"*Munch!* You know Issei *Chew! Chew!* you get into some really stupid situations man." Said Seth as he took a bite of a chocolate bar he was currently in Issei's room.
"Well it's not like it's my fault! I don't know how this happened!" he shouted.
"Well I guess it's time for an emergency meeting."
And so the Occult Research Club and Seth held a meeting.
"Rebound?" said Issei with Rias sitting in his lap and Asia hiding behind him.
Azazel nodded and then began to explain. "Yeah, when someone with a high richness of demonic power uses a technique they are not familiar with, sometimes they make a big mistake with it. So, the techniques come back at them."
It seems Rias failed at using some kind of technique.
"Candy." Seth gave the mini Asia and the mini Rias two pieces of candy which the little girls thank him for.
Azazel then continued with his explanation. "It also seems like they lost their memories. It seems like it. Because of the kickback of the technique, they also had their memories sealed along with temporarily turning into children. But for a devil such as Rias to make a mistake like that, She probably imagined something else strongly while activating the technique. Anyway, to revert them back to normal we either have to wait for a while or we need to have someone with the power of anti-spell."
Koneko turned her eyes towards Seth who was feeding the little Asia and Rias candy.
'Seriously, what happened. Even if I look at the mini-Buchou sitting on my lap, she just tilts her head dubiously.'
"Iche, you have a weird face*Munch!*." Said Rias as she chews her candy.
"Uu, Asia also wants to sit..." From behind Issei, the teary-eyed mini-Asia says that while looking at the mini-Rias sitting on his lap, with envious eyes.
'Aaaaah, even this one is cute.' he couldn't help but find them adorable, he could feel himself getting a strong desire to protect these girls.
"B-Buchou and Asia-senpai. They are so adorable." says Gasper timidly.
"Hey Gasper, why don't you cheer them up." Asked Issei.
The dhampir was shocked but nodded his head slowly. He then searches inside his bag and he takes out a paper bag.
Issei didn't know why but he has a bad feeling about this.
Gasper made holes in the paper bag using his index-finger and middle-finger.
And then wears it over his head.
'I knew it.' thought Issei as he held the bridge of his noes.
"Look, Buchou, Asia-senpai. It's a paper bag~. You get a hundred times more courage when you wear this." Two sparkling red eyes appeared from the holes in the paper bag directed towards the two little girls.
"Iya!" Yelped the two girls as they clung to Issek and began to shake in fear.
It seems that 'Paperbag Gasper' is a no-no. Issei knew he made a terrible mistake
"Little bro you're scaring them." Seth said as he took the paper bag off Gasper's head. "Let a real pro show you how it's done!"
Seth popped his neck to the side then interlocked his fingers and popped them as well.
Releasing a sigh he then made a series of goofy faces causing the little girls to laugh.
Seeing the girls laugh, Issei couldn't help but smile softly.
Seeing this Akeno couldn't help but say.
"Maybe it might be alright if Ise Kun and I raise them like this."
"Me and Akeno-san?"
"Yes. Ise-kun will be the father and I will be their mother. That would make us husband and wife."
Husband and wife. Hearing those keywords,he started to imagine a scene in the pervert's mind.
*In Issei's mind*
"I'm back."
He was dressed in a business suit returning home from work.
"Ara-ara, welcome home, dear."
The one who appears in the entrance is Akeno in an apron.
"Papa. Welcome home."
"Papa, play with me."
Welcoming Issei back are mini-Rias and mini-Asia.
"Hey, you, two. Papa is tired from work, so you can't be reckless, okay."
"No~. I'm going to play with Papa." said mini-Rias as she cutely puffed her cheek.
"Asia was waiting like a good girl." said Asia teary eyed.
"Akeno, it is okay. Now, my daughters, let's play together. Hahahaha."
"Mou, you are too soft on these two. "
*Back to Reality!*
'Wonderful. It's really wonderful. I would admire that situation. A lifestyle like that might be good.' thought Issei.
"Ise. You good bro, you're drooling?" asked Seth.
Issei was in a daze with a lustful look on his face and a bit of drool running from his mouth.
"It seems like he went to a world of his own. Hahahaha, he must have experienced that lifestyle within his job." Said Kiba.
"Ise-kun sometimes goes away from the real world." added Koneko.
Azazel stands up and then says. "Well, I will look for a way to dispel it. You guys also look for a way. You guys would be in trouble if it stays like this right. Let's call each other when we find out something, so we'll split up temporarily."
"ROGER!" Every club member apart from me responds to Azazel.
