Alicia with her green hair and green eyes didn't make it past the halfway mark of the movie.
With a dramatic groan about how "no sane woman would put up with Hardin," she stood, dusted off her skirt, and muttered something about finding "better company than these fake lovebirds on screen."
Rowan laughed, throwing a popcorn kernel at her as she left. "Don't get lost, princess!"
"Don't choke on your charm," Alicia shot back without missing a beat, her heels clicking as she vanished into the crowd.
She did have a point though. Hardin and Tessa were the definition of cringe, even though I noticed how Freya seemed to be more invested as the movie went on.
By the time the credits rolled, she was almost dozing and half the original crowd was gone.
Students gathered their blankets, couples holding hands as they wandered back toward the dorms. The smell of popcorn lingered in the cool night air, mixing with faint laughter that slowly fizzled as people dispersed.
