Junghoon leisurely sipped his wine, eyes fixed on the video playing on his phone.
"Beautiful as always," he murmured, his thumb tracing Jihoon's face on the screen reverently.
The video showed the omega sitting in the café, nervously drumming his fingers on the table, before finally standing up and disappearing beyond the CCTV's range.
The alpha exhaled, pausing the video. He downed his glass, looking out the window of his study. "Why is it so quiet?"
The door opened, and Alex stepped in. "We've brought him in," he reported.
Junghoon hummed, standing up. "Now that's interesting. Is he still intact?"
The beta's lips curled in a smirk. "He is still intact. Though, he is very loud."
The alpha ran a hand through his hair as he walked out of the room. "Have my tools been sharpened?" he asked, entering the basement.
The air was thick with the pungent smell of blood, fear and the acrid bite of distressed pheromones.
