As the team picked themselves up, Gus's expression turned grim, his eyes filled with a mix of anger and worry. "We need to get back inside and regroup. We can't let Alexandria get away with Olissa and Buveur." Jennifer nodded, her eyes flashing with determination, her voice lipped with a hint of desperation. "I agree, Gus. We need to come up with a plan to rescue them, and fast." The team quickly retreated back to the League of Enders' headquarters, their minds racing with strategies and possibilities, their hearts heavy with concern. They walked in silence, the only sound the rustling of their gear and the soft murmur of their hushed conversations.
As they entered the headquarters, Jack and his sister, Tatana, were already waiting for them, their faces set with concern, their eyes searching for answers. "What happened out there? The cameras went dark so we were flying blind. Are you guys okay? Do you need any medical attention?" Jack asked, his eyes scanning the group, his voice tinged with urgency.
Gus took a deep breath, his eyes scanning the room before speaking. "Alexandria's taken Olissa and Buveur. She's planning to use Olissa's children for her own gain."
Tatana's expression turned murderous, her eyes blazing with fury. "We need to take Alexandria down, and we need to do it now." Ridge frowned, his voice lipped with doubt. "And how are we supposed to do that? Didn't you hear the system said her power is over 200 billion? How do you expect us to compete with that? We're going to get slaughtered."
The team fell into a hushed debate, their voices rising and falling as they discussed their options. Meanwhile, Breaton was still recovering in the infirmary, his body battered and bruised from his fight with Patrick.
After a few minutes, the door to the infirmary burst open, and Breaton stumbled out, his eyes wild with determination, his face etched with pain. "What...what happened?" he asked, his voice weak, his words barely audible.
Gus's expression turned sympathetic, his eyes filled with pity. "Breaton, I'm sorry but... Alexandria, Olissa's mother, has kidnapped her and Buveur." He said with a sigh.
Breaton's eyes narrowed, his face set with anger at himself for being too weak to save anyone; tears fell from his eyes, and he sobbed, his body shaking with emotion. "I'm so weak... I couldn't protect the people who are close to me... I failed them all... I'm so useless," he said, his voice breaking, his words a desperate cry for help.
As he spoke, he slumped to the ground, holding his head in his hands, his body shaking with sobs. "It's over... I'm powerless... I am so weak," he said, tears falling down his face.
Ridge placed a hand on Breaton's shoulder, his voice gentle, his eyes filled with empathy. "Breaton, that's not true... You're not powerless... You're still the same person you've always been."
But Breaton just shook his head, his eyes filled with tears. "No... you don't understand... I can't feel the connection to Buveur anymore... it's gone." He choked back a sob. "I'm powerless now... just human... I can't do anything to help Merry, Olissa, or Buveur... I'm useless."
"Buveur?" Ridge repeated, his voice grim. "But I thought he was..."
Gus nodded, his expression grim. "Don't you remember what happened? He's no longer a part of Breaton. Alexandria severed their connection, and now Buveur has all three powers within him - the powers of a demon, a werewolf, and a vampire."
The team's faces fell, their eyes filled with dread. This just got a lot more complicated.
Just then, a loud boom came from outside, making everyone jump. The system's alarms started going off, and a robotic voice spoke. "System Reboot and Update has been completed. Warning: Unknown entity has been detected. Scanning target... Scanning complete. Target: Gender: Male, Name: unknown, Race: human, Blood Pressure: 120/80 mm Hg, Body Temperature: 50,000°F (27,760°C), Heart Rate: 60-100, Power Range: 500 million out of 500 million No weaknesses detected at this current point in time."
The team's eyes widened in shock as they stared at the camera feeds, showing a man standing in a human-sized ditch outside, lightning powers snaking around his body. He looked up at the camera and spoke, his voice calm and collected. "League of Enders, I am LM Simon Goodheart. I mean you no harm. I am here because I was sent here by the gods. I have a gift for Breaton."
Breaton, still slumped on the ground, looked up at the camera feed, his eyes filled with a mix of confusion and curiosity. "Who...who are you?" he asked, his voice weak.
LM Simon's eyes seemed to lock onto Breaton as he teleported in front of them. "Like I said, my name is LM Simon Goodheart, and I was sent here to give you a gift. Well, if you'll accept it."
"What's this gift you're talking about?" Breaton asked.
"The gift of power. I can't give you back what you lost, only something new. I can grant you the power to control lightning. So, what do you say? Do you accept?" LM Simon asked with a frown.
Breaton stood up with a newfound determination. "Yes, I accept."
"Hold on a minute, we don't know this guy. How can we trust him just like that?" Gus asked.
"I agree with Gus. We don't know him, and don't you guys think it's odd that he has the same name as me he also has Breaton's last name
"Werewolf Simon said.
"You have a point, we should capture him and interrogate him for the truth," Jack said, taking a fighting stance. The others did the same.
"For all we know, he could be here to kill us all," Tatana said.
LM Simon just looked at them and frowned. "Seriously? You just got your ass handed to you, and now you're looking for another fight? Let me educate you on something. The LM in my name stands for Lightning Master. Also, I am not from this universe, but that's a story for another time. Lastly, if I wanted you all dead, I would have just flattened the entire building, no questions asked," he said, rolling his eyes.
So you say you're from a different universe. How do you have the same name as me? It's more like... Werewolf Simon asked, narrowing his eyes.
LM Simon face-palmed himself. "Because, you stupid idiot, I am you from the other universe."
