Feeling excited Seth checked the next one and immediately rejected it.
It was for world domination, he'll be visiting Mariejois to fucking wreck the place and drop the Revolutionary army in it's stead of something, he doesn't have the time rule an entire fucking world nor has the patience to, only fucking idiots go for world domination.
If you at least place a figurehead that can efficiently rule, while you have all the fun doing nothing, ruling from the shadows. Then it'd be worth it.
But he didn't come here for that.
He then accepted the second world quest.

Flying under a cloaking spell they managed to enter the first part of the grand line in nothing under a day and with the help of his Satellite base in the outer atmosphere of the planet he managed to get a map of most of the planet.
Which filled out most of the Games Map.
Extremely convenient.
In a few minutes the familiar and master duo made it to Enies Lobby.
"Huh? Right on time too." He looked down to see the Monkey D Luffy himself, his rubbery arms tightly wrapped around his crew as he jumped off smiling ear to ear as at the last second Granny Kokoro crashed through with the sea train saving all straw hats.
They all somehow managed to come out unscathed. Then Fukurou appeared. And then info dumped them about the other CP9 Agents having other keys that could free Robin of her sea prism stone handcuffs, in their possession, while threatening to throw his own key into the ocean. Luffy tried to get it from the zipper mouthed man by force but was promptly stopped by Zorro and Sogeking.
Fukurou then tried leaving but was promptly kicked down by none other than Sethanel Cooper himself.
'HANDSOME!' thought Nami, Granny Kokoro and little Chimney who literally had hearts in her eyes.
"Hiya! I'm Seth and this Ignia." He points to the small sleeping dragon on his head. "Your Monkey D Luffy right?"
"I am, who are you?" Asked Luffy.
"I'm a friend of Shanks, he told me a lot about you."
"Shanks?"
"You guys look like you're in the middle of something though?" Luffy nodded his head.
"Yeah! Our crew mate got kidnapped!" Said the rubber man who punched his fist into his hand.
"Say less. I'll help."
"Thanks!" Luffy nodded.
"HE'S JOINING LIKE THAT?!" Shouted everyone and so everyone ran their own ways, they didn't want to question Seth as they wasted enough time talking with him.
Seth simply followed Luffy, he had a lot of pent up anger against Spandam for how he treated Robin in the anime. And securing Robin would make things ridiculously easy.
"YOSH! I'll just use a boat to get across." Shouted Luffy who grabbed a small boat and a paddle. Seth slapped his head.
"Why'd you do that?!" he shouted angrily.
"Cause I felt like it."
"Okay." Luffy calms down.
"You can't get across that way."
"Big bro and Seth-kun!❤️ I found something over here!" Chimney waved at the two and showed the reinforced door.
"Don't I worry I got this! Step back a bit" Luffy placed his thumb in his mouth.

"ROBIN!" Shouts Luffy as he kicked down the wooden door, following behind him was Seth walking calmly with a blank expression and his hands rested in his hoodie pockets.
"Welcome." Rob Lucci smirked.
"Dammit let's get outta here!" Spandam grabbed Robin and headed up the stairs, Seth who was concealed under illusion magic he'd studied enough where he had to invent a completely new spell to hide from Haki users.
It took plenty of games of hide and seek with the red haired pirates to invent this.
Seth walked up the stairs and just kept watching, gritting his teeth as Spandam abused Robin. He needed to wait. To wait until the bastard went on his rant after he initiated the Buster Call and Robin explained just what it is.
The poor saps on the island needed to know just what kind of danger they were in.
A Buster Call for those of you who aren't into one piece is the strongest Marine military action possible, performed only under special circumstances. The goal of a Buster Call is usually to destroy anything it is unleashed upon, be it a single criminal or a whole pirate crew. Even an entire island, one that has proven itself to be extremely dangerous to the World Government could be designated as the target. In which case, everyone and everything on the island would be completely burned down, including the island itself.
Panic then began to ensue as everyone, marine soldiers and government officials began to run as fast they could.
"Let's get the hell out of here!"

