Sophia's POV
I couldn't calm myself as we entered the car. Kyra pissed me off so damn much, and I fucking hated that she could still affect Nathan. What the hell was happening? They were over! Nathan should always have been on my side no matter what, but he couldn't even defend me from Kyra a while ago. He had remained silent, looking at Kyra like a wounded animal. His minty scent was now tinged with something bitter.
This can't be! I can't lose Nathan to Kyra. He's mine now, and that's the way it will stay until the day we die. I'll make sure of that!
I glanced at Nathan as he started driving the car in silence. His expression was serious, and his eyes were grimly fixed on the road. Just what the fuck?
I couldn't let this slide.
"Kyra seemed happy, huh?" I said while staring at his handsome face, watching for a reaction. He didn't budge. He stayed silent while driving, which irritated me even more.
