There exists 200 World Items in Yggdrasil:
1. The Fire Dragon's Heart:
A World Item when equipped grants the user the ability to create, dispel and manipulate Fire.
Grants User Absolute Fire Immunity.
2. The Divine Tree of Immortality:
A magical tree from Norse Mythology linked with the fruit of Immortality. This tree produces two types of fruit.
Golden Apple: Grants you immortality, player faces no penalty upon death if consumed beforehand. Player after dying will be revived once, with no penalty. The fruit is produced once a week.
Silver Apple: Grants experience equal to level up from Lvl 1 to 40. The fruit is produced once a day.
3. Well of Urd:
A well, flowing with the cosmic wisdom connected to the void beyond Yggdrasil. The water flowing in the well contains the forbidden knowledge of the cosmos.
The well can be used in two ways.
The Riddler: Can ask any questions to the well, the well shall answer in riddles or by presenting visages, glimpses of location or scenery to your answer except being repelled by World Item. It may fail or provide partial answers when related to World Items or Players, Guilds or any entity equipped with World Items. Can be used once a week.
Blind God: No limits, Can answer any one question. When a colour that shouldn't exist, the cosmic entity, Eldritch God is summoned. They shall answer any question you may have with no Limit. Can only be used once, after usage the well shall be lost. One-time use, ability.
4. Gjallarhorn:
A higher level version of the Super-Tier Magic <(Written: Summoning of an Avatar of God) Call Avatar>
5. Spear of Ra:
The Spear of Ra is a divine weapon that belonged to the God Ra. Ra is the all-powerful God of the Sun and Light. Among the first and oldest gods, Ra has existed for eternity. This Spear is believed to be the most powerful weapon in existence.
The spearhead is much larger and long, as is the staff that's held by the wielder. Also in this form, it glows with the fires of the sun, which only gods can wield. The weapon can also produce either beams or bolts of sun energy.
6. The Sword of Surtur:
The Most Powerful Blade with size augmentation ability. The sword that cleaves through the World. The Sword contains the power of Nine "World Break", a skill of the World Champion Class.
7. Trident of Poseidon:
The Trident of Poseidon is an unbreakable three-pronged leister that serves as an extension of the god's own power.
The power of Poseidon The Greek God.
Domain over Ocean/Sea and by extension Water.
8. Helm of Darkness
The Helm of Darkness is one of Hades' Symbols of Power. The Helm allows Hades to melt into shadows and pass through walls. While wearing it he cannot be touched, seen, or heard, and he can radiate fear so intense that it can easily drive a person insane or stop their heart. The Helmet has a passive skill to dominate Undead. When worn by the user, the undeads without the influence of World Items or beings who aren't World Enemy assume the User to be One Among them.
9. Zeus Wrath:
The Master Bolt is the symbol of Zeus' power, which all other lightning bolts are patterned after.
The power of the God of Thunder, Zeus.
The domain over the lightning.
10. Kronos' Scythe:
The scythe with the power of time. It can stop time, bypassing those with time-stop resistance, sparing only those with World Items. Has the power to attack in the past and set up an attack in the future.
For example, in a battle, the opponent has a shield or is escaping, the scythe can be used to attack in the past where he was defenceless. Causing the player to sustain damage in the present.
11. The Children of Yggdrasil:
Let's you create 9 Max-Level NPCs, not tied down by any Guild except the player. Though players can assign them to a Guild, the guild's destruction won't cause them any harm.
Each NPCs have access to a single rare class, by default. The player can assign other rare classes later.
12. Excalibur:
Acquired through the defeat of The Great Ancient Red Dragon, the Guardian of Avalon. A Legendary Sword.
13. Eye of Tsathoggua:
An item that can record any spell or skill of any Entity within the game. From a 1st tier spell to super tier spell and even the Special/Ultimate Skill of the World Enemies. The item can be used to invoke the skill or spell that is recorded.
Can only be used Once a day.
14. Fruit from the Fallen World:
A World Item that lets the user turn into a World Enemy.
Upon activation, the user can replace any one World Enemy that he has fought against.
The User is to challenge the selected World Enemy and survive the battle for 10 minutes without dying.
Upon defeat, the process fails and the World Item is lost across the Yggdrasil.
15. Longinus:
It has the power to completely remove any target from existence at the expense of the user's own existence. There was no way to restore the data of anyone deleted by the World Item, other than by using the resurrection powers of other World Items; neither cash items nor resurrection spells would work. If someone were to use it on an NPC of a Guild, it would even reduce the maximum creatable levels of NPCs — the special feature of a guild's home base.
16. Gleipnir:
A formidable World Item against the Players as it immobilize it's targets. Anyone bound by it loses their Physical Strength and MP stats till untied.
Players who possess World Items and the World Enemies are exempted from its effect.
17. Ring of Draupnir:
A ring that multiplies the amount of gold, experience, HP, MP, buffs, and healing spells gained by 8 times. It's disadvantage being that it only multiplies coins or in-game money and not magical items or other loot.
18. World Savior:
A club-shaped item, which is very weak in its initiatory stage, but gets stronger with time. It can become so strong that it could even conquer Nazarick with all the members of Ainz Ooal Gown combined.
19. Gungir:
The Indestructible Spear of Odin.
Special Skill: Spear of the Omnipotent And Omniscient God.
20. Sword of Freyr:
A sword that can fight on its own.
21. God of Mischief:
A Staff. It's World Item specialising in creating traps in a region.
22. Achilles Shield:
It is said to be able to stand against nearly any attack by deploying a miniature world. Described within a hundred lines of text in Book 18 of the Iliad, it is the world Achilles lived in that was reproduced by Hephaestus into a miniature form in the shield, featuring swirling ocean currents on the outer circumference due to the sea god. It is said that "to oppose this shield is the same as making the world your opponent".
23. Standard of Conqueror:
It is a Flag World Item, when used, the user can take dominion over any region or place.
24. Relic of Another World:
It is yet another item inspired by those Mecha Games.
XXX the parent company of Yggdrasil were planning on building a Mecha game, as it rose to popularity but refrained as they couldn't allocate more resources to another game, while their prior game is still in popularity. It's a Giant Mecha, with an array of sci-fi weapons and many weapons of mass destruction on it ( ~Fu*k Morals).
25. Jewel of Souls:
It is a World Item that lets the user use summoning magic to summon any Monster from Yggdrasil, except the World Enemies.
