Yeo Jun's MacBook had been programmed by a professional. After thinking for a moment, Yeo Jun opened the university website, and then, after another pause,"He began writing a note to one of the teachers, claiming he had been kidnapped."
. But as soon as he completed the note, the written words were deleted.
He tried again, but the same thing happened.
For the third attempt, he decided to write it in code words, but this time the MacBook shut down completely, and a lock appeared, asking for the password. Out of fear, Yeo Jun took the MacBook and placed it in the hall.
Later that night, Yeo Jun was sitting in the gazebo, biting his lip in tension. He did not want Joon Hyunk to come into his room for those two hours. Again and again, he lifted his neck to look toward the outer gate, checking whether Joon Hyunk was coming. In his heart, he was praying that he would not come tonight.
"He was also afraid because the MacBook had been locked. He feared that if Joon Hyunk found out that the MacBook he had given him was now locked,"And Yeo Jun had tried to contact the police through that MacBook to tell them that Joon Hyunk had kidnapped him, then Joon Hyunk might do something to him.Just thinking about Joon Hyunk's deep brown, angry eyes was enough to make Yeo Jun feel afraid." Joon Hyunk had warned him before, yet he had still made the mistake."
Joon Hyunk was at the house within ten or twenty minutes. When he entered, he saw the MacBook lying on the table in front of him and then he smiled in a mysterious way.
Every activity on Yeo Jun's MacBook was showing on his phone, which meant that he already knew everything that had happened earlier in the day — including the fact that Yeo Jun had tried to contact the police.
Joon Hyunk walked toward the MacBook and unlocked it with the password. Just then, Sun-hee came in with water for Joon Hyunk, and Joon Hyunk told her to call Yeo Jun to the lounge. Then he told her to go home and went to take a shower himself.
As soon as Yeo Jun heard the sound of the hall door opening, he curled up even more and covered his ears with his hands. When, after a long while, he didn't hear Joon Hyunk's roar, he felt a little more at ease and removed his hands from his ears.
A little later, Sun-hee came over to him in the gazebo. She told Yeo Jun to go to the lounge and then left with Ji-ho.
When Yeo Jun stood up, his hands were trembling badly. His heart was beating very slowly from fear, and it felt as if there was no strength in his legs at all. It seemed to him as though he wasn't walking toward a lounge but toward a lion's den, and the moment he stepped inside, the lion would hunt him down and devour him.
With great difficulty, he made his way to the lounge, but there was no one there. In front of him, on the table beside the sofa, lay his MacBook. He kept staring at it, as though the MacBook was responsible for everything that had happened to him.
Suddenly, a voice came from behind, and he stepped back in fright.
"What kind of movies do you like to watch?"
When he turned around, Joon Hyunk was leaning casually against the doorframe, taking slow drags from his cigarette. Yeo Jun looked at him with fear in his eyes.
He had been thinking about so many things in his mind, but this was completely different from what he had imagined. His lips had gone dry from fear, so he quickly moistened them and hurriedly answered his question.
"Horror… mmm… mm… movies," Yeo Jun answered.
"Horror," Joon Hyunk repeated, smiling mysteriously as he passed close by him and sat down on the sofa. Yeo Jun stood there, watching him, but then lowered his gaze. Joon Hyunk leaned back comfortably on the sofa and told Yeo Jun to come and sit next to him.
But Yeo Jun didn't move from his spot. He remained standing where he was. He was afraid to go and sit near him, and Joon Hyunk knew that very well.
Joon Hyunk picked up the cushion lying next to him and placed it on the floor near his feet. Now tears began to well up in Yeo Jun's eyes — he didn't want to go near him under any circumstances. Tonight, he was more afraid of Joon Hyunk than ever before. It felt to him as if at any moment, Joon Hyunk might attack him like a lion.
But he didn't want to refuse him and increase his punishment any further. Now, even the MacBook lying on the table was frightening him. He kept thinking that if Joon Hyunk asked him about the MacBook, what answer would he give?
"Digging his nails into his own palms." he slowly moved toward him. The cushion was placed on one side, next to Joon Hyunk's left leg. Very carefully, Yeo Jun sat down on the cushion at just enough distance so that he wouldn't touch Joon Hyunk's leg at all.
Yeo Jun felt that he didn't know when Joon Hyunk might attack him, so he sat slightly away from him. But still, there was only a few inches of space between Yeo Jun's and Joon Hyunk's legs.
Yeo Jun had a hard time controlling the tears inside his eyes, which wanted to spill out at any moment. In the deep silence of the night, sitting there with Joon Hyunk in such a big house made it hard for him to breathe.
Joon Hyunk turned on a big screen on the wall with a remote.
"What movie do you want to watch?"
Joon Hyunk asked in a very normal tone.
Yeo Jun wondered why he was even asking. Since Joon Hyunk was doing all of this on his own will, what difference would it make what movie i liked?
Annoyed, Yeo Jun looked at the MacBook lying on the table and angrily said in one breath, "Drag….. me….. to….. hell."
Joon Hyunk smiled at his anger. Seeing this boy afraid of him gave him a strange kind of peace. It felt to him as if a cute little rabbit was angry at a lion.
"Remember, dear, I will always be your hell and heaven," Joon Hyunk whispered very mysteriously near his ear.
Suddenly hearing his voice so close made Yeo Jun feel like his heart stopped for a few seconds.
It felt very strange to Yeo Jun because Joon Hyunk's presence near him didn't frighten him like other people did; rather, sometimes it terrified him even more.
After a while, a movie started on the screen, but neither of them was really watching it. Joon Hyunk's eyes were only on Yeo Jun, and Yeo Jun felt very nervous feeling the intensity of those eyes on him.
His heartbeat was sometimes very slow and then suddenly very fast because of the fear.
Yeo Jun kept looking sometimes at the MacBook and sometimes at Joon Hyunk's left leg. His eyes were constantly measuring the distance between just these two things. Apart from the actors in the movie, there was no other sound.
When half of the movie had passed, Yeo Jun started to feel a little relaxed and began to enjoy the movie. But suddenly, he felt Joon Hyunk's hand on his neck, and Yeo Jun froze in fear right there.
Joon Hyunk had his hand on Yeo Jun's beautiful neck from behind and was slowly moving his fingers up to Yeo Jun's head. Then Joon Hyunk asked Yeo Jun very calmly, "What did you do all day today?"
"Mmm… mmmm… I,,,,,iii,,i … dd,,..dd,,..d didn't… do… aa,,aa,an,,any,,,anything," Yeo Jun stammered.
Joon Hyunk said, "Didn't you check the university site?"
Yeo Jun felt his throat dry as if it were some kind of desert. Suddenly, he felt pressure on his neck. Joon Hyunk was holding his neck and was speaking to him.
Then Joon Hyunk's voice came slowly but mysteriously, "I told you, didn't I? This MacBook is only for your education, and there's no need to do anything wrong with it. But you didn't give importance to my words."
Yeo Jun tightly closed his eyes.
Joon Hyunk was now running his hand through Yeo Jun's hair.
"I don't like it when someone ignores me like this," Joon Hyunk's voice sounded deep and mysterious at this moment.
After saying this, Joon Hyunk suddenly pulled Yeo Jun's head backward with force.
Yeo Jun's neck was jerked strongly.