"Ara. We are splitting temporarily. So we don't have any solution right now. I will start by checking back from the traces of Rias's demonic powers. I will check Ise-kun's room, which was the place where the technique was activated." Akeno-san heads to Issei's room after saying that.
"Then, how about Koneko-chan and I start looking from other places then." said Kiba as he and Koneko also left the room.
"Hmmm. I don't understand anything about demonic powers. Then, I will train Gasper. Hey, vampire. Come out of the cardboard box. If not, I will cut you." said Xenovia.
"Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiii! Xenovia-senpai is bullying me!" screamed Gasper while Xenovia exited the room while carrying the screaming cardboard box.
"So then, I will leave these girls to you for a bit, Ise." said Azazel as he also leaves.
"...….. I-I'm a baby-sitter then, huh."
"Iche, play with me." said Rias.
"…..Carry me." Asia raised her hands.
"Yeah Iche! I wanna be carried too." Said Seth.
Issei gave him a blank look. "Hell no!"
-A bit later -
"Cat!" "Cute."
"Yeah, it sure is cute." Issei, Seth who was eating a bag of marshmallows and the two de-aged girls were outside, Issei holding both girl's hands.
They seem to take interest in anything that appears in front of them, and they pull Issei towards everywhere. The Red Dragon Emperor was urged by them when they said "I want to go outside!"
So they went out.
"Ah! It's Ise!" said Matsuda who pointed at said devil.
"What are you doing….~Wait, children!?" Motohama adjusted his glasses to see if what he was seeing was right.
"Hey hey, what are those little kids!?"
Seth extended a hand and the light from both boys' eyes faded.
"You two can leave now." Said Seth as both boys nodded and walked away.
"Eh? What was that?" Asked Issei.
"Hypnosis magic. Now who wants ice cream?"
Returning to the Hyoudou residence Seth, Issei and little Rias all had ice cream cones made by Seth.
Azazel appeared in front of them. "I found a way to dispel it." He was dressed up as an explorer.
"Really that's great! But why are dressed like that?"
"Me you should be asking Seth that." He pointed at Seth who dressed like Indiana Jones.
"What the fu-"
"Language Iche. We have kids here." He points at Rias and Asia.
"How did you even change so fast!"
"Magic."
"Ise."
He turns to the fallen angel governor who hands a western style looking sword and steel shield. "Huh? What is this?"
"We will gather ingredients with the power of darkness within them. There is a medicine which will dispel the spell on them by mixing it with those ingredients. That's why, Ise, let's get going!" Azazel-sensei points in a random direction while enjoying himself.
"Huh? Go? To where?"
Issei could practically smell the suspicion reeking from Azazel, however Kiba then came in and explained. "We found the way to turn Buchou and Asia-san back to normal. First we found the magic-spell used from the trace of demonic power in your room, and we are currently finding the way to dispel it by reading the spell backwards. This was also mentioned in one of the documents Sensei brought, so it would be okay if Akeno-san or I are present. It's just a matter of time."
"That alone would be enough, but we decided to make a medicine to dispel the spell as well. But for that we need ingredients, so you and I will be gathering them." said Azazel.
"You say gathering ingredients but where are we going?" Inquired the Red Dragon Emperor.
"To various locations. Akeno, Seth I'll need you two to come along as well. I need Seth for something important and Akeno and I can better support him." Answers the Fallen Angel Governor.
Akeno then nodded. "If it's to help Rias and Asia then I don't mind helping."
"Alright then let's go on an adventure!" Shouted Seth.

*ROAR!!!* Shouted a giant bull like creatures, Issei trembled as it towered over him, said dragon? devil? Whatever the fuck he was held a sword and shield.
It was a minotaur wielding a giant battle axe. It then swung its axe and the air reverberated with it's swing as Issei barely managed to dodge.
"Sensei help! I'll be killed!" Shouted Issei who was promptly ignored by Azazel.
The blonde banged fallen angel sniffed the air with a stupid grin on his face. "Sethanel Cooper you're a true master of your craft!" Said Azazel as he sniffed the nabe.
Nabe is a Japanese soup stock made from fish and dried kelp.
"Dammit Azazel help me!" Shouted Issei.
"Huh? Just use more power." Said the fallen angel.
"Azazel-sensei, Seth-kun, I have cut the ingredients." said Akeno, as she came over from another table.
"Oh, Akeno, thanks. We now have to wait for that idiot to beat the bull. It would be okay if he gets a liver. Let's eat the other parts then."
"I haven't eaten Minotaur's meat." Said Akeno.
"The Minotaur from around here tastes amazing. Once you eat it, you will get addicted to it.;I even think it is the same as Matsusaka beef."
