Felix was determined to pull Willow out of the trouble he believed he had caused.
On the other hand, Willow felt tense. She knew Felix's sudden arrival wasn't a coincidence.
Without wasting time, she typed a short message and sent it.
Both of them sat at the nearest café table, the air between them felt so tense.
Willow raised her eyebrows, her impatience evident in her attitude toward Felix, "Well, what do you want to talk about?"
Felix's gaze softened as he looked at her, his eyes filled with longing.
"Willow, I've been thinking about this all night. I know you're married to Rainer Stuart now, but for what we've been through together over the past five years—if you divorce him, I'll be here for you. What do you think?"
As the words left his mouth, Willow's view of Felix collapsed instantly, like a sturdy building collapsing in a storm.
She snorted, barely recognizing the man sitting across from her.