The monsters summoned are limited to per day limit of 900 levels.
26. Spring of Calamity-The Hex of Slight Goddess:
It is a miniature statue of a beautiful-faced goddess holding a jar and pouring black liquid into a vessel, the item has the appearance of a fountain.
It's an item that, when activated releases negative energy and miasma into the world. Given time, it can span the entire world. All those without instant death protection will perish and those with instant death resistance will have a curse inflicted on them with constant damage, poison and acid damage. When activated a purplish fog is released from it and shall cover the whole world unless stopped.
Once the fog has managed to reach the end of the world, the goddess shall appear to collect the souls.
The Goddess though has a beautiful face, her body is very hideous.
27. Key to Glory:
A World Item shaped as a key. A large, golden key is ornated like a gilded skeletal hand. Its power is to be a 'skeleton key' for everything that is "locked" in YGGDRASIL. It also has a compass-like ability (visualized as the key glowing brighter when it's pointed in the right direction) to guide its holder through the safest route in an unmapped location. Its "unlocking" ability extends to include magical barriers and it can unlock things like the isolation effects of Ouroboros.
28. Apocalypse Bringer:
It is a World Item when activated can summon a legion of Demons till the user is killed and ownership of the item is transferred. It's a superior version of Armageddon Evil, a 10th-tier spell.
29. Ahura Mazda:
Ahura Mazda is capable of inflicting a massively powerful area of effects on targets with a negative karma value across the entire world.
30. The All-Seeing Eye of Wisdom:
A monocle which is obsidian in colour. Designed to be a monocle that reads the lore, the stats, and the character sheet of the players and monsters, NPCs character setting and that of items. Representing the sacrifice of Odin, where he exchanged his eye for Wisdom.
31. Five Elements Overcoming: (Not in Possession)
It has the power to request the developers to change the magic systems of YGGDRASIL.
Kai has used it once to get some changes done to his guild.
32. Endless Abyss:
A World Item, one of the twenty. A single-use type, will consume any target and seal them in the Abyss. When sealed in the Abyss, the player or target dies. The only possible means to revive is to use a super-tier spell corresponding to it. Equivalent to the True Death spell but a higher version of it with 100% accuracy. With the penalty of setting the level of the target as 1 after revival. However, the character may lose any one job class and a piece of equipment. Plus the curse of requiring twice the experience to progress each level.
World Enemies are immune to the effect, while World Item holders experience death but are immune to the other effects of the item, nor would they be considered defeated by the opponent.
33. Ouroboros: (Not in Possession)
It has the power to alter YGGDRASIL's game mechanism, in more ways than Five Elements Overcoming. This item once prevented Ainz Ooal Gown guild members from entering a certain area.
34. D'endrrah:
It's a World Item similar to Avarice and Generosity. The item consumes anything and everything that is sacrificed to it, by the user.
The World Item, creates Cosmic Energy after consuming items, bodies of monsters or players, etc.
The Cosmic Energy can be used to summon the Chaotic Devouring, Eldritch God of Darkness from Depths of the Abyss. The Eldritch Being's strength is based on the amount of Cosmic Energy used to summon it. The Being summoned is not tied to the level limit of the players.
35. The Orb of Life:
A World Item that has the power to revive players, Monsters, summons and NPCs. No Limit to amount of players that can revived once activated. Usable only once per day.
Those revived face no experience penalties.
36. Aegis:
A Shield World Item, similar to Achilles Shield but unlike it, this can reflect all skills and spells. The user can't equip any other weapon when holding the shield. This can be used to reflect all attacks.
37. Staff of Hel:
A long obsidian black staff. A red orb at the top held by grey roots coiled with the Staff.
An undead summoning staff. The symbolisation of the Power of The God of Death. It can summon an endless horde of undead.
38. Erebus:
Erebus is capable of inflicting a massively powerful area of effects on targets with a positive karma value across the entire world. Alternative of Ahura Mazda.
39. Morpheus:
A World Item With the Power of Dreams. It's a bell that can be used to put the players or targets to sleep. An item that can be used to control their dream. With the ability to determine the nature of the dream, whether it's a good dream or a nightmares.
The nightmare will give debuff to agility and Physical & Magical Attack stat of the target.
41. Styx:
A World Item, that can be used by a player to drag any target into a spiritual realm. The river that separates the world of living and dead. Both the user and target aren't able to use their power here. While their body is immobilised in the Real World.
Once they are pulled into the spiritual world, they are a sitting target for other players, as they fail to defend against attacks on their bodies.
The spiritual realm cannot be breached by anyone, even those with World Items.
The target is not affected by the pull if he so possesses a World Item. Other World Item holders or other entities like World Enemies can't spy on or detect the realm or its activation.
42. Bow of Artemis:
The legendary Golden Bow from the Greek Mythology. Never misses a target. The bow does not require arrows. The Bow has the strength and prowess to affect the terrain and afflict different conditions to the target.
43. Holy Grail:
A healing type artefact. A World Item with the power to heal.
44. Atlas:
A World Item that has the power to locate any player, object, monster, or NPC. With the power to teleport the objects and players as per user discretion. Also, can be used to teleport the user to the said object, player or location with no Limit. Even has the power to bypass barriers created by Other World Items like Ouroboros. But the player should be familiar with the item/player or location beforehand.
45. Yggdrasil's Leaf:
The World Item, with the power to create a barrier. A dome barrier blocks players from entering or leaving the dome. The land is transported to different dimensions. It's a shield or barrier-creating item to protect against intruders.
Similar to the World Separating Wall, a Wild Magic spell was used by PDL.
46. The Form of The Rising Sun:
The Form of The Rising Sun, a World Item that embodies the power of the Sun. A small golden coloured cube-shaped item. Its power spans the entire world. It's a Golden Coloured Mirror Rubix cube, the player has to first solve it to activate the World Item.
The World Item after activation, when commanded creates a massive explosion. The blast engulfs the Whole World.
Resulting in The Destruction of The World.
All the players in the said World die, except for those with World Items. World Item holders are teleported to a different World, the last World they had been to. The players who died in the explosion are respawned to the last World they had visited after death.
The World stays in a state of destruction for One Day. Later the World is revived by Yggdrasil. A Weapon created by an Ancient Dwarf though has the power to destroy a World but its power dwarfs the power of Yggdrasil. Unlike The World Devourer, whose prowess influences Yggdrasil.