"Hey, Rias and Asia, here are your plates." said Seth as he handed them their plates.
"Meat!" "Bull-san." Cheered little Rias and Asia as they raised their arms.
"OOoooiiii! Why are you guys having a situation like that of a family while I'm having a life and death situation right next to you!? I'm about to be killed by the so-called Matsusaka bull!" Shouted Issei who was in absolute despair while avoiding the attacks from Minotaur
"Rias, Asia, the butcher will be bringing the meat soon. Lucky you~" said Azazel.
"Sensei! The so-called Butcher is about to be killed! I will be killed by the bull! This bull is strong! I will be killed before I deliver the meat!"
*WHAM!*
The minotaurs battle axe struck the ground creating a crater.
"Help me even just a bit! You are the 'Governor of Fallen-Angels', so doesn't that make you something like a Last-Boss of films and such!?"
"Yeah. I'm strong. If it's a RPG game, I would be the hidden-boss which appears after you have beaten the game. And someone like that is your ally, so you guys are really lucky."
"Then please help me! I will get killed if I have to fight a monster by myself!"
"Then that will be boring~. If I shoot out a beam from my hand and defeat the monster, then the monster will be defeated in a few lines of a novel, you know?"
Azazel released a light beam from his hand. The bull died. Item received.
"Look, it finished in a few lines. It's boring."
"It's okay to be boring! Governor-sama who is a bazillion times stronger than me! Please have merccccccy!"
Issei fell to the ground but then it started to shake and he got up and looked behind. It was a herd of Minotaurs.
"WHAT THE HELL!!??" He shouted in shock.
DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON! now While making a super big explosion, the herd of Minotaur and their surroundings were blown away! It's so insane! It certainly was an attack of a last boss!
"Hmph. The burdens are now gone, Ise. Fight to your heart's content." Azazel gave Issei a thumbs up.
'That isn't it! That isn't what I mean! If there are so many of them, you can get as many livers as you want! He turned all of them into ashes! He really did finish it in a few lines!'
"The beam just now, can you shoot at least one of them this way!? The battle will end with that! Also, among the herd just now there were much bigger ones than the one I am battling!?"
"Just fight. Last-Boss-sensei!!"
A bit later.
A look of absolute ecstasy appeared on everyone's face as they took a bite of their Minotaur.
They all couldn't help but moan and shiver as each time they chewed.
Azazel opened his tear filled eyes as he muttered. "This…this is better than sex!"
The next ingredient was a unicorn horse using Akeno as bait they managed to knock out with a chop to its neck.
"That was so boring! Azazel is the next ingredient gonna be a lot more dangerous?"
"Of course the next ingredient is going to come from a dragon."
"Eh?" Issei turned to Azazel.
While a giant grin appeared on his face, he became starry eyed.
"I call dibs on fighting the dragon!"
"Well I wanted Issei to fight the dragon but sure why not!" The fallen angel governor shrugged.
Issei released a sigh of relief that his life won't be in danger anymore.

"ROOOAAARRR!!!" A giant red dragon towered over an excited Seth who got into a martial arts pose.
He's now using the fighter class; he's long since mastered the mage class.
His Touki then surrounded his body as he dashed towards the dragon and decided to spew a large amount of flames at it.
His Touki fully protects him plus having the Fire Resistance skill no flame can hurt anymore he flew through dragon's flame and delivered a Touki powered blow.
*WHAM!*
It was so powerful the shockwaves ripped up the earth and sent the dragon flying into a nearby mountain.
"H-holy crap!" Said Issei as Azazel whistled as he held his chin.
"Damn, is that kid really a normal human? Ain't no way he's not the descendant of some God." mumbled Azazel.
[Look alive partner, this fight isn't over just yet.]
"Whaddya mean Ddraig?"
*Boom!" The large dragon bursted out of the mountain side, blood dripping down it's face as a deep crimson aura surrounding it as it looked at Seth in pure adulterated rage.
Flame surrounded its body then shot off towards Seth who ran towards it the two became a blur.
*BOOOOOOOM!!!*
As the two made contact the entire forest in which they were fighting got destroyed as they clashed fist.
"Whoa! How is it that strong?!"
"It's called outrage, it happens when a dragon gets really pissed off they get a large boost in power. So much so that even low class dragons can take on high-class beings and a bit higher if they try hard enough." Explained Azazel.
[The boy did it on purpose.]
Issei became confused.
"Seth could've ended this fight in a single blow but held back. Dragons are prideful creatures, it must not have like an insect like him drawing blood like that." Explained the fallen angel.