Seth appeared behind him and punched the waste of space in the face. The oxygen that Spandam breathed was wasted on him…no the very ink and thoughts Oda used in his inception was wasted on him.
"Nice to meet you! I'm Seth, a friend of Luffy's and this is Ignia." He points to Ignia who was sleeping his tummy rose and fell with each snore.
Seeing Seth's smiling face a small blush appeared on Robin's face as she thought.
'HANDSOME!'
"Oi, you good? No injuries." She nodded her head as he checked her up and down.
"Good!"
"Yes thank you for rescuing me." She thanked him.
"Cool let's go then."
"Oi Luffy I secured the princess!" Shouted Seth as he waved his hand around with Spandam's sword. The waste of an existence had a pretty good decent weapon, Seth planned on turning it into Sacred Gear.
"Eh?! How'd you get all the way over there?" Shouted the pirate captain as he dodged under a kick. Lucci turned around and he frowned.
Seth stared blankly at the pirate captain.
"Magic."
"I see that's super cool!"
He instantly believed him.
"Ryankaku!" An azure blade of wind fired off at Seth, who grabbed Robin and appeared behind Luffy, holding Robin in a princess carry.
"Normally I'd help you out, but you seem to have beef with that guy. But I'm still gonna ask. Want help?"
Luffy smirked as he crouched, he then placed a on his right thigh while placing his fist on the ground. "Nah! I'm gonna win!"
With a smile on his face Seth turned around and walked away.
Meanwhile while fighting, Luffy paused.
"Wait Seth?! There's beef here!"
Back to Seth and Robin.
"Oh yeah! I should probably put you down now huh?" he looked down to Robin.
Robin didn't mind for some reason being Seth's arm; she felt safer than she'd ever been, even with the looming threat of the Buster Call upon her.
"THE BUSTER CALL!" She panicked, even with a tiny dragon on his head, our boy had enough rizz to rizz up an entire nation of girls, so much so Seth nipped her panic away.
"Calm down, you and your crew will be just fine. I'll make sure of it." he patted her head and smiled softly, Robin immediately calmed down.
"Now c'mon let's get you back to your friends." Robin dumbly nodded.
'So bright! His smile was so warm!" Her chest heated up a bit as she felt a comfortable warmth in her chest, something she'd feel with the strawhat crew, but this was even brighter.
Seth and Robin continues to walk until he sees a blue haired man wearing sunglasses, a Speedo and a Hawaiian shirt running his way.
"What the! You're that new kid! You managed to save her!"
Seth grinned happily. "Yep, I managed to get her on time!"
After setting her free.
"Let's get the others, we should regroup here and wait until Luffy's done with fighting Rob Lucci."
"Shouldn't we help him?" Asked Franky.
"No Luffy had his crewmate captured because of that bastard and plenty of your friends came here to rescue you didn't they? He has a score to settle with that bastard. As men we shouldn't interfere."
Franky wanted to protest but didn't, nodding his head.
A honourable bout between men should never be interfered with.

"ROBIN-CHWAAAAAANNN!!! ❤️❤️❤️" Sanji's body became a vortex as he spun around, his eyes replaced with hearts.
They were all in the underground passage to the gates of justice.
"Hey you guys managed to beat your opponents not bad and you got stronger too." Holding his chin Seth analysed their aura and smirked.
"Enough talking and let's head on." Franky said as they all decided to move on only to find Nami, Kokoro who had Chopper tied to her head along with Chimney and her pet rabbit Gonbe who she thinks is a cat…for some reason.
The three were running away from a large flood of water whilst screaming in terror.
"Oh! Hey! They're they are!" Said Seth with a smile.
"What the hell!"
Zorro tried cutting the wall but failed, it seemed it was reinforced to deal with the pressure of the water.
As Seth saw Granny Kokoro a realisation hit him, he immediately summoned a magic circle and teleported everyone on the bridge to the gates of justice.
HE WILL NOT LIVE THROUGH THAT!
"EH?! Where are we!" shouted Us- Sogeking.
Seth teleported them to the bridge of Hesitation, where the gates of justice lay open.
"Man, I nearly forgot that I could teleport for a second! HAHAHAHAHA!" Seth rubbed the back of his head.
""""WHAT!!!""" Shouted the straw hats except Robin.
"You bastard! You should've teleported us from the start!" Shouted Nami as she grabbed his collar.
"Hahahahahaha! I'm sorry I forgot. Hahahahaha!"
'This guy he's just like Luffy' thought the entire strawhat crew.
*BOOM!*
A part of the bridge was blasted off.
"Ah! The Marines are attacking." Said Seth calmly, everyone got battle ready.
"OH CRAP!" Uso- Sogeking began to panic as did everyone else the shared military might that was brought sent shivers down their spine, but they wouldn't give up now they literally just managed to save their friend!
They all got on guard as the Marines began to dock the bridge.
"The Buster Call is here!" Robin hugged herself as she began to tremble, Seth placed an arm on her shoulder.
"Don't worry about them, this guy will handle it!" He points to Ignia on his head.
The dragon was still fast asleep.
"What the hell is that lizard supposed to do!" Shouted Sanji.
The dragon opened its eyes before shooting up into the sky a crimson glow then encompassed the entire island gaining the attention of everyone before showing the figure of a gigantic red burning dragon.
"He's a dragon don't ya know!"
