Danzo's turn ended, he can't do anything until it's his turn again. The spectators watch on in mild glee and barely contained fascination at what appears to be a forced arena battle between Asriel and Danzo. While everyone is hoping Danzo gets roughed up a bit more, Hiruzen, Homura, and Koharu seem a bit worried for their old friend. Minato reassures them however, as Kushina tells him that she senses Asriel does not have any intent to kill Danzo. Renjiro would like it if Danzo could be taken down a peg but doesn't want to ruin his new relationship with the village over it, so he let Asriel handle the fight, for now.
Asriel's turn begins with a press of the [FIGHT] button, before casting [Shocker Breaker]. Danzo, expecting the attack from the front, doesn't notice the large [!] warning on the ground and gets struck, before dodging backwards, and evading the next three strikes, but when the last strikes come left to right, he doesn't manage to slip through in time, getting hit once more. Danzo is incredibly injured; a check of his own HP reveals he has 21/48 HP with LV 8. Renjiro noticing his panic, decides he wants to be the one to attack last before sparing Danzo. Asriel agrees.
Danzo, realizing that those numbers represented his life force, was in a state of mild panic. He thought for a moment before selecting [Item], and consuming a Soldier Pill, restoring his health to 31/48 HP. Danzo seemed somewhat satisfied, until he realized using an [Item] also used his turn. His faced turned to a scowl, frustrated with the rules of this engagement.
Asriel's turn showed himself and Renjiro trading places, his SOUL's child form appearing behind Renjiro in their shared body. Kushina was surprised by Asriel's apparent age and saddened knowing that he had passed away so young.

When Renjiro took the stage the atmosphere shifted, while Renjiro wasn't a man who fought, because of how troublesome it was, he still took Taijutsu classes as he believed being caught not knowing to fight would be more troublesome than learning to fight. However, in a [FIGHT] he would never be close enough to engage in Taijutsu, so instead he used his SOUL Magic, he and Asriel had tested some of it lightly but never saw all it could do. Renjiro had to create his own hand sign to combine Magic and Ninjutsu, it looked similar to the [Horse] sign, but instead of the thumbs resting on the palms, they came together to form an upside-down heart shape. For simplicity he just named it [SOUL].
Renjiro pressed [FIGHT], signing [Dog -> Tiger -> SOUL -> Tiger] and cast a Chakra hybrid Magic he called [SOUL Water Release: Weighted Surfing Strike], some very Blue water filled the entire Bullet Board to ankle height, Danzō's SOUL suddenly turned Blue, and he felt as if he was being crushed under about 250kg of weights, Danzo immediately looked around before seeing tall waves coming from in front and to the left of him, taking up about half the Bullet Board. Under such restrictions, dodging became difficult, after dodging the first three waves, he slipped up on the wet floor, getting hit by two waves back-to-back. His HP dropped to 13/48 HP.
Danzo realizing that another attack like that could spell his doom, wanted to end this [FIGHT], but he realized he couldn't run, he was stuck in this arena-like place. In desperation he looked into the other options, checking [MERCY], he saw [SPARE] and [FLEE], and tried to press [FLEE], a message appeared.

Danzo was returned to his normal options before selecting [ACT], where he saw five options, [CHECK], [TAUNT], [APOLOGIZE], [BARGAIN], and [SURRENDER]. He immediately wrote off [TAUNT] and [BARGAIN], one was suicidal, and the other wasn't guaranteed to work, and could waste his turn. This left [APOLOGIZE] and [SURRENDER], it was his words that got him into this mess, and he knew this was a better option than trying to [BARGAIN]. Looking at [SURRENDER], while he didn't want to admit it, he was outmatched and at a severe disadvantage here. While he could [SURRENDER], using [APOLOGIZE] might benefit himself more, he would have to swallow his pride no matter what his choice was.