After he said that, they finally seemed to understand what he was saying. Gus, Jennifer, Jack, Tatiana, Werewolf Simon, and the others looked at each other, then back at LM Simon, their expressions apologetic.
"Ah, sorry, LM Simon," Gus said, looking sheepish. "We didn't know."
Jennifer nodded in agreement. "Yeah, we didn't mean to offend you or anything. It's just... this is a lot to take in."
Jack and Tatiana exchanged a glance, then Jack spoke up. "Yeah, sorry about that. We can be a bit... protective."
Werewolf Simon nodded, his eyes still narrowed. "Apologies, LM Simon. I didn't recognize my own... self."
The others murmured their apologies, looking embarrassed.
LM Simon sighed, his expression softening. "It's fine. I expected some resistance. But now, are you ready to proceed, Breaton?"
Breaton nodded, determination in his eyes. "Yeah, I'm ready."
LM Simon smiled, holding out his hand. "Good. Then let us begin."
Meanwhile, at one of the Coven of Lock-loopers' safe houses two days had passed, and Olissa was confined to a room. She was to be given anything she asked for by her seven attendants, yet she was unhappy. "Dammit, I have to find a way to escape, but first I need to find Buveur," Olissa said to herself, pacing back and forth.
"My young lady Olissa, please, you need to stop pacing. Otherwise, you'll exhaust yourself, and if anything happens to you, we'll be the ones who will be punished," one of the attendants said, shaking in fear.
Olissa stopped pacing and looked around at her attendants, who were all looking anxious. "Fine, I'll sit. So you all can calm down," she said with a frown.
Just then, a knock came from the door, and a voice came from outside. "My lady Olissa, by orders from your mother, we've prepared a meal for you."
The attendant who spoke earlier nodded and went to open the door. Olissa's eyes narrowed, wondering what her mother had planned this time.
As the door was opened, the cart of food was wheeled in. On the cart were 6 cucumber sandwiches, a cup of peppermint tea, and a bottle of water. Along with a few other things, such as oranges, bananas, dragon fruit, grapes, and watermelon.
Olissa's nose wrinkled in distaste. "Ugh, cucumber sandwiches again? Can't they think of anything else?"
One of the attendants nodded sympathetically. "I'm sorry, my lady. Your mother specifically requested it due to your condition."
Olissa sighed and picked up a sandwich, taking a small bite. It was bland, just like everything else her mother had sent her.
She looked at the other items on the cart, her eyes lingering on the dragon fruit. She loved dragon fruit.
But her mind wasn't on the food. She was thinking about escape, about finding Buveur, and about getting out of this place.
The attendant who had opened the door spoke up. "My lady, is there anything else we can get for you?"
Olissa shook her head. "Yes, I want to talk with my mother. Where is she?"
The attendant hesitated, looking uncomfortable. "I must apologize to you, my young lady, but your mother gave specific instructions not to interrupt her. She's... um... in a meeting."
Olissa's eyes narrowed, sensing something was off. "A meeting? With who?"
The attendant shifted uncomfortably. "I... I don't know, my lady. But she did say she would speak with you soon."
Olissa's expression turned sour. She didn't believe them. She knew her mother was avoiding her.
The attendants exchanged nervous glances, and the room fell silent. Olissa's eyes scanned the room, searching for any opportunity to get what she wanted...
Meanwhile, Alexandria lounged on her bed eating grapes with one hand and swirling wine in the other. She was wearing a red see-through nightgown, it was clinging to her curves, the fabric barely concealing her ample breasts and the dark triangle between her thighs and despite her age, she had a figure of a woman in her early thirties.
In the corner, Buveur strained against the magical chains binding him. His muscles rippled beneath his skin, a testament to his hybrid strength. His eyes, a mesmerizing blend of crimson and gold, blazed with fury. "You better hope I don't break free, otherwise I'll drink all the blood from your body," he growled, his voice a low, dangerous rumble.
Alexandria chuckled, the sound rich and throaty. "Oh, Buveur, you're so dramatic. I like that about you." She popped another grape into her mouth, her eyes never leaving his. "But don't worry, I won't let you go hungry. You'll be fed... eventually."
Buveur's eyes flashed, but he knew he was trapped. For now.
Alexandria rose from the bed, her movements fluid and graceful. The nightgown clung to her body, outlining every curve, every dip. She approached Buveur, her hips swaying seductively. "There is another way I'd let you go. I'd even let you drink my blood, provided you agree to my terms."
Buveur sighed heavily, his chest heaving. "What is it you want, Alexandria?"
She pressed her palm against his chest, the heat from her touch incinerating his clothes instantly. His skin was hot beneath her hand, his heart pounding wildly. She smirked, her hand sliding down his chest, then She wrapped her hand around his shaft ,and begun stroking it a few times before dropping to her knees, taking him into her mouth. Her head moved back and forth her lips and tongue working their magic. She stopped, standing back up, licking her lips.
"I think you know exactly what I want. Given how I'm dressed, it shouldn't be hard to figure out." She snapped her fingers, and the magical chains binding Buveur disappeared
Buveur walked directly in front of Alexandria.
He spoke. "You wanted a monster, you got one." He said with a sneer.
"Stop talking and Show me what you can do with those 12 inches." Alexandria said with a smile.
Without a other word buveur ripped off Alexandria's nightgown then he sunk his fangs in to her neck. Shortly after Alexandrias moans of pleasure fill the room.
To be continued.....
