Earlier Black wasn't that effected when Zephyr got naked before him without any inhibitions since they both had already seen each other in there birthday suit plenty of times.
Furthermore He wasn't even that embarrassed when he himself had his crude clothes unclothed by Luna — more like he was simply stunned and taken aback by Luna's abrupt actions at that time.
However it was a completely different case when he saw Luna herself started unfastening her Maid uniform.