One of the Twenty World Items.
47. Snow Queen's Spirit:
A World Item that embodies the power and the essence of Snow Queen's Wrath. Once activated its aftermath spans the whole world. It contains her anger for the treatment she received. Her curse caused everything she touched to turn into ice. With enough time, the item when activated covers the whole world in ice. Upon activation, the raging Blizzard strikes the World.
48. Crown of Necronomicon:
A black burnt book bound by unknown material and made of Eldritch flesh. The player equipped with it can summon the domain of Death on to Reality. The Darkness engulfs the land, bringing the World to silence.
Those who wander through the fog, come out in the land of Death, underworld, inflicting instant death on everyone except those with World Items. It can also be used to turn everyone who walks into undead of Eldritch origins under the user's control. As, the fog also enhances their attributes. As it corrupts those who wander into it, without a World Item.
49. Crown of Nyx:
A World Item received from a high-level Dungeon, with the power to control darkness and give darkness form.
Can be used to materilise darkness to form objects or figures/hands to do their bidding.
50. The Cosmic Eye of Cxaxukluth:
A World Item shaped as a eye, that gives the wielder the ability to cast and perform any miracle or magic they witness, irrespective of the limitations placed upon them by the powerlessness from their race and class. Only possible for things treated as spells and skills and it is not possible to replicate World Items prowess.

51. Ginnungagap:
A wand that can seemingly be used to destroy large areas. It is the most powerful World Item against physical objects, but it is not very useful against individual targets.
52. Lesser Key of Solomon:
A Book type World Item used to summon Demons. Acquired after clearing a special World Class Dungeon, Key of Solomon - available after defeating Seven Lords of Sins. While Apocalypse Bringer summons horde of Demons at specific intervals of time, where their levels are capped.
The Lesser Key of Solomon, can be only used to summon the Demon King's guarding the Key of Solomon and take dominion over any demon or devil.
53. The Five Grand Elementals:
It's a World Item that grants the user the power over elements. It can Summon/Use the prowess and abilities of the Five Supreme Elementals of Fire, Water, Air, Earth and Thunder to gain control over these domain.
54. Geo Star:
A World Item that can control and mold the Earth and Celestial Bodies.
55. Fruit of Yggdrasil:
A World Guardian fruit. Consuming this fruit promotes the player to the status of World Guardian Spirit of Yggdrasil. The fruit aids player in attaining power and status equivalent to World Enemies. The World Guardian Spirit of Yggdrasil are promoted to the status of the God of Yggdrasil and by extension are the representative of the Will of the World Tree, Yggdrasil.
In battle against World Enemies, they receive 6x Stat boost.
Attains the Racial Class - God of Yggdrasil
Attains the Job Class - World Guardian
Special Skills:
1. Shield of Yggdrasil:
Absolute Shield Against All Attacks Attacks Except for those of World Items. The Shield Holds off 9 Attacks per day. But can only nullify 70% of Attack power of Special skills/spells like Grand Catastrophe/World Break and Super Tier Spells. Rest of the Attacks are nullified completely.
It can deployed separately for each of the Nine Attacks.
The Shield of Yggdrasil can also be deployed after it's daily limit by sacrificing 80% of the remaining HP and gain 150 seconds of Absolute defense against All Attacks, including attacks from World Items.
2. Spear of Yggdrasil:
Absolute Attack that cuts 90% of the remaining HP of target that bypasses all shields, including those of players in possession of World Items and World Enemies. The attacks comes with a drawback of consuming 50% of User's HP.
Beings Hit by Spear of Yggdrasil, bear the debuff of - 50% across all Stats.
Spear of Yggdrasil Can only be Used Once a Week.
The Spear of Yggdrasil cannot be used when in party of more than 5 players i.e; with more than 5 alive party members or allies in battles/raids, excluding the player themself.
3. Yggdrasil's Grace:
The Player can heal and revive enemies or allies, without the loss of levels upto 8 targets or 5 times(for group healing/reviving).
4. Rein of Yggdrasil:
The Player can summon An Army of Valkyries.
5. Spirit of Yggdrasil:
The Player can buff the allies with 2x stats.
6. Divine Heart (Passive Skill):
>All stats except MP are buffed by 3x at All Times.
>MP stat is buffed by 8x.
>Resistance to All Magic Attacks - 50%
>Resistance to All Physical Attacks - 50%
God of Yggdrasil, negates the effects of World Items on The Player.
7. Blessing of Yggdrasil:
Player can instantly revive upto two times, with no loss of experience.
Requirements:
>Player Should possess World Champion Job Class.
>Player should have slain a World Enemy.
Special Job Class Skill Boost: Attack Power of World Break is increased by five fold.
Trivia: Despite such overwhelming strength granted to the player by the Yggdrasil, it is still impossible to defeat World Devourer alone. Despite World Devourer not possessing any skill to revive.
56. Veil of Goddess of the Night:
The cloak can conceal the presence and existence of those used on. It's Superior Version of Perfect Unknowable.
57. Fallen Dreki's Heart:
Heart of an Ancient Dragon, that allows the player to access True Dragon Lineage. The player can change their race to that of the Dragons, the invincible rulers of the skies.
The player is granted the status of World Enemy by consuming this item.

4. Dragon's Aura - Draconic Magic Burst (Similar to Negative Burst) - Causes fear to take root within the target. Strikes fear into the hearts of those with less than 50% of User's total stats - Causing Status effects like paralysis, fainting, etc.
5. Dragon's Senses - Reality Awareness (Domain Mapping - All Objects And Beings are Visible in the Map and in the Vision of the Dragon).
6. Primal Fire
7. Resistance to All Magic Attacks - 50%

58. Ymir's Blood (Was Never Found till the End of Yggdrasil):
The final item that allows a player to ascend to the status of World Enemy.
It is the remnant of the last of the Primordial blood of the Primordial Jötnar. The blood which remains is on fire yet frosty on touch. Any player without Frost and Flame resistance will face the ailment of freezing and burning when they come in contact with it.
Consuming the Blood, the player attains the Class, Racial Class - Giant King and Primordial Giant.
Not much is known about the abilities of these classes.
59. Blood of God:
A Golden Chalice of Divine Origins bears the blood of the Gods, seated at the High Olympus, in the Court of the King of Gods, Zeus.