Back to the fight Seth delivered a number of blows to the dragons gut each blow contained a bit ki which invades the body and causes damage from the inside.
Sure he could've used [Penetrate] but he wanted to test out this idea on a live opponent.
The dragon spat out a large amount of blood as it fell to the ground. The mighty creature was covered in wounds and was leaking a massive amount of blood.
Seth though had a few scratch wounds but he had a bright but battle hungry smile on his face.
"Hey you!" The dragon flinched as it looked at Seth never in it's life has it's pride been broken like this. All it could do was shiver in fear as it's opponent towered over it.
"It'll be pretty sad if you died here. Join me." He didn't ask, he demanded and the dragon knew that.
It was defeated; it was either servitude or death. It's broken pride aches but what's good is pride if it's dead.
The dragon felt like ripping its own heart but it submitted the power from Seth's punches hurted ridiculously.
"Good! Welcome to the family Ignia." Outstretching an arm he summoned a magic circle which made Ignia his newly made familiar.
Summoning another magic circle the Dragon was fully healed.
[Title Gained - Dragon Tamer! - due to making a dragon even a relatively weak one submit to your will.]
"Alright I got myself a dragon familiar!" Cheered the keyblade wielding magician.
And so Rias and Akeno were turned back into their usual self. Though a complication occurred.
"Iyaaaaa! Ise-senpai save me!" Screamed Gasper as he ran away from Xenovia who was chasing him, she was in charge of his training and now towards Issei who he knocked into the magic circle with Rias and Asia in flash.
Rias and Asia were returned to normal meanwhile Issei.
"I'm a fucking kid!" He shouted as he gave the stink eye to Xenovia and Gasper.
"You gotta help me Azazel-sensei!"
"Nah! I don't feel like I had enough fun for today." He walked away.
….
At Seth's penthouse.
"That was pretty mean senpai. Not using the anti-spell." Said Koneko who straddled him.
"I know but I wanted a pet dragon. That and I get to do this." He turned himself into a child and seeing this Koneko's heart skipped a beat.
"Kawaii!!" She squealed as she pinched Seth's chubby cheeks.
He was the very definition of adorable. "Hehe!" He chuckled even more before deactivating the spell and summoning a magic circle in his hands he began to tweak the spell.
"A few more tweaks here and there, Alfred please scan for any flaws." He then began to alter the calculations. A large amount of runic numbers and letters then flew into the circle.
[Spell creation is perfect sir, you have now created the world's first age manipulation spell.] Said a voice in a British accent.
That was Alfred, his A.I butler. Named after Alfred Pennyworth from Batman. He didn't want to create an stupid abbreviated names so he just went with that because Alfred is his favourite DC character.
"Hehe! Thanks!"
"Your really insane Senpai. To be able to make a spell like that so easily." Koneko was honestly amazed.
*Ding dong!* His doorbell rang. He got up and answered the door.
In Front of him stood Serafall who gave the stink eye to the beautiful blonde woman standing beside her with a warm smile that'd cheer up even the most depressing of people.
"Hey Levi! Who's your friend?"
"Hello it's a pleasure to meet you Sethanel Cooper, my name is Gabriel I'm one of the five Great Seraphs."
"Nice to meet you too Gabby!" He shook hands with her.
"Eh? Gabby?" Exclaimed Serafall.
"Why don't you guys come in? I'll get you something to drink."
Sitting in Seth's living room both women sighed with a content smile on their face as they took a sip of the hot chocolate Seth made them.
"So you guys are probably here to watch me?" Said Seth as he took a sip of his hot chocolate.
Both women stopped drinking as they looked at Seth who had a blank expression on his face.
"Yes. Due to you creating the spell which allowed you to change your race the three factions have decided to put you under the watch of Serafall, Azazel and I." said Gabriel truthfully.
"Ah! I get the devil council will probably get all pissy so in case I screw up you're gonna do damage control."
"That's a vulgar way of putting it but yes." said Gabriel.
"Seth-kun I know we're out of line for intruding on your privacy like this bu-!"
"It's fine Levi. I understand my spell isn't just a simple transformation but rather I actually become that being in body, spirit and mind. Anyone would covet it."
"Wait what! I didn't hear of that!" Said Serafall as she got up in shock.
"Yeah I can even copy clan traits. [Diabolos Install: Leviathan]." A black demonic magic circle appeared and in flash multiple pairs of wings appeared from his back.
"Check it." He then summoned a large blob of water with the use of demonic power which Serafall definitely noticed.
"Wanna see the Leviathan form?" He asked her.
