control or require both to be in control, they could taste the food regardless.
Minato and Kushina, seeing the duo enjoy their food, put their doubts aside and made a plate, sitting at their small table they took their first bite.

For their first experience with an authentic tomato meat sauce, it was slightly overwhelming, the shock to Minato and especially Kushina's palette was immense.

Returning to their senses, Kushina asked excitedly,
"Renjiro! What is this sauce!? It's so sweet and rich!"
"This is incredible, the noodles are firm similar to ramen, but these aren't springy. Did you cook them differently?"
Renjiro felt like he had been stun locked, such rapid questioning made him pause for a few seconds before calming down and explaining.
"Yes, I cooked the noodles slightly longer, so they were still firm, but not as elastic as ramen. The sauce is tomato based with added ground beef and spices like garlic, onion, and basil. I can give you the recipe later, you still have a full plate."
"Less talk, More good food!" Asriel interrupted with barely contained enthusiasm.