Consuming the Blood grants the player with the prowess of Hercules, the Demi-God Son of Zeus. It grants 2x boost to all stats at all time.
Attains Job Class: Hand of God.
The Job Class allows the player to enter a Berserk State, where all other Stat Boosters are nullified and player attains 6x stat boost to Base Physical Attack & Defense Stat.
The Stat boost honours the Twelve Labour of Hercules, granting him 12 complete resurrection.
After completion of 12 resurrection, the player loses the Blood of God. The chalice appears in front of the being responsible for the 12th death of the player.
60. Jörmungandr's Tail:
It's a World Item that is said to be the deadliest poison/venom - Eitr. It is said to be able to bypass all resistance and grant Instant Death to all Beings, irrespective of their Race.
An ornate Chalice said to be made from the Skull of Jörmungandr.
A greater version of Jörmungandr's blood.
61. Staff of the Great Sage Equal to Heaven:
While the staff is Unbreakable and can extend to cover the size of a World. Thee Band worn on the forehead, gives Stat boost of 5x, while consuming stamina and MP. The staff has a Weapon Break passive skill. Destroying any weapon it clashes against on third contact except for World Items.
62. Skrýmir's Mirage:
It's a World Item, similar to Depiction of Nature And Society, isolates the targets in a different dimension, where they experience the trickery of deception, illusions and trials similar to what Thor faced against Utgard-Loki.
63. Helm of Vanir:
World Item granted to first player to enter Valhalla.
A type of helmet worn by members of the Vanir, a group of gods. Granting the user the prowess of the Nature. The power to move the life and the lifeless beings belonging to the Nature.
64. Helm of Aesir:
World Item granted to the player who cleared most floors of Valhalla alone.
A type of helmet worn by the Gods, symbolizing the War. It grants the user thee power to summon the beings from Valhalla - Players they have bested in solo combat. The players summoned possess only half their original strength.
65. Flæsc of the Faceless God:
It's a Mask type World Item, that allows the User to wear the mask of imposter. It hides the true information of the User and allows them to disguise as any being they desire.
It even grants them the skill to replicate their powers and abilities, if the target's overall strength does not surpass the User.
Trivia - Lore: By Killing the target, the User can inherit the memories of the target and even copy their behaviour pattern and mannerism. Even Fooling the comrades of the target into assuming the player to be the target.
66. Mandala:
A Bright Light staff/stick, that strikes a thousand times. When the first strike cleaves away the HP, the target cannot escape the power of the 1000 light strikes approaching him.
The 1000 strikes is an absolute attack where each strike eats away 1% of the HP value lost against the original strike.
The attack summons A Thousand Armed Avalokitesvara.
While the item functions as the defensive staff and blocks all attack upto 10th tier spell and only a tenth of damage would be inflicted upon the user by, if the attack power surpasses the power of a 10th tier spell.
67. Magi's Hourglass:
It's a World Item that creates a separate domain within a region where magic is Obsolete. An Anti-Magic field is created till the End of the Timing of the Hourglass.
A 60 minute Anti-Magic zone, where no magical act is possible. The domain operates in absence of Magic.
Where even the World Item holders can only cast Magic that can affect upto 8 meters in diameter with them in the centre.
68. Gladiator's Bane:
A World Item that traps the User and the targets in an isolated dimension it creates where the only path to return is to survive and eliminate the invoker of the Item Or the targets challenged and brought to the trial of Blood with Apedemak as the Judge.
Unless the Invoker or the Targets aren't completely annihilated, the exit to the dimension does not open up.
Self-kill/logout is akin to being killed in this dimension. When killed inside the dimension, any three piece of equipment is lost and 50% of experience is lost.
69. Divine Dragon's Greed:
It's a World Item, in the form of a Belt. It grants the User 5x Stat boost to Physical Attack and 8x stat boost to Agility. While Physical Defense stat receives 3x boost.
The belt also allows the User to use the skill Dragon Fist and the Way of the Dragon, a physical damage bearing skill set with Nine Forms.
70. The Fool's Crown:
It's A World Item that makes every being without World Item in their possession to obey every command of the Wearer. They are forced to follow the command, similar to Command Mantra.
72. World God:
World Item granted to the ones who cleared the Valhalla Dungeon.
An item that let's the player design a World Item/Make an World Item as they wish with limits.
Codex - Tarot Cards [Made Using World God]:
A deck of 22 cards created by Mc using World God - World Item. Obsidian-black metallic cards, edge-etched with glowing gold veins. Each bears an abstract symbol of its name and archetype. Each card may be activated 3 times, after which it enters a 1-week cool down. Card ownership is bound to a player upon use. If they die, ownership transfers to their killer, and the card teleports to the new owner when willed. The cards can be summoned to its rightful owner, no matter the distance or plane.
Tarot Card-
0. The Fool [Fool's Gambit]: Fools system/world/rules into accepting any falsehood as reality (e.g., bypassing sacrifices, avoiding death, rewriting perception).
1. The Magician [Throne of Magical Arcana]: Allows the user to cast any spell, regardless of class, race, or restrictions - including racial exclusives and class-locked abilities. Additionally, the user may usurp any spell being cast or maintained by another, instantly taking over its effects, control, and ownership as if they were the original caster.
2. The High Priestess [Veil of the Unseen]: Erases a secret, person, or object from memory, detection, divination, and system access for a period.

4. The Emperor [Absolute Decree]: Declares one rule or law temporarily absolute in a radius for 300 seconds (e.g., no teleportation, all attacks miss).
5. The Hierophant [Mandate of the Divine/Law of Heaven]: Enforces an ideology or principle (e.g., loyalty, peace, unity) in an area for a short time. Affects friend and foe.
6. The Lovers [Bound by Fate]: Links two targets so all effects (damage, healing, buffs) are shared. Great for sabotage or protection.
7. The Chariot [Chariot of Infinite Doors]: Teleports instantly to any location previously visited or known.
8. Strength [Lionheart's Vow]: Upon activation, the user enters a state of absolute power, where their will becomes law over their body. For 30 seconds, the user: - Becomes immune to pain, fear, mental effects, and forced control.- May continue fighting at full capacity even when reduced to 0 HP (cannot die or fall unconscious during this time).- Damage taken during the effect is delayed until after the state ends (and can be mitigated/healed before then).
9. The Hermit [Knowledge Emperor]: Summons a being, item, or phenomenon from anywhere - across time, space, and dimensions.
10. Wheel of Fortune [Kaleidoscope]: Reverses one recent event or action's outcome to its most beneficial inverse (fail becomes success, death to life).
11. Justice [Goddess of Judgment]: Summons Goddess of Justice - a divine entity wielding scales and sword. All beings with negative karma (except summoner) face instant death. If immune, -50% stats unless protected by a World Item.
12. The Hanged Man [Profane Paradox]: Sacrifice HP/stats/item/beings to gain metaphysical buffs, summon dark monsters or blessings. Cost scales with reward.
13. Death [Pale Emperor]: It replicates the effects of The Goal of All Life is Death.
14. Temperance [Perfect Equilibrium]: The user invokes the perfect balance between life and death, restoring even shattered bodies and extinguished souls to their original state - potentially across a large area or selectively, ignoring standard resurrection limitations.
15. The Devil [Dominion Command]: Issues an irresistible command to a target (or group), bypassing resistances. Targets obey blindly, even overriding will. It is superior version of Command Mantra.
16. The Tower [White Tower]: Creates a perfect, indestructible defensive barrier or zone for 60 seconds. Nullifies all incoming damage, magic, or divine effects inside.
17. The Star [Festival of Stars]: Invokes the Super Tier Spell, Wish Upon A Star.

This bypasses any concealment, divination wards, illusions, anti-prophecy effects, or divine protections - unless protected by World Items.

[A Silent World - The World After the End of Space & Time]: Upon activation, a colossal hourglass manifests behind the user and flips - freezing time for everyone and everything in existence except the user for 300 seconds. This effect bypasses all time-stop resistances, Racial immunities, or passive barriers. The only way to resist or negate this effect is through possession of another World Item.
73. Undying Witch's Mirror:
A World Item that creates a replica of the User with same equipment, who is equal in strength but it cannot replicate any World Items in User's possession. Similar to Einherjar Skill of Valkyrie Class. But Unlike it, this item creates an exact replica of the User, where both are treated as the original body. When One is killed, the other can be revived with time delay of 6 seconds. If both aren't killed at once, the cycle continues.
74. Wheel of Snake:
A World Item that's in the form of a Staff with a depiction of a White Snake eating it's own tail forming infinity symbol on it. The World Item, reverses time of the selected region and the beings & objects in that region back. Only those within the region are affected.
75. Blessings of the 4 Beasts:
An elaborate sash made of Golden chain-fabric with 4 animals depicted, in a flowing style, throughout it. The outline of each beast is a different color; A red bird, a blue dragon, a white tiger, and a black Tortoise. There are also green lines throughout the piece that depict/represent fire, wind and water. It grants the wearer immunity to all elemental effects, As well as the ability to control the weather/nature of the world.
76. Fruit of the Xiwangmu:
Peaches of Immortality grown in the garden of Xiwangmu, the Queen Mother of the West. This World Item is a fruit that randomly spawns on any tree across the Nine Worlds of Yggdrasil. Consuming the fruit grants the player Invincibility/Immortality for Eleven Days.
But those killed during Invincibility will be able to track the player for 24 hours after Invincibility wears out and the fruit respawns in some other tree. The player can forfeit the invincibility in-between and use a special skill, a Giant Golden Hand descents from the Skies, granting the player instant death with a penalty as their level is reset to 1. Only usable on a single player or target.
77. Wisdom of Omniscient One:
A World Item that's in the form of a monocle that allows player to spectate the World they inhabit in Yggdrasil. Similar to the item, Mirror of Remote Viewing. While spying on places or players in possession of World Items, is prohibited. It's an item based on the legend of the Ravens that traveled across the World and feeding the information to the God King, Odin. It can also be turned into a giant lens of any size to spectate, similar to mirror of remote viewing.
78. Poet's Amnesty:
A World Item that's in the form of an ancient and worn down pocketbook that grants its holder immunity to being targeted by all monsters (save for World Enemies), harmful mechanisms, or triggering dungeon traps. The only drawback is that the user cannot initiate any attacks themselves, else the effect comes undone. In the New World, The effect causes everyone around the user to only perceive them as "just another face in the background" regardless of how monstrous they appear. Based on the poet Virgil who guided Dante in The Inferno.
79. Codex of Worlds:
A World Item that was granted to the player with highest kills in the Challenge of Valhalla.
A World Item that houses the possibility to morph into any World Item, that the user knows of. From replicating their functions to their existence.
80. Yokenkagiri - Demonic Blade Without Limit:
A cursed katana that Debuffs the player with mental ailments. It's a blade that is mediocre at the beginning but grows stronger by absorbing the soul of those slain using it. It is told to possess strength to split Heavens given that it has grown strong and feasted on many souls.
81. Shroud of Equilibrium:
This World Item creates a domain in the region where it negates the effects of all World Items within.
82. Song of the Nameless:
It's a World Item that initiates friendly fire and forces the targets to attack everyone in sight, as everyone from their perspective appears as the enemy.
83. World of Drunken Dreams:
It's a Jar World Item, that can be used to seal any target within it. It's only usable once but after which, it holds the target. The target can be released by opening the jar, by taking it's possession after beating the invoker. While, the location of the invoker is available to all comrades of the one trapped for a week. It can only hold a single entity inside it at time.
84. The Celestial Ledger:
It's a World Item that grants the User to create a Skill of their Choice, granted by the Devs.
85. The Omniforge:
A shape-shifting black Orb that can morph into any shape desired by the User. An Item morphed by it is only breakable by another World Item, as they cancel each other. It's an orb that morphs into any form, as the user commands it to.
86. Satire of the Immortal King:
It's a special World Item, made when the Game collaborated with a Martial Arts Manga. It's a golden thorny crown, where by injecting Mana into it, a mysterious element that which does not exist in game is called forth through the crown. Channeling the Divine Energy, which can be used from materialising items to coating weapons/body to attack or defend. As attacks buffed with the Divine Energy is twice as effective on both positive karma value and negative value beings.
87. Star of Heaven:
It's a scroll that can be used only once per user. Opening the scroll grants the user a random skill from whole of Yggdrasil system, where there is no limitation. User can get Any skill from Yggdrasil system, even those that are World Enemies exclusives are included.
But as the scroll grants the user a skill, once they have used the scroll, it cannot be picked or stored with the user who has already used it.
88. Judgement of Anubis:
It's a World Item designed as a scale, where the total stat value of both the User and the Target is combined and whoever's wins, takes the possession of the Scale. Where the loser faces instant death and the winner inherits any three pieces of equipment and can inherit/rob a skill of their choice from the one who lost.
89. Blood Armour of A Forgotten God:
Celestial Armour forged from a Dead Star in an forgotten World, painted with the blood of an Ancient God, who happened to be it's previous user. The Armour only allows a tenth of the damage from any attack to the User.
The Wearer symbolises Blood, Iron and War by equipping this Armour. His presence is a declaration of War on the Worlds. As his presence calls for death, and his every steps sets fire to the sky, and paints the land with War. While it also consumes HP and the player enters berserk mode.
The suit enables User to initiate Guild Wars Event. Unlike Guild Base Raid, Guild Wars decide the Guild Rankings and is a formal event hosted by the Game. Guilds drawn to the battlefield by Guild Wars, are forced to participate irrespective of any World Items in their possession. While, failing to do so, results in heavy penalty of Guild Dissolution.
90. Celestial Lord of Heaven And Earth:
It's a World Item that let's the user to use Super Tier Spell Creation and Wish Upon A Star in tandem and create a domain in a particular region. Creating a domain of a God, where the user can control the land and skies. With the power to change the environment and the state of land and sky as they desire and manipulate reality to a certain extent within the domain for 60 minutes per week.
91. Order of the Old Gods:
A shape changing world item, that takes on any form as desired by the player. To possess it, the player should have slayed a World Enemy. It represents the Old Gods that shaped or created the Yggdrasil in the Void, Ginnungagap.
The User can modify the level, class, stats, race and all attributes of players, NPCs, Monsters and other beings below Lvl 63.
The stats and attributes cannot exceed the threshold of Lvl 63 of their respective race.
92. The Gravmind Aether:
A cane like stick World Item that manipulates Gravity of the World.
The player can alter the slope and modify the gravitational force around the region in any direction.
93. Bell of Lopt:
A single ear piece that let's the user become intangible for 14 seconds with the cool down time of 16 seconds cycle for upto 1 hour per day. While, it allows the user to teleport freely within the 50 meter radius region unaffected by the delay teleporation or Dimension lock as part of intangibility.
94. The Strings of the Marionette:
The player can control any number of targets with maximum limit being their combined Level should not exceed Level 300. Beings with World Items and World Enemies cannot be controlled via puppetry.
95. Eyes of False Creation:
A rectangular sleek glasses with bluish black shades - it's frame - obsidian in colour. Though the appearance of the eyeglasses can be modified by the user.
A World Item earned by participating in Valhalla and defeating a World Enemy in every World - to earn the key to the Temple of Old Gods Dungeon and clearing it.
Allows total control over the user's outward perception and nearby environmental truth.
This item grants the user four particular abilities as per it's description and lore:
1. Perception Reforge: The user chooses how they and the surroundings are perceived by others. Even high-level NPCs, players, and World Champions see the illusion as reality unless they also wield a World Item.
2. Reality Rewrite Field: It temporarily alters local laws of interaction — an open pit looks like flat ground, enemies dodge fake spells, real attacks like spells and skills turn into illusion, morph items, magic and attacks into different items.
3. Cognitive Fragmentation: Enemies in the field begin doubting their own memory or senses. Up to 3 mental commands such as "I never saw him", "He is an ally", etc can be seeded per use on a single target per week.
4. False Persona Projection: Mimics the magical, racial, or divine/demonic aura of any being the player has encountered — fooling detection-type skills or divination spells.
>Limited Duration of 30 minutes active use per day, but passive aura distortion is always on. Perceptual changes do not alter physical laws permanently or for those with World Items — illusions won't hold under World Item influence or for World Enemies unless paired with terrain shifting spells, skills or items.
96. Snake of Mercury:
A dice that decides the probability of events. The user can roll the dice and select any action or incident and have the probability of it either going in their favour or against them. It can also be used to determine the probability of any task happening or failing - be it of the user or enemy.
97. The Godmind Ensemble:
It's a World Item that states: "This world is a stage. And I am its author."
It allows the player to declare a 9 laws of existence within a radius for 60 minutes like, "Fire heals" or "Physical attacks misses", etc.
Overrides racial weaknesses, type immunities, etc. But it can only be used once per week.
98. The Genesis Code - Divine Avatar:
A World Item, powered by AI where the control of player character is switched to autopilot function.
Auto-optimizes all spells, skill synergies, and battle strategies in real-time. As, it tries to predict all possible outcomes 3 seconds into the future. And passively reroutes mana usage for maximum efficiency.
It is also extendable to their summons.
99. A Dove Brings An Olive Branch:
All forms of hostile action, including spellcasting, attacking, summoning, buffing for combat, or even issuing combat orders for summoned beings are prohibited in the selected region.
100. The Mirror of Discontinuity:
A perfectly flat silver mirror with no back - reflection shows the truest self of anything seen.
Reflects a false version of reality in an area.
The players will see completely incorrect information about everything — damage values, status effects, enemy location, HP, MP. The item does not effect World Items holders and World Enemies.
101. Ashes of the Phoenix Flames:
Upon death, the wielder self-resurrects with 5x all stats, releasing a world-burning flame wave that damages everything within a large radius. This flame ignores magic resistance unless protected by another World Item.
It can only activate once per week.
102. Shrine of a Dead God:
Negates all divine spells, summons, and holy-type items in massive radius. Angels and holy beings flee or go berserk within range.
The user cannot be healed by any divine magic while holding this item.
103. Crown of the Self Eating King:
The user can designate any event, action, effect, or outcome to be looped.
The loop can affect:
An action (eg., the boss receives continuous damage whenever it regenerates till it reaches the same HP),
A condition (eg., my health always resets to full after it drops below 10%),
An event (eg., the enemy always returns to the moment before they cast that spell),
A battle (resetting its state to a chosen point when the loop condition is met), Or even death itself, for the user or another target.
104. Coin of Pseudo Prophecy:
By flipping the coin the outcome of an event can be determined. On Heads, any action (even a failed spell, death, or wish) succeeds completely regardless of rules or limits. On Tails, it fails catastrophically on the user, where even a tier 1 spell deals damage equivalent to tier 7 spell on the user. It works unless the result is affected by a World Item.
105. The Key And the Gate:
A H.P. Lovecraft event item from the Outer Gods Event.
It's appearance is of a black Orb containing countless stars within it. As six obsidian coloured rings with vein like design of gold colour on it.
It's part of an event where the player has to collect the six rings by defeating various Outer Gods from the DLC. The item let's the player control the space and time in it's truest form.
Space: It allows the player to move and modify the position of any and everything in existence. Even allows them to open Gate to any position they have been to. Similar to Atlas.
Time: It allows the player to select any outcome from any timeline to dictate the cause and effect. In game it let's him choose any outcome or result for any cause from various results presented to him.
Eg: A spell is cast - he is presented with the possible scenarios possible in the game with regards to spell - Failure to cast, misfires, self implodes, hits the target, missess the target, lands on a different being or target, change the spell being cast, change the effect of spell with that of another, etc.
106. Cloak of the Blind Idiot God:
It's appearance is of a long black cloak with a single eye possibly sewn in the center. It has a will of it's own, as it moves as the player wishes for it to.
The cloak acts as a key or a door to the Tower of the King of All.
The player is transported outside the Universe to the Ultimate Void of Chaos, where lies a fragment of a land, devoid of all life, floating in the void - where no concept of space and time exists.
On the land, stands a colossal obsidian Tower, with scribbles on it - possibly from some alien or forgotten language, incomprehensible to all. From the piece of land, the player can view the Yggdrasil in all it's glory, as countless stars and nebula shimmer behind it. With the Gigantic Monster - The World Devourer, slumbering on the extending roots of the Yggdrasil. It's form dwarfing the leaves that were left of the Yggdrasil.
The item allows the player to enter the tower and access the knowledge of the World.
They can access the database of the game and check the information of everything in the game. Just that they can view information of the existence of the World Items and World Enemies that they are aware about but can't access their information or their present condition or situation. Except that they can very much know anything about the game. It works on ownership basis - the ownership of the item is transferred the moment the player dies. It floats in the void - searching the next player to possess. The item can only be used Nine times before the player losses the ownership.
It's one of the twenty world items.
107. The Eternal Flying Palace of Utopia - Avalon:
It's a floating Castle that is said to indestructible and can travel worlds through the dimensions. With it's Guardian being the White Dragon - Albion and the Knights of Avalon.
The Castle is protected against World Items.
Avalon has a defensive skill - Camelot: A Barrier is erected around it, protecting it from World Item or any other attacks.
The Knights of Avalon are classified into Eight Divisions. They are classified as Spirits - a unique race.
The Knights of Avalon are led by the representatives of the Round Table.

4th Seat: Mage
5th Seat: Shield
6th Seat: Honour Guard

108. Shrine of the Forgotten World:
A large shrine like structure is erected upon activation with a stone slab at the center. The path of the divine - a mural is drawn on the stone slab with the blood of an ancient god born from a desolate world. Placed inside a towering temple with a six armed demon guardian the stone slab.
The Owner or the player can involve the shrine and trap the players inside. Where the wraths and the spirits of the warriors, and magic Casters of the dead world and spirit of the old gods reside.
While the player can seek sanctuary in the temple under the six-armed demon.
The players trapped can exit the shrine but to harm the invoker, they will have to enter the temple at the center incase the player doesn't show himself.
The spirits can't be controlled by the invoker or player, they move on their whims. They attack those who disturb their peace except for the invoker.
The target players can take possession of the Shrine by taking ownership of the stone slab present in the Temple.
The temple is summoned to the mortal realm for a duration after which, one of the two outcomes is possible.
-The enemies of the user are eliminated, and the user deactivates the shrine.
-Neither the enemies of the user nor the user is eliminated, in which case, all the inhabitants of the shrine turn hostile towards the user and the enemies.
109. Hermes Caduceus:
It's a spiraling staff of Alchemy that is said to be able to perform miracles. Among the Gods that reside in Yggdrasil, it is said to be the staff that creates philosopher stone.
Even the MP potion that was stripped from the game can be concocted by this staff.
110. Spring of Life:
A fountain made of material similar to platinum. A glass of water from the well replenishes the stamina and HP of the consumer to their brink.
111. Well of Riches: Anunnaki:
A statue of a Goddess holding a pot made of gold, with a golden aura surrounding her alongside the giant halo atop her, radiating goldenish rainbow lights. The pot made from an unfamiliar material that upon wishing for wealth from the goddess, blesses the one with riches like gold, diamonds and much more.
112. The Cogwheel of Eternity:
Suspended silently in space, it appears as a colossal obsidian gear, nearly four meters in radius. Within its circular frame, a phantasmic swirl of dark matter churns and pulses. Encircling this massive cog are 107 smaller gears. Despite the increase in gears, it is inspired by the 100-gear reductant machine, where after ten successful spin, the second spins, and the successive gears spin ratio is exponential. Where the last gear to spin or move, the force required would be exponential and by the time its turn arrives, the machine would have lived lifespan of a universe.
When activated, The Cogwheel of Eternity creates a field (radius: 300 meters) in which all actions lose their consequence for a fixed duration (60 seconds). Within this domain:
Any action taken — whether physical, magical, or conceptual (spells, attacks, healing, summoning, movement, buffs/debuffs, even speaking or using skills) — produces no effect while inside the field. The energy, effort, or resource cost still occurs, but the outcome is nullified.
Projectiles freeze midair. Skills activate but do nothing. Healing spells cast, but no HP changes. AoEs release light, but no damage registers. Summons do not appear.
Even World Item effects are suspended, unless they are passive or long-lasting from outside the zone.
All participants remain conscious of the intent of actions (you'll remember casting a spell), but no physical or magical result happens within the affected space.
The effect is active for 60 minutes a week.
113. Ring of Laplace:
Inspired by Laplace Demon, a dark black ring embedded with a single eye-shaped ruby. Its inner surface constantly shifts like flowing ink, depicting probabilities.
It let's the user view the decisions and actions of any non-World Item target within a certain radius (including NPCs, mobs, and players). It allows them to view the options and the choices the targets before the result of their choices, activate or happens.
114. The Law of Exchange: Alkahest:
Inspired by the Trolley Problem. Its an ancient, cracked bronze scale suspended in mid-air when summoned—one pan glowing gold, the other black as void.
Activating this item brings forth a contractual sacrifice scenario. The player is prompted to give up something permanent:
A percentage of Stats, or experience
The ability to equip certain items forever:a Skill or Special Class, skill or spell slots.
In-exchange they can increase some Stat, learn skill, or magic or can equip a class they can't. Can even increase the skill or spell slots.
115. False Monad: Mind of the Vat-God:
Inspired by Brain in a Vat. A floating, translucent sphere containing a gently pulsating brain suspended in luminous fluid. Whispering voices echo around it.
The targets are dropped in a simulation box created by the user, their perception and everything related to them shaped by the user. Though the user cannot change details regarding their real body, but can manipulate their information in the simulation from their race, skills, classes, experience or level to everything.
116. Sapling of Yggdrasil:
A radiant, otherworldly sapling about three meters tall, rooted in a levitating bed of golden soil. Its bark glows faintly with code-like patterns, while its leaves are crystalline, shaped like fractal runes, shimmering with motes of data-light and aurora-colored veins. Being its shade, recovers HP, MP and stamina of targets. They also receive a 0.5x Boost to their stats for 12-hours.
Thought to be the failed remnant of an unfinished system expansion, the Sapling of Yggdrasil retains the ability to produce World-tier data crystals in the form of its leaves. Though not official World Items themselves, items crafted using these leaves behave like proto-World Items, and are equal to World Class Items granted to World Champions. With items created using Nine Leaves, provides the user with resistance from effects of World Items.
117. The Mirrored Sky Prism:
A floating, inverted prism made entirely of prismatic glass, when activated mirages and reflects the mirror reality of any structure or location upon the skies.
When activated, generates a phantasmagoric mirror-image of the target upon the skies, creating a mirror plane above in the heavens, connecting the passage to the structure to the mirror realm, where the enemies are trapped or diverted to.
Though the user and those permitted by user can move through the mirror realm and the real structure or location.
118. Crown of Babel:
Is a ring made of unknown material, that is said to be able to grant the user dominion over all languages that exists and those that don't exists. The language has power over the world, as the user is able to Command those without World Items. It also doesn't work on World Items. User can distort communication and language between allies, enemies and summons.
Forged from the remnants of a world that tried to ascend to godhood by building a tower to breach the heavens.
The user can distort the languages spoken by men, Demons and even Gods.
119. The Pale Crown of Null Aeon:
A jagged, half-melted crown made from a silvery-white metal that warps reflections. When worn, renders the bearer immune to time-based mechanics. The user can bypass all time related delays and effects.
120. Feast of Betrayal:
The user can usurp control over summons of the enemies and Golems of the enemy.
121. Unnamed World Item:
May have the power to remove status effects, such as mind control, from any target. Currently stored in the Treasury of Ainz Ooal Gown.
122. Avarice and Generosity: A pair of gauntlets, the left one looks like a devil's hand, while the right one looks like an angel's. They have the power to absorb and store up EXP from defeated enemies to be used later as payment for items and spells that cost EXP. This was given to Mare Bello Fiore from the treasury.
123. Billion Blades:
Currently, the ability of it is unknown. This is given to Demiurge or Cocytus from the treasury.
124. Caloric Stone:
It allows the holder to make a request to the game developers for item material needed to make armor, weapons, and Golems. It is a consumable item that can only be used once. This item can only be gained by using massive amounts of rare metal from seven hidden mines. There was one that belonged to Ainz Ooal Gown. Nubo proposed to make invincible golems by using this item. While Avalon has hoarded it large quantities to create Golems and weapons.
125. Depiction of Nature and Society:
A big scroll, which is given to Aura Bella Fiora from the treasury. It has the power to isolate a designated area to a different dimension, achieved by swapping the area of the real world with a painting, with 100 different paintings to choose from. The user is also able to manifest certain effects in this other-world and exempt designated people from said effects. If the trapped victim can locate and utilize the built-in escape route, then ownership of this item will transfer.
126. Downfall of Castle and Country:
A garment resembling a qipao, that allows the user to mind control any and all beings, even those who are supposed to have absolute mental resistances, though it only controls one target at a time. It is currently in possession of the Black Scripture and was used to mind control Shalltear Bloodfallen.
127. Hygieia's Chalice:
Currently, the ability of it is unknown. This is given to Demiurge or Cocytus from the treasury.
128. Nameless Book of Spells:
A book said to be inscribed with every Tier Magic spell in existence, from both YGGDRASIL and the New World, and it is capable of inscribing new spells in itself as they are invented. It once belonged to Eight Greed Kings and was considered the most powerful weapon in their arsenal. It is currently protected by strong magic, preventing anyone other than its rightful owner from touching it.

130. Throne of Kings:
A magnificent throne on the 10th floor of the Great Tomb of Nazarick. The one who sits upon it can oversee the whole of the Tomb, as well as check the stats of their fellow Nazarick denizens. The Throne also protects the Tomb from divination magic. It was a prize given to Ainz Ooal Gown for completing the Great Tomb of Nazarick in one go.

A World Item that was once a National treasure to a country but was later stolen by New Ainz Ooal Gown.

A World Item that was under the possession of World Searcher. (Web Novel only)

134. Momonga's Red Orb:
Ainz possessed a World Item that comprises of many different powers. It can be said that one of such powers was very effective against Dragons. The Web Novel counterpart of Ainz has stated that it gets stronger the longer it's on him. If Ainz activates this item, he will lose some levels.
135. World Item from the 8th Floor:
Currently, the name and its ability are unknown. This once belonged to Aureole Omega. Now the item belongs to Shalltear Bloodfallen.
136. World Item of Deep Darkness Dragon Lord:
A few hundred years prior to Ainz Ooal Gown and the Great Tomb of Nazarick's arrival to the New World, the Deep Darkness Dragon Lord had encountered and battled a Player that had in his possession a single world item, and after the Player's death and defeat to the Dragon Lord, he took possession and ownership of the World Item. No other detail is revealed about the World Item other than a fact that it is counted among the Twenty.

A couple of them are inspired by other Fanfics and reddit's World Items idea posts. As for the rest, they were created by yours truly. So, I'm open to Items that could be implemented in game, despite them requiring lot of processing power, but should make sense in a game. With different abilities that don't openly collide with the ones that exist or with those mentioned above.
